Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Gwacheon-si

If you are on a business trip to Seoul (Yongsan/Mapo), I highly recommend rebooking.

The facilities were great for the price, and the host was very kind and responsive.🥹 6 people were able to rest comfortably like at home, and it was so nice that the structure was amazing and the room was cozy.👍

Thanks to the very kind host, I rested comfortably like my own home! I also liked the clean and cozy bedding. It was well-equipped with tableware, and it was quiet and cozy. It was an accommodation I wanted to highly recommend.

The bed was much more comfortable than it looked in the photos. The bathroom was also cleaner

The room is fully equipped, close to the subway station, and convenient access.The host is conscientious and responsible, we did not find the location of the room when we came the first day, but at the end we successfully checked into the room with the help of the host.It was an amazing stay this time!!

I was staying at Tina's place with my mom, which we came into Korea to reunite my mom with her friends from 40+ years ago!! The space was absolutely spacious and had lots of good food near by. Most importantly a lot of coffee near by for my addiction to caffeine. The location was so easy to get around especially by bus, subway and walking to big places such as Myeong-dong, Hong-dae, Namdaemun & Gwanghwamun. Also, we were lucky to be in Korea during the Cheongye Cheon lights show. Not to mention the host was super welcoming and checked in on us to let us know about the icy roads. Tina was also super calm and helpful when asked questions and she gave a us a thorough information on the things around the house and how to use them. Generally we were only there for the sleeping purposes but the room was nice and cozy and very warm! I highly recommend this location and may possibly using this location anytime we are back in Korea!

The house is very well organized and clean as you can see in the photos. Even at night, the owner responded kindly and quickly, so I had a very good stay without any inconvenience. Both Nambu Terminal Station and Kyodae Station are within walking distance, so transportation is very convenient, and the Arts Center is also within walking distance, so it is good for a walk. There are many restaurants nearby, so you can enjoy a variety of food, and convenience stores and supermarkets are close by, making it easy to see the market.

We had an excellent stay at Kay's apartment. It's in a great location with easy access to subway. The apartment has everything you need and is very beautiful and artistic. We would highly recommend it!

Location is great for catching the bus and it’s fairly close to all touristy attractions (~30 minutes) in central Seoul. The place was clean and had AC in two of the three bedrooms and living room. Host was super responsive with my questions leading up to our check-in and questions when we got there such as WiFi and Netflix. The first night we experienced some mosquitoes and got bit during the night so we used the mosquito trap and spray that was provided at our Airbnb. We learned to keep our bedroom doors closed after that. We couldn’t quite figure out where they were coming in from. Other than that, we had a great stay. Very responsive and friendly host! She even provided welcome snacks and beer for us when we checked in. Such a nice gesture.

it was very comfortable accommodation and the host was very kind and considerate! The local restaurants and the subway station is nearby and easy to access! It was very cozy, warm and quiet! The Naksan night view was one of the most beautiful scenery where can overlook the Seoul Night View that I have ever seen! It is just 10 minutes walking distance from the accomodation!

My family and I have to find an accommodation for a night after our flight to Jeju was cancelled for the second time over the past 2 days. I booked the house 1 hour before I check-in and the host has accepted my booking instantly and provided me with all the necessary information. When we arrived at the place, everything was already set up to welcome us. Throughout my stay, Leo has been responsive and patience to guide me with the step-by-step of using the appliances. The house is fully equipped with washer, dryer, microwave, toaster etc and all are sparkly clean. The house is 5 mins away from Songjeong Station - 1 stop from Gimpo Airport. We finally flew to Jeju the next day and am thankful for a well rested night.

The Airbnb is in a good location, close to convenience stores and plenty of great restaurants you can walk to. Hazel is super friendly and always easy to reach!

The location was excellent. There is traffic in a place where you don't have to walk much when the weather is cold. It had three rooms and a living room, so the space was spacious. The host was kind and the cleanest accommodation I've ever visited. The accommodation was warm and sufficient towels were provided. It was the best place for us.

Jason’s house is centrally located with heaps of restaurants around the area. Very spacious, nice and warm! Jason is a great host! Will definitely come back again!

From the moment we want to book the place, the host was very kind to open the listing for us. Check in was a breeze. We chose the place due to location walkable to anguk station with two kids. Unlike other hanok, this place is right by the street, easy for taxis to find. One day our tv remote battery run out and the host immediately send us the new one. The home itself is out of my expectation, very pretty and serene in real life. Floor heating works very well in the very cold weather. Thank you!

The house was clean and it was very easy to check-in. The location was close to a bus stop that took you directly to Hongdae and also very close to convenience marts as well as the Han river. The house had everything you’d need, albeit small, and was worth it for the money paid.

This place is a great location, great space. One thing is that the bathroom gets very wet when the shower is used, which ends up being a little tough. Overall great price for what you get.

My go to property If I go to Seoul. It really feels like home. Everything is on point & excellent.

It was exactly as described, clean, easy check-in and they were accommodating of our travel schedule. Good location, quiet but close to lots of restaurants and near the metro.

Kay’s place was very clean and modern. We loved using the big bathtub to relax everyday after a long day of exploring. There are a lot of great cafes and restaurants that are walking distance. Kay also provided snacks, water, coffee and chargers for guests. We very much enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would point out is the shower towels (they aren’t that big). I would recommend Kay’s place to anyone who is visiting Korea.

The accommodation was easy to find, and it was nice that free parking was available. The room was warm, on the first floor, and right next to the parking, so it was comfortable. The surroundings were quiet, and there were many small cafes and shops.
