It was the great opportunity to spend New Year holidays with our big family of 8 people in this amazing hospitable house. Everything in this house looks exactly as described. Comfortable warm bedrooms, all amenities, fully equipped kitchen, cozy yard allowed us to spend a family vacation comfortably and with pleasure. Walks to the sea, many natural attractions in the surrounding area. Thank you very much for your hospitality and the house, which is perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay.

We absolutely loved Maia’s place: it’s serene, with beautiful plants and trees outside, just minutes from the beach. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, there are two bedrooms, and a comfy lounge area with sofas and armchairs. Two beautiful terraces are so nice! We felt like we were at home and would love to come back! Thank you, Maia!

Great location: on one side the sea and the beach, on the other there is a stop, shops and cafes. Big balcony. Warning and friendly host.

Very nice place to stay, 30 seconds to the beach, nice balcony, plumbing, furniture - everything is great. There are many different little things for your comfort. The location is great, and not the center where the commotion is, but also not very far from it. When I go to Kobuleti in the future, I will try to get here again.

Great flat! One of the best I’ve seen in Georgia after living there for 2 years. The location is near everything in the town. The beach is 5 minutes walk. The owner is very helpful and friendly

very nice modern place. kitchen has everything you might need, even a nutcracker. water pressure in the shower is good. there are a lot of supermarkets , fruit markets and cafes, thrift stores + tobacco shop nearby. thank to Giorgi for assisting us with late check in.

We liked the location and apartment. My only complaint was thinking there were 2 beds (based on a photo and the listing description). We stayed a month -sleeping on a sofa bed for a month was not what I expected as an older traveler. The one actual bed was decent and used by the taller of us. Other than that, everything was fine and we were generally comfortable. Caution: If you’re a light sleeper, you might be sensitive to neighbors nighttime noises. Hosts were helpful.

My mother and my son were in Ruslan's apartment,they were very satisfied. Everything like in the description.

To the sea 7 minutes on foot. The apartment is spacious and has two balconies. A good view from the balcony of the mountains. The building is old, a little scary on the balcony. The host is responsive, promptly responded to any domestic problems.

Well situated place next to farmers market. Good heating, in winter season that was very important. Clean and well decorated, nicely equipped kitchen. Super nice bed with good down comforter, soft fitting sheets. I loved everything and will be happy to come back.
