No stay in any location is without hiccups especially when there are 3 guests staying. For this location, any hiccup was overcome by how responsive Nate was to our needs. We felt completely at home. We enjoyed our stay in Dallas all the more because of Nate & Chad’s place.

We had a house fire and had to move out for repairs. What we thought would be a 6-8 week stay here turned into nearly 5 months. All along the way, Tasneem was helpful and flexible about allowing us to extend our time. The backyard is wonderful for relaxing with easy access to the canal walkways. Inside, the reclining couches are so comfortable that you may find yourself accidentally taking a nap! This home had everything we could need, including a crib and play area set up for our young son. Tasneem was fantastic as a host, responding immediately to any questions/issues that arose. For example, when we let her know that we thought there was an issue with the air conditioning (this is Texas, these things happen), a technician was at the house first thing the next morning, and a whole new system was put in the very next day. We had a fantastic stay at a very nice home and Tasneem is an excellent host that helped us out a lot during a stressful time. I would highly recommend booking

Amazing place! Great layout and lots of room. Chaya was proactive about an early check-in and a late check-out. The house was so comfortable and enjoyable and conveniently located just a short drive from a major highway. If you need an Airbnb in the Dallas-area, stay here. You won’t regret it!

This was the best air bnb I have stayed at thus far ! Perfect location - beautiful home! The hot tub , pool, and pool table were awesome to have ! Was very spacious and had all essentials that were needed !!!!!! Easy check out instructions as well! Highly recommend and will definitely be our go to when we are in the ft worth area !

We loved the area. There is a train not far from Josh's house that we rode down to Grape Vine and it was a lovely time! Great restaurants and shopping! We loved the beds (very comfortable) and everything about this house. It was perfect for our family and our small dogs. They loved running in the back yard. He even has a doggie door, which one of our dogs loved! Everything was clean and inviting. Had plenty of coffee and loved sitting in the back yard by the pool! There is a very nice walking trail and park just down the road from the house. We will stay here again when we are in town. The neighborhood was nice, and we felt very safe. Stop thinking about it and just book it.

The stay and host were amazing. We stayed for many weeks while house hunting in the DFW area and it was prefect for a long term stay. The listing was as advertized and Jacqueline addressed all issues promptly and effectively.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, quiet, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. S&D was a gracious and communicative host, always available to answer any questions. Check-in was smooth, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Malik provided very clear instructions to follow. Very easy checking in with the concierge. No issues with parking and getting into the elevator to get to the apartment. The unit was very clean. The sofa and chair were very comfy. Coffee, tea, snacks and water were available. Very spacious for me and my husband. They have provided Jenga and card games too. Loved that the shower had a strong pressure and the hot water was perfectly hot. We went to the hockey game at AAC which is right across the street. Perfect location if you attend any events there. Restaurants in walking distance. It’s overall a great place and I will stay again in the future.

Bea’s place was exactly what my husband and I needed for our trip to Fort Worth! It was so easy to walk to Dickies and know that after our event we wouldn’t have to fight traffic. Bea was so accommodating and helpful during our trip. We had car troubles on the way and we were not able to make it to the Airbnb the first night. Bea was encouraging and gave helpful advice to help us through the situation. Thanks Bea for a great place to stay!

We had a great time at Rhameils place, it is just as described on the website. Rhameil is very responsive to questions and always did his best to assist us as required. We did have an issue with the pool being closed but this was out of Rhameils control. We also had an issue with the parking system but again Rhameil worked out of hours to resolve our issue. The apartment is clean, well equipped and in a great location.

This place was exactly what was described in the discrimination! Easy to access & find. Host was very clear on all instructions that it made my check in and check out so simple! If I ever go back to Fort worth no doubt i know where i’m straying!!

Peaceful and beautiful apartment that was in a good location for us. We enjoyed the snacks and amenities provided. Host was responsive even in middle of the night. If we’re ever back in Fort Worth, Tx, we will definitely stay here again if available.

Clean, quiet, well-maintained. Occasional flight noise, as expected given location. Fairly central to core of the city, so quick and convenient to get around. Preet good deal.

We loved our extended stay here. We moved from out of state and needed a temporary place to stay while we looked for something more permanent. It was pretty difficult to find a place that would accommodate us with our large pup, so we were very grateful to have found this wonderful property! The complex is very dog friendly, and yet still very quiet and relaxing. We never heard any other neighbors while inside. It was a comfortable place to live for a longer period of time while we explored Dallas and got to know the area. It is in a great location, very central and easy to navigate. Addison has tons of shopping and restaurants nearby for convenience. 15-20 minutes from downtown. Tina was extremely responsive, friendly and made sure we had everything we needed before we checked in. Highly recommend this property or any other listing!

I stayed at Nick's place for 2ish months. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend to anyone, especially if someone has a pup as there is an enclosed small yard. Nick was great at communication and check-in was very easy. There is a parking spot right by the private entrance, which is very convenient. Nicely decorated and in a fantastic location. Some minor complaints for those that may be sensitive - the mattress is thin and not very good. I added a pillowtopper, which marginally helped so would recommend guests bring some sort of a topper if staying on a longer trip. Also, the walls/ceiling is very thin and the upstairs neighbor is very active, especially early in the morning. If you are a light sleeper, would recommend a white noise machine or similar. Finally, the workspace is a small counter in the hallway with a sort of stool as a chair. Fine for light work/checking emails, but if you need more, this may not be the place.
