Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Hải Châu District

We arrived late at night. They waited for us. This made it easy to check in. When I contacted them, they responded quickly and solved it. There are delicious restaurants, pretty cafes, and the sea within 5 minutes on foot from the property. He also recommended delicious restaurants. It was nice to have a lot of things to see and eat. I rested well. Thank you.

Comfortable and clean with good amenities. Since it’s on a high floor, it was peaceful. Host was responsive, too. Beach was right in front. There was restaurants within walking distance. If not, GRAB car was easy to book.

Because we were arriving middle of the night, we asked Daisy to help us in arranging a ride and checking in. With additional delays with the plane arriving at 3 am in the middle of heavy rain, they took care of everything. The pros, the hosts are extremely responsive and helpful, the location is one block from the beach with many restaurants, and the unit has 3 air conditioners, allowing different members to control temperature to their liking. The cons, the design of the bathrooms. The shower is directly over the toilet making the floor wet. So we used one bathroom exclusively for showers. A tip for best way to get to the beach. There are 2 lobbies, and this unit is next to Gate A. I recommend going out through Gate B and turn right to go to the beach. We stayed here for a month and walked bare foot on the beach at sunrise. You will be surprised how popular the beach is at 5:30 am. Also try the app Grab not only for rides, but doing shopping from large supermarket like Lotte.

The apartment was great. Enough for my family. The communication with host was quick and very nice. We would recommend this wonderful apartment! The host is very helpful! The pool on the roof is super! Only the elevators can take some time. Thank you for everything, maybe see you next time!

The end of the year the weather is chilly. But Ms. An's apartment is still warm because of her generous enthusiasm. I recommend to any guest who wants to have a near experience with beautiful nature and friendly people, choose this apartment.

Vry responsive and great hospitality from Tau. Tau's place is exactly as per advertised with great location near my khe beach and tonnes of nice local food around. Tau is very attentive to our enquiries and try her best to assist us during our trip. Overall, great place for the price. ☺️

We had an amazing stay at the apartment and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to visit Da Nang. The location is very central and close to the beach. There are local restaurants and bars nearby. The host was very friendly and outgoing, checking with us multiple times if we needed help during our stay. One thing to be aware of is there is supposed to be a charge to use the pool now, however we didn’t get charged on our visit during the stay.

We had an amazing time at this place. The villa is very spacious and has all the needed facilities. The swimming pool is especially great! The water was clean and the pool is very private. We would definitely recommend this villa if you plan on visiting An Bang Beach and Hoi An. The villa is very close to both so we rented a motorbike through this Airbnb (delivered right to the front door of the villa) and took small trips from there. The surrounding rice fields are also very beautiful and fun to tour around in. Trinh was an amazing host. She responded very quickly to our messages and was always ready to help! We almost missed our bus because we couldn't find a cab and she fixed one for us within 10 minutes.

Great place with great staffs. You can request anything at anytime and they reply promptly and act on it same time. Breakfast and cleaning was fantastic and the place is so nice and calm to stay relaxed. Amazing hospitality and we’ll visit again for our next trip.

We had a great stay at Villa Jaime in Hoi An. The place was spacious, clean, and very well-designed, making us feel right at home. The private pool was definitely a highlight—perfect for cooling off and relaxing. The villa is in a quiet area, which was exactly what we were looking for, but still close enough to the town for easy access. Everything was well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was super peaceful. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and private stay in Hoi An. We loved our stay so much. Villa is really beautiful, spacious with all the amenities provided. It’s first line to the sea with super friendly restaurant just opposite ( they would bring us food for the dinner ) Our host Lynh has really took good care of us🥰.There is plenty of space for everyone, it was 6 of us and everyone would find a spot to chill if necessary.

We had the best stay here. -The apartment is very modern and feels cosy at the same time. -The view is stunning - You have all the shops and nice restaurants you could wish for in walking distance - The beach is 1min walk Our host was super friendly and so accommodating. I would 100% recommend this place to everyone and I would definitely come back and stay again. Thanks again!

We really loved this place to stay. Linh always responded right away and did everything she could to help. We stayed for a month and love the space and layout of the apartment as well as the short walk to the beach. There is inexpensive local food everywhere as well as nice restaurants. Convenient stores on every corner. The beach is stunning with a ton of space to enjoy the ocean or walk the sidewalks even when it’s busy with people. It’s particularly beautiful at night with all of the lights. The only problem we had was an ongoing construction project that was going on in the apartment above us from the time we came to the time we left. Constant drilling, sawing, and hammering. I believe this problem would not affect future guests but you may want to be aware that the walls aren’t very sound proof. Overall, we were happy with everything else and it was an affordable place to stay on the beach!

Dung’s place was a perfect place for a 2 week stay! Very accommodating and comfortable.

The host is fantastic! He let us check in early, gave us a gift when we checked out and even held our luggage for us. Very clean, with amazing amenities. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Da Nang!

It was a pretty good location. We felt very comfortable. We would love to come back again.

The location is perfect (so convenient and so close to the beach!) The staff were so friendly and we also loved the convenience of the giant water jugs available for purchase. The unit was big and bright. This area is growing quickly (for good reason- it’s awesome) so there is some construction work going on at this time (April 2023) but if you want to stay anywhere in the area, you’ll find the same thing. We recommend this place and we had a great month here!
