This is my second time staying at this location. It is close to the center and has the necessary for a good stay. The garage is a little tight but a good driver settles in patience. One of the highlights is the fact that there are two bathrooms and the balcony with hammock. I woke up to the sound of the birds that frequent my neighbor's backyard. Great cost-benefit, right address in the city.

The apartment is super well located, just a minute walk from the bus station and with easy access to the UFV, being able to walk. The street is very quiet and safe, as well as being next to the Bristol Hotel. The space is extremely airy, with great air circulation, and I was able to leave the balcony doors open to take advantage of natural ventilation. In addition, there are markets and other conveniences nearby, which made it very easy to stay. Bed linen was clean, smelling and very comfortable, as well as the bed, which provided a great night of rest. I was very well received by the host, who was attentive and helpful at all times. Undoubtedly, an excellent option for those seeking convenience, comfort and safety!
