The property was great and the location primo. Host responded to the few questions we had very quickly. Great place would happily stay again. One thing the neighbors like to challenge your parking prowess. Brush up on your backing up skills.

Arlene's place is an amazing location and extremely comfortable. So quiet and peaceful with the ocean and beaches just steps away. A great find!

Our trip was amazing! We fell in love with the house. We were impressed by the unique home decor. The wonderful view out of the upstairs bedroom window was our greatest pleasure! It was easy to find any essentials we need in the thoroughly clean and organized kitchen. We definitely recommend to visit this beautiful place and reserve this house where unforgettable memories begin.

We loved our family holiday getaway in Moss Beach. Great access to nature and walking paths, nice restaurant nearby, and a fantastic view of the breakers. The TV didn't disappoint either. Recommended!

Christian and Christine's home was pristine, beautiful, clutter-free, and so perfectly functional. In addition to having all the practical amenities listed (great A/C, beautiful kitchen, refreshing pool) there were some details that really came in handy while traveling and working there with a couple of young kids, such as: neatly organized toys and books, some unbreakable plates/cutlery for kids, a removable pool gate they setup for our stay, and the separate sauna / work space that allowed me to work uninterrupted with the kids at the house. They were so responsive and helpful, going so far as to anticipate our questions with a check-in document. I felt I could reach out with any questions or concerns and they would get back to me within less than a day, but nothing came up during our stay with any urgency. Their house is meticulously maintained without being delicate -- definitely a wonderful place to stay that I'd highly recommend to anyone and to which we'd love to return.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage on Kristen’s beautiful property with our two kids and my parents. The cottage is beautifully appointed with a great sunny deck and very comfortable beds and linens. The property is amazing and we loved exploring the hiking trails and private beach and watching the sunrise. The kids also loved the trampoline. The house is in a very private location but it’s just a short drive to downtown Tiburon, which has lots of charming restaurants and stores. Kristen and Athena were wonderful hosts - very welcoming and responsive.

Extremely happy with the house. Adrienne was super easy to deal with, accommodating and responsive. Instructions were clear and the house was well represented. Myself and 3 friends used it as a base for a cycling get together. Garage worked great to store and stage our bikes. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was nice. The filtered hot/cold water was awesome for my AeroPress coffee. Can't really nit-pick anything. I initially was concerned about noise (as I am very sensitive to it) given the property is on Blithedale Ave. but once inside, the traffic noise was minimal and imperceptible once in the bedrooms. I'd highly recommend Adrienne and this rental and will likely use it again myself.

The house is absolutely amazing. It’s a short drive to restaurants and shops. The walk to the beach is only a couple of minutes. The ambiance of the house is warm and cozy. So many amenities were available including the indoor fireplace, the outdoor grill and fire pit, as well as bikes for the family. The outdoor space is perfect for dining. Even though it was a bit cold, the outdoor heater made it warm enough to stay outside at night. The host was extremely helpful and welcoming. Absolutely loved the house and we really hope to come again.

A lovely home with beautiful surroundings! A hiking trail is right by the house and the beach is just a short walk away. The house had everything we needed to cook up a cozy Christmas dinner.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The house was clean and very spacious. There was plenty of room for the four of us. The location could not be beat. It is a short walk to the beach and coastal trail. Our host, Mary-Anne, was quick to respond to any questions we had. She even checked in on us because there was a report of a power outage in the neighborhood. Very thoughtful and attentive. We would not hesitate to stay here again when we return to Half Moon Bay.

We stayed here with our four year old. This was the perfect getaway for our little family. The place is spacious, beautiful, and just as described. There was an abundance of games and kids books that kept our kid busy. During the day, the tide pooling was a big hit! It is really easy to get to, and the place is as beautiful as it is private. We had our heart’s fill with tide pooling. There is also another hilltop point 5-10 min walk away from where there is a beautiful view of the ocean at sunset. Overall, we loved how there was so much we could do just walking. Bolinas is a really friendly town where everyone who you pass makes sure to smile and wave. We stopped by the downtown area to get some groceries. It’s a very small downtown but it served the purpose. We would definitely recommend this lovely A frame and Bolinas. As we left we were already checking its availability for our next vacation!

Ruth’s place was a perfect location for a weekend reunion with friends. We were all charmed by the beautiful space and the picturesque location. The Airbnb was stocked with all the essentials and we especially appreciated all the coffee and tea to use with the Keurig. Walking to the beach and hanging out at the tide pools was a highlight of the weekend and we appreciated the map that Ruth left for us to get to/from the best spots in the reserve. The beds were all super comfy. The walls were a bit thin though so might not be the optimal spot with young kids. The living spaces on the main floor are very spacious - we only wished we had more time to enjoy everything more! Would definitely book again!

We had a fabulous holiday celebration with my extended family in the home. One bedroom was below the garage which was perfect for our younger children who go to bed early. The garage has a flipable pool table and ping pong - which was wonderful.

A wonderful stay in a fantastic location! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved that it had 5 bathrooms! Sandra was very accommodating and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities. In spite of how steep the driveway was, we were able to park both of our SUVs at the top of the driveway. We just had to do it slowly and carefully, and use our rear cameras!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful coastal retreat! Our party of four (my wife, toddler, infant and myself) couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. The location was stunning and we got lucky with gorgeous January weather that made exploring the area even more enjoyable. The home itself was perfect for our family. The sunroom and back deck were real highlights, providing a relaxing space to unwind and soak in the coastal vibes. The fire pit and barbecue were great additions that we made good use of. Amy made us feel welcome — she was accommodating and communicative. The toys available for our kids were a lifesaver, keeping them busy and happy. Overall, the property was comfortable, inviting, and an absolute treat for our family. We would happily return for another stay!
