A great location, close to the Imperial City. Quỳnh helped our family organize drivers to tour local sights, offered us a wonderful home cooked meal that we got to share with other guests, got us bún bò Huế so we could have it for breakfast, and in general were so helpful and kind. Definitely the warmest hospitality we encountered throughout our trip! Thank you for everything!!

I had an amazing stay at Liam's place! From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and were always available to answer any questions. The thoughtful touches throughout the home made my stay extra special. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience!

Tam's house spacious and bright with alot of light and space. i feel very comfortable to stay in. Only thing to improve here is the bed too hard for us cos we are not use to it. Tam is friendly and helpful if you need help or any question.

very nice location. Everything is good. It could have been perfect if they make a bath booth in the bathroom to avoid water running the whole floor. Also the water pressure is way too strong.

Vanessa is proactive and friendly. The apartment is convenient and has great view. I had the best sleeps after 3 weeks of travelling at this apartment.

We have the BEST time at Uyen's place. Her place is thoughtfully designed and decorated. The house has a charming historic vibe yet offers all the necessary amenities and beyond. We were also very much in love with the ample outdoor space, the porches and the cute garden - so was our puppy :) The house is about 20-min by car to the city center which was no issue for us as the area is very peaceful and filled with greenery: there is even a small pine forest at the back of the house - definitely worth the ride. The masoleums are also located in this area so if they were a part of your itinerary this should be a perfect place to stay. On top of all the plusses, Uyen's hospitality is what guarantees our return next time. There were fresh flowers in the house, fresh fruits and super soft towels :) She were super responsive, gave amazing recommendations and even helped purchase local delicacies for us to bring home. Overall a 12/10 - can't wait to come back for a much longer stay <3

This is cozy and convenient homestay. Everything described above are exactly, highly recommend for those who travelling with family.

It was really comfortable to stay here.Our husband and wife stayed here for ten days and felt completely at home.Amenities are complete, towels, bath towels, pots and pans are available, and there are plenty of clean towels and duvet sheets for us to replace ourselves.It's also easy to take out the trash and it's super convenient with a dedicated space just on the same floor. This district is some distance from the city center, but since the local Grab ride is convenient and not expensive, we call Grab back and forth if we are going to visit the Imperial City or any sightseeing spots, it is convenient and safe. Opposite the room is a park, nearby is a single-family residential area, there are small shops also have coffee shops, the life function is good.You can see Aeon mall in the distance, you can walk for about twenty minutes, and you can buy daily necessities and ingredients, which is very good for those who are accustomed to cooking three meals a day.This area is usually quiet, but there are several large construction projects going on nearby, and some construction sounds are inevitable during the day, but the soundproofing of the room is good. This residential building is the only tall building nearby, it is very obvious, please note that the doorway is to turn into the alley a little and arrive, not like some residents say on the To Huu main road, the adjacent alleyway is the entrance to Nera Garden 1, and a little further is the entrance to Nera Garden 2, the two entrances are side by side.Would specifically say because we thought the entrance was on the TOYATA side of the road when we first arrived and it ended up in a big circle. Thanks to the owner for being very prompt in responding to our questions, helping us with the difficulties, and looking forward to another chance to visit again next time.
