Rokas is a very kind man, he answers immediately, he was available for everything. The apartment is excellent, the location is excellent. Two beautiful rooms, both with their own bathroom, the living room is adorable as well as the kitchen where you have everything you need. The terrace is beautiful, perfect for enjoying. If I ever come to Ayia Napa again, I would be very happy to come to this apartment again. We are really satisfied.

A great experience at Nicola’s place, you have all you need for a great stay, and the location is just perfect, not to mention the reactivity of the host in solving problems quickly and giving valuable suggestions. The price is fair compared to the average in Cyprus.

The area is peaceful. When you go downstairs you will find everything you need. The only problem now is that the road is under repair. Nevertheless, I still recommend this flat. The host (Alexandro) was very accommodating, and he even offered us to arrange our taxi from the airport and to our meetings.

Awesome stay, even for digital nomads looking to work for the period of their stay. In one month of staying here together with my gf we had everything we needed and we felt like home. The apartment is spacious, economical on resources and displays some of the best sunrises you'll ever witness. We cooked regularly when we weren't tempted to eat & drink our coffee from the nearby Zorba + opposite catering. Internet is blazing fast and electricity stable, plus an accessible dedicated parking lot. You can catch the nearby 419 bus in less than 10 mins from the station and the other frequent 425 down the road towards the shore. This is definitely a comeback for our next adventure in Oroklini and the surroundings.

Great and safe location. Easily accessible to the beach and local restaurants. The apartment itself is very beautiful, nice marble flooring and new furnishings. Small kitchen for the essentials. Has a partial sea view and nice balcony. A little loud at night from the street but it calms down at midnight. Very clean apartment and staff is very accommodating and friendly. They are there for you for whatever you need. Highly recommend!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Chris's apartment in Larnaca! The place had everything I needed – it was well-equipped, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Chris himself was amazing – incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available to assist with any questions or recommendations. His hospitality truly made my stay even better. I would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Larnaca. It exceeded all my expectations, and I would happily stay here again! It was adorable experience with Beatrice and Patrick, the most experienced hosts I ever met. They were super responsive and helpful, helped with every question I raised, send full description how to reach apartment from Larnaca airport, send bus schedules. Beatrice met me in person. I booked my stay for 1 month in December, the Christmas tree was decorated, it gave an amazing atmosphere. Host also brought a big present on Christmas, it is touched my heart. - In the bath it was full bottles of everything. - On the kitchen was new jars with salt, pepper, oil and balsamic and everything for cooking, coffee maker, toster, microwave, oven. - The wifi is strong, good for remote work. - Pillows and bed are comfortable. - Near the flat there are few supermarkets, big one as Metro or Lidl in 6 km. Wolt delivery is working really great. The one small minus I noticed, it is no soundproofing from the corridor, but in the bedroom it is great. It was my best experience, so I plan to come back.

Mr. Seyit was very hospitable to us. I felt at home while staying at No:3. It allowed for flexibility in check-in and check-out times. Every question I had was quick to respond. While cooking in his kitchen, I was able to work without seeing a difference from my own kitchen. Thanks for everything.

We were sensitive about cleaning it, but the beds and the house were spotless, and we had no trouble finding the location, I highly recommend it.

If you’re a nature person you definitely want to stay here. The view is amazing, neighbours are very friendly. Even though you’re literally on top of the mountains but it’s only 10 minutes drive to the Main Street and it’s close to super market and food places etc. If you’re going there make sure to RENT A CAR the place is hard to get to if having no car also taxis are very expensive. Overall I am happy with everything

We had a wonderful 4 night stay here. They give clear instructions on finding them, it's sign posted clearly too. The house and pool area were bigger than expected from the photos, super clean, really comfortable and we were able to relax completely. Tony & Tracy have an entrance to their property from the same courtyard but you'll only see them when you need them. Very helpful, lovely couple. The kitchen has everything you need to cook or Tony also offers breakfast and dinner options. There were comfy areas to sit inside and outside, in shade or sun, and the pool, hot tub and sauna made our break really special. Thank you!!!
