Our stay for 9 days was great. The view of the balcony and terrace was happy, especially at night, you can watch the stars very clearly, the area was little and very calm. The house was very beautifully designed, especially the kitchen was very useful. It was very nice to have both air conditioning and ceiling fans in the rooms, and the cabinets in the rooms were sufficient. We asked about the baby bed, Ms. Nese arranged it quickly, everything was ready when we arrived. The area is calm and nature is also close to the center. It is very close to the sea, there is both sand and shaded beach options. Özdere cukuralti beach for families with children is very nice, a little crowded, but pleasant. The accomodation was lovely and clean. We couldn't use the pool as it was out of season, but we were informed about this in advance. Mikayil is a great host, fluent in several languages and he was very helpful with everything we needed. I would definitely book again if in the area.

A private, peaceful location with a stunning view of the sea and surroundings, and the starry sky at night! The house is located in a private community. A car is highly recommended. There are many beaches, restaurants, and ancient sites within 20-40 minutes drive. Alperen was very kind and helpful, and we enjoyed our family stay.

Ms. Ceren was a very positive person, she was very flexible with check-in and checkout, we had always been in Urla for the day before, we organized a holiday with a stay for the first time. The house is nicer than it feels in the photos. We stayed in January; we were cooked with three fireplaces, a wood-burning stove and a performance air conditioner. The host is very sweet:) For normal stays, we found everything we forgot to buy while not even finding salt in the house. We were told we wouldn't mind using it, and we could even use their own items in the closet. How sweet ! Since the house is stone, the downstairs was a little too cold, but our primitive feelings next to the fireplace were very enjoyable to watch the fire:) The design of the house is quite good... it was very good to look at the view and take a deep breath. We stayed for 10 days last year and loved it. We stayed close to 1 month this year. Our neighbors, the neighborhood and the house itself are very nice in my opinion. A place where you can feel like your own home. We felt so.

We stayed over for a couple of days at Sende’s place. The place is located in a very posh urban neighborhood. You have a whole house to yourself which is completely private. The house has all facilities you need and you will be settled quickly just as your normal house. There’s is an excellent supermarket 300 meters away with a nice bar and and excellent sushi restaurant. Get some cat food and you will have a new friend which will be happy to make you happy.

We did not have any problems with transportation to the house, there was no negativity about the house with the host's phone and written instructions. We used the own pool of the house and the pool of the compound. Everything in the house met all our needs.
