I was extremely delighted and satisfied with the house. On top of everything very beautiful and clean, Lucas is an extraordinary host. You did everything to make us comfortable. We left wanting to come back and enjoy space more.

The apartment is great: comfortable, clean and well located. Lavínia was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the booking process. We will definitely recommend and stay again, on an upcoming trip to Viçosa.

The place is fantastic, very good for welcoming friends. The barbecue area with pool is huge and still has pool. It was very comfortable to stay both for those staying at the house and for our friends who went to spend the day with us. We were very welcome by the caretaker, Carlinhos, and his wife who showed us around the house and where everything was. It was a bit difficult to find the place, but with the caretaker's phone to assist us this issue was easily resolved. The only problem is that there is no cell phone (only live chip on conventional cell phone, smartphone from time to time you get a signal). However, Carlinhos lent us his phone when we needed it. Would recommend!

Marilourdes is a great host. Its wonderful and cozy corner is in the central region of Viçosa. I stayed once and I already plan to stay at other times.

Wonderful stay, held all my family well, quite spacious house, great location, quiet neighborhood, we went to my brother's graduation and we were all together in the same house was great. Not to mention that Joseph and his wife are excellent people, servants of the Lord. We felt at home! José and wife always available for any questions! I recom a lot!! Thanks for everything!

The stay was great, the place has two separate leisure areas available, one with a pool and barbecue area, the other with barbecue, TV, board games, pool, etc. For having the two areas well completed, we enjoyed the weekend a lot. The rooms correspond with the photos and was very comfortable. Although Paulo lives on the property, we had a lot of privacy. Paulo and his wife are very friendly and gave market and party indications they were having in the city. Our group felt welcomed and at home, we definitely recommend booking with Paulo!

Gustavo was very friendly when we arrived and super concerned about making us comfortable. The house was extremely clean and it's a very cozy little place! I intend to come back more often, the dog is a love!! very beautiful place

My stay at the inn was wonderful. The atmosphere is very cosy and the host is very friendly and has always remained at your disposal. Certainly when I return to Viçosa I will stay there and super recommend it.
