Small townhouse with private entrance and terrace , located in the oldest street in Aabenraa Slotsgade. The house is renovated with slatted windows and some of the old timber is preserved and is visible. On the ground floor there is a shower and toilet and on 1. Sal has a kitchen and living room. There is a super good sleeping sofa with luxury mattresses and there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven and ceramic hob. In addition, it's an alcove with a good mattress

No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. Small annex with small kitchen, located about 800m from super beach/fishing and Ferry departure to Barsø. Several beautiful beaches in the area, holiday center with pool and eg minigolf just around the corner. Forests and beautiful nature. 8 km to Large climbing park. 18 hole golf course opposite the house. ½ hour to the German border. 10 km to Aabenraa. 3 km to shopping and pizzeria Pets are no longer allowed after 15/8 2021

En hytte på 42 m2 beliggende på en større grund med direkte og uforstyrret udsigt til Hopsø. Hopsø er fredet og rummer et rigt fugleliv. Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.

The house has a nice, light and open kitchen / living room area, bathroom with a shower, 2 rooms with beds for 2 and 3 people. In addition 2 people can sleep in the living room on a comfortable pull out couch. A cosy automatic stove that heats the house even in the cold periods. Family-friendly flat 8 min to the city centre.

NO Youth groups 2 bedrooms,1 bathroom, 1 kitchen/ living room, separate entrance. (Living area about 75 m2) The apartment is a ground floor-apartment , but you have to use an outdoor or indoor staircase. Not suitable for people with disabilities. There is a lovely view to the garden from both bedrooms. Our house is situated in a quiet area near municipal park.
