Wonderful trip to NY with family of 4. Right next to bus stop easy 20 min to bus port authority and subway. Amazing view of city. Hosts were very responsive. Enjoyed the amenities they provided. Guest pullout bed ok for kids…might be a little rougher for another couple. Overall a wonderful stay and fantastic hosts.

The place was great-clean and perfect size for the four of us. Close to bus and ferry to NYC. The only negative was there wasn’t much warm water so we did have a couple of chilly showers.

We had an amazing stay at Vlad’s Airbnb in historic downtown Jersey City! The location couldn’t have been better, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood yet just steps away from fantastic restaurants and so many great places to explore. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly cozy. The thoughtful layout made us feel right at home, offering both comfort and convenience. Vlad was an outstanding host-friendly, responsive, and always accommodating to our needs. We truly appreciated his attention to detail and hospitality. We highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to return!

Our family of 5 stayed here comfortably. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Having a dedicated parking was a huge plus. Looking forward to future stays.

Overall, our stay at Prince and Mohit's place was extremely easy and convenient. The place is exactly as described and the two main bedrooms have plenty of space to move around and store luggage. For an apartment that is located only two minutes from the airport, it was surprisingly quiet over the weekend. There is space for parking, which was great to have, and we had a small 10lb dog who also acclimated to the setting very well. He had plenty of space to roam and sit at the window to watch the birds and squirrels. We never used public transportation, but we were able to catch a Lyft/Uber within minutes. The drive into Manhattan took from 15-25 minutes (depending on traffic), but was incredibly easy to get to. This was our first time staying in Queens and we felt it was a hidden gem from the loud, franticness of the City. There were a lot of great places to eat, and our family was very comfortable staying. The host was very nice and definitely helped when it came to navigating the city. Rami was clear. Definitely open to helping and assisting us if there were any changes in our travel plans. Will most definitely be staying here again.

Jessica is a wonderful host and I look forward to staying at her loft again soon. The space is just right and located close to my work and walking distance to great resturants and the energy of Williamsburg center. If arriving at night I found a flashlight valuable to find and open the key lockbox. There is bridge and pipe noise but it did not bother me. The kitchen is well equipped but no microwave. The record collection is superb! I loved it here!

Our stay was only one night. But would have loved to stay longer. Beautiful area. View of the Hudson from the house. Nice waterfront park. House was clean and perfectly updated. Lots of great restaurants just a short walk away. Carolyn is an excellent host and easy to communicate with.

The apartment was just perfect - spacious , well equipped , super comfortable and the most amazing location. It was great to have the big skies and calm of the ocean boardwalk to start and end busy Manhattan days. Being so close to the A train station was a real bonus and we loved getting the NYC ferry too. Stop and Shop handy and well stocked for groceries and Vino By The Sea has a great selection of wines including some local gems. Couldn’t have asked for a better family stay.

The apartment met all expectations. I felt very comfortable. The bed was insanely comfortable so I could sleep very well. Of course, the way to Manhattan from Rockaway Beach is not the shortest, but I knew that in advance. Within 75 minutes I was "in the middle" of whether I went by train or boat. Supermarket and the recommended "restaurant" are also within walking distance (5 minutes). Even as a woman traveling alone, I felt safe in the area. The fact that you were on the beach within a few minutes' walk in the most beautiful weather was rounded off.

Joseph’s place was exactly as intended! It was very clean, the parking spot was easy to use. And Joseph was there to help us out during a small snowstorm. Someone from the family is always there on the premises, and were super responsive. Would recommend and really wish to stay again! 10/10

Stephen’s place was in a great location for a beach weekend with friends. The house was walkable to the beach and restaurants and was as described in the listing.

We enjoyed our stay. We were here in the winter so we didn’t get to the beach, which is a short walk away, we’ll have to come back in the summer. The house was roomy and well maintained. Off street parking is a bonus. Well supplied kitchen that was very easy to work in. Great shower, spacious bedrooms.

This was our second stay at Robert’s place and once again we really enjoyed staying at his house. Robert is a very friendly and responsive host and the house is great. Would definitely stay there again.

My girlfriend and I spent an amazing winter holiday in these apartments while visiting NYC. The location is very convenient: a bus stop is right outside the door, and it takes only about 20-25 minutes to get to Manhattan by bus. Estefany and her mother, Athia, are some of the kindest and most hospitable people we’ve ever met – always friendly and incredibly responsive. The apartments provided the perfect place to relax after long days of walking through the bustling city. Thanks to our wonderful hosts, our trip was truly memorable. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at the Cozy Q. The place was perfect for 2 and just as described on the listing. Clarissa welcomed us and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. The location was the best. We were about 15-20 min to city by car and even closer by subway. The station is a short walk but nearby. Bon Bagel was our go to for coffee and/or breakfast in the morning. If you plan on being out the majority of the time and need a nice and cozy place to sleep and shower then this is it!

Me and my partner had an amazing stay. The space is very close to America dream mall 6 min drive which was perfect for us, and also a quick 30 min bus ride to manhattan. It was a perfect stay overall. Only thing I would say is the walls are very thin we could hear people walking upstairs and closing doors but it wasn’t horrible. We were still able to sleep.

Falaks place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there and felt right at home. The price was also excellent for the area where we were staying.

We stayed here for a week-long conference in Times Square and it was the perfect place for all our needs. There were multiple buses for us to take to and from the city, which made traveling easy for our busy days at the conference. The apartment was very nice, clean, and spacious for the three of us staying. We loved walking around the neighborhood and enjoyed several meals at Gotan Cafe just a few steps away from the apartment. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay near the city.

Nice and very accessible location to visit New York and New Jersey with 15-20 min travel time. Easily accessible by PATH train, bus and Ferry. Many shops two blocks away with restaurants and grocery stores. One note would be that it is in the third floor so there's 4 flights of stairs to get to the apartment, so keep that in mind if you have mobility problems. I would suggest WARM blankets or covers in the bedrooms during the cold weather. There's a shop store in the first floor where you may need to let them know you staying in the top floor specially you are traveling with kids.
