Vacation rentals with a patio in Gulpen-Wittem

We spent a weekend in the JB house with my fiancé, we had a very good time, the place is clean and welcoming, in terms of comfort, the house provides you with all the amenities to feel as comfortable as possible. Note 10, we will definitely come back ! 😊

Jolanda's place is such a gem. It's a beautiful and cute apartment located at a calm place just at the border. We stayed here for 4 nights over new years eve, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We'll definitely be back! The apartment was as advertised, it was clean, bright, and warm (the Aga is really nice!). There's a lovely view over the field directly from the bedroom, and if it gets too light there are also blinding curtains to make it properly dark at night. In the area there's a lot of places to walk, run or cycle, both on the Dutch and German side of the border. We also worked for a couple of days from here, the internet is stable and fast enough to support video calls without any problems. And lastly, Jolanda herself was super responsive, left great recommendations, and made our stay super easy and convenient!

Fantastic house at a great location, close to the city center and public transport. Very spacious and cosy with a lovely garden. We stayed for a week with a family of four. Katinka is very friendly and helpful and brought us a high chair upon request. Highly recommended!

A beautiful set up and accommodating hosts made for an absolutely wonderful stay this weekend! The property is secluded and offers picturesque views of the countryside which allows the visitor to easily relax and enjoy the slower pace away from the city centre However, being located near multiple foot/bike paths as well as public transit stops, makes getting around very easy. Caroline and Jo were very warming and helpful when recommending food or different attractions in the area. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We arrived in the Christmas period and only entering the street is already a huge party. All the white cottages, with nice lighting great! Lia and Marcel also had the house nicely decorated for Christmas. This immediately gave a warm homely feeling. The bed on the 1st floor was lovely, attic was a little harder we heard from our godchild. The kitchen is really full of comforts and since my husband had a birthday, I could also bake a cake for him. In short, super nice. Also nice base for us for family visits in Heerlen/Landgraaf but we have also been to the Christmas markets in Valkenburg. Definitely recommended!

Dorus was an amazing host, making sure we were going to arrive well and protectively made instructional videos, and left an amazing warm welcome package! He even didn't intend on opening his place up but changed is mind just to make our holidays and allow us a beautiful stay in Maastricht. Finally, he gave us recommendations for things to visit around, which we heeded, and did not regret. Dorus knows his stuff!

We felt very comfortable, it was a very pleasant stay, the landlords were very nice and the communication was great!! We will be happy to come back. :)

The place was very cozy and we felt very much at home. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The location was great for walks with our dog.

The accommodation was excellent, the patio lead out to a beautiful garden with a great view of the surrounding countryside. Werner allowed us to store our bicycles in the large garage which was a secure place to leave them. Werner and his partner were great hosts. We will definitely book again when in the area. Andy
