Condo vacation rentals in North Gyeongsang Province

The location was great and lots of places to explore nearby. The room was comfy and warm while it was pretty spacious. As the host provided clear instructions for self-check-in, I didn't have to meet the host in person!

Such a clean and comfortable home to stay in while visiting Gyeongju. Just outside of the city center, 10mins by bus, 35 mins walking. The place was cozy and had a good kitchen and bathroom. Easy to get in and good communication with host. Loved the small neighbourhood, bordered by a river with nice walking path, gardens and the national park for hikes. Would stay again and it was a steal for the price per night.

It is a good location to see the ruins on foot and the price is reasonable. It was cold, but the heating was good and the warm water came out well.

It was an accommodation that I was very satisfied with for the price, and the proximity to the tourist attractions was good.

It was nice ~ ~ It was a large room with 3 double beds. We used it as three people, so we had a good rest with a generous bed. If more people use it, I think it would be good to use it for good value. Hwangnidan is also close, and it's a good location to use the bus going here and there, so it's definitely an advantage. The bathroom (sound) was sensitive, but I was able to use the shared bathroom, so it was okay in its own way. There's everything you need! I recommend it as an accommodation for a trip that comes down value for money.

A nice place to stay! Convenient stores, coffee shops and everything needed is very close. But what is more important - there was everything needed on the inside for a comfortable and cozy stay. Thank you!

After a hectic time of play, I checked in late, but I had to get the key, and the manager on the first floor found out late that I had to work until 10 o'clock. They responded kindly over the phone and came in without hesitation. I'm sorry. I think having access to the sauna facility is one of the big advantages. The market is nearby, so it's good to get up in the morning and eat a quick meal. Loved the location as well. Good rest. Thank you.

I was in a hurry to drink, so I needed a place to stay, but I was thankful that you vacated a good room. It was a really pleasant and cozy space.

Lots of amenities were provided and would be great for backpackers One person was living very comfortably and had difficulty entering the code at check in, but the host immediately responded to messages that allowed me to check in successfully. I really enjoyed it and will choose here again if I have the opportunity to visit again in the future

Stayed 3 nights in Autumn. The apartment was clean and had all that I needed. Add that to the short 10 minute stroll to the Muhak and Free Markets, personal touches of little snacks, coffee, tea bags...what's not to like? The room was warm enough for me, and if you need more cool air, just slide open the window a little more. Mi-Sung gave very clear instructions to her place and check-in. If you're driving, the navigation should lead you to the right building. Then just circle around and look for the nearest road side parking which is free. I got a bit lost because I was trying to look for the carpark in the building itself, which is really dark and small. Surface parking is definitely the way to go. Mi-Sung is very responsive on the app too. I had the pleasure to meet her in person too! We totally got along. This place is apparently usually for short term rentals...I feel so lucky to be able to squeeze in a few nights' stay. I definitely recommend this place.

I stayed for a visit to Gyechon Classic Festival, and it was a generous and tidy accommodation. It's also a great advantage to have two bathrooms! I didn't know because I checked in late at night, but the open green view is really nice.~ ~ ~ The host is responsive and very friendly. I think I'll probably come back to this accommodation again next year. Everything about the festival and the accommodation was perfect.

The accommodation and bedding were all so clean and the rooms were spacious that it was spacious enough for 9 people to use! The best value!! And it was so nice to be able to enjoy the feeling of camping while eating meat in the camping zone ~ ~!!! This is the perfect place to stay for a group trip ~ ~!!
