Very good value for money! Looked exactly like the pictures. Also, the kitchen is reasonably well equipped, so we could cook. The location is good for traffic and there are supermarkets and playgrounds nearby. Only the gas station (right next to the bedrooms) is sometimes a bit noisy if you want to go to bed early. When we had a short time issue, Ana was very helpful and responded quickly.

We enjoyed staying for 11 days at Richard's charming and comfortable Monrovia apartment, that was more like a guest house. A great place for the 2 of us and our fur baby! Richard was a great host, very responsive and considerate. We loved walking through the neighborhood and old town Monrovia. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed 9 days and we had a great stay. Everything was perfect. The bed was very comfy, enjoyed the outside patio where I was able to meditate and write. We were able to walk to so many nice restaurants and enjoyed the beautiful cool weather in California. The host was so responsive and kind. Highly recommend.

Lucy was a thoughtful, kind, and responsive host. Her place was comfortable and filled with amenities—we felt at home! I highly recommend staying there. It’s conveniently located near the freeway and Burbank shopping and restaurants, but it’s also a quiet, residential neighborhood. The only tricky thing was the parking as getting in and out took some getting used to. There was always street parking though.

Georgetta was very pleasant and answered very quickly. Place is close to all the places we wanted to visit. Will book again.

We have two children at Biola University and often stay at a local hotel when we come into town to visit. However, this time we had a one week stay and some friends who were going to explore the area with us so we needed something more comfortable for socializing with them, meals, etc. The location was about a mile from Biola and, having spent some time in the area, we were pretty used to the area. We used this as our home base for the week as we took sightseeing trips all around the LA area. The home was very comfortable and had thoughtful supplies, amenities, and a modern kitchen. Despite being in a very populated area, the home felt private due to the fence in the back yard and that it was set back from the street on a long driveway. Brandon was wonderful to work with and very responsive. I would highly encourage you to consider Brandon's home for your upcoming trip!

This was by far the best experience. Danny’s communication was great! He was so friendly! Greeted us when we got there, and bid farewell when we left. We honestly felt like we were staying with a friend, we were so comfortable. The place was beautiful and extremely clean. Location was peaceful. We felt very safe, and had absolutely no issues! I would 100% recommend staying here! We have already talked about another trip back out! Thank you, Danny, for being such a wonderful host!!

Monica was a proactive and responsive host! She was always available and answered our questions in a timely matter. One of my family members was unsure if she could attend this trip and last minute was able to. Monica was flexible and so understanding regarding my situation. The house was very clean and in a safe neighborhood. If I could give one suggestion, I wish there could have been iron available. There were still extra blankets, pillows, and a hairdryer which was great! Thank you again for the great stay!

My family of 5 loved our stay at Mark’s place. It’s in a great location, we felt safe, and there are a lot of restaurants and stores very close by. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the TV in the family room was very nice, and had all the streaming apps we wanted. We would definitely return!

We had the best time at Laura’s beautiful home! Seriously such a gem of a home! Our family enjoyed all the amenities but especially the popcorn station and the huge backyard! Laura was responsive from beginning til the end! Would definitely stay here again 😊

My dad was displaced from the Eaton Fire. Not knowing if he had lost everything I wanted to make sure he was able to have a few nights in a safe home. This was the biggest gift and relief to find and it was perfect for him. Thank you so much for being wonderful hosts and providing a safe haven for my father.

Great place to stay for multiple people! Our group didn't feel cramped in the space even with lots of luggage. Something to note is that you can head people from upstairs since the wall/flooring is thin. Bring some earplugs at night and you can't hear them, so not a huge deal. Loved having the washer/dryer at the stay - nice bonus perk! Thank you for the great place to stay in Long Beach!

Our hosts, Giselle and Ali, were outstanding. They offered fantastic recommendations for local attractions and the best restaurants, helping us experience Los Angeles like locals. Their attention to every little detail made our stay seamless and enjoyable. From prompt communication to thoughtful touches, Giselle and Ali went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. If I could I would give them 10 stars!!!

We picked this home because of the free parking and the convenient location close to the NBA arena. It was like staying in a classy hotel. The instructions were clear to check in and out. Richard the doorman was so friendly and knew us by name after meeting us. The room had all the amenities described in the listing. The owners just installed new soundproof windows making outside noise almost inaudible (I imagine before it could be quite loud in the living room that overlooks the street). We never went up to the pool, but it seemed straightforward enough to use it if you want it. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in DTLA, we highly recommend this place! Hope to stay here again!

I highly recommend this downtown LA space. Super safe and quiet building. Pristine apartment with everything you need for a short or extended stay. The host is super helpful and responds quickly and completely to inquiries. If this place is available on my next visit to LA I'm booking it first.

Nice and comfortable stay that was indeed very close to Disneyland. Made it so much easier to get to and from Disney, and it was east to find and get into.

Great place and pretty close to Disney. So easy with Uber to get to Disney. Well maintained and Krysta was very responsive. Home was well stocked with everything we needed. Walkable to Anaheim Packing house with lots of food options.
