Semi-detached one bedroom Cottage with views over the river. Situated 1 minutes walk to the Beccles open air heated public swimming pool and only 3 minutes walk to the vibrant town centre and river. Accommodation is on three levels with a large double bedroom, kitchen diner leading to the shower room and toilet, and lounge area containing a double sofa-bed. A conservatory off the lounge leads to a utility room with downstairs toilet and a south facing patio area. Off-road parking included.

The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. The Loft at the Old Forge is a self contained open plan apartment accessed up an outside metal staircase. We have king sized bed with electric blanket and kitchenette with a built in fridge. There is a separate shower cubicle and a separate toilet with vanity unit. The apartment enjoys wonderful rural views. The apartment has its own entrance, parking space and garden. It is a peaceful and restful get away. Fibre broadband is installed for the use of guests.
