Hi My name is Welvin 😊 I am really Happy and Satisfied to Balai Pahuwayan or Desserie's place. I stayed here for almost 2 months. The place is peaceful and relaxing. inside is aesthetic, very homey, clean, and everything you need is already there. The host, Ms. Des is very kind, informative and approachable. she is accommodating her guests nicely and finding out how she can further to assist. My stay at their place was exceptionally peaceful, and I felt safe even late at night. The location is pet-friendly, allowing guests to bring their dogs, which brought me joy observing others walking their pets. To Ms Des, You're an Amazing host !! I'm grateful for the chance to unwind at your unit Hacienda Balai, making my vacation truly memorable. I highly recommend this place, ensuring a relaxing and comfortable stay. Ps. I particularly enjoyed their amenities, including the swimming pool, where I had the pleasure of swimming twice. Hehehe 😂 #Outstanding host !! #Highly recommended !

Follow the host's instructions on how to get there. Waze and Google Maps will give you a different road which is more difficult (long rough road) than what the host gave. The rest house was clean, especially the pool. The water was so clear and we didn't smell a strong amount of chlorine. If you would like an IG-worthy rest house, this might not be it, but good enough for a simple family/friend bonding. The water in the faucets have a strong flow, but I just hope that all of the locks of CRs would be fixed. Ask for kitchen tools as well before going since they don't have much such as rice cooker.

Easy to check in, very accommodating host, spacious, and functional facilities. Parking up to 3 vehicles (1 indoor parking, 2 street parking). Great for staycation, and gathering with friends. Feels like home. Will definitely be going back here. I really recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay! The house is very cozy and comfortable and we have felt the Japanese vibe. Linens and towels are nice and clean. Joyce is also very friendly, accommodating, and responsive. We will book again when we come back in the area. Thank you!

Struggled looking for the place because of waze's and google's way of locating shortcuts. Just don't follow the shortcut. The correct way to the property is to pass under the flyover to the left of Shell. But overall, our stay was great. Owner was responsive and allowed us to move our checkout time. A nice place to stay for a quick visit to Baliwag.

Super cozy home, perfect place for our quick stop in Pampanga. Lots of toys and goodies to keep the kids occupied and more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable, would def book again!

Pet friendly which is our top consideration kasi may fur family member kami :) it's near Philippine Arena where we planned to celebrate the new years countdown so very good ung location ng place based sa need namin. Complete din ng gamit specially sa kitchen since new years eve kami nag check in. very spacious din. Originally 5pax lang max but a relative came from province so sumama sya samin so naging 6 kami, very clear naman ung owner na 5 lang sleeping capacity which okay lang samin kami na nag adjust and they allowed it naman without additional charge so super grateful namin. I highly recommend this place so next time may event ulit sa PH arena we will surely book again. Btw, very peaceful and safe din ng neighborhood. kudos to the owner for being helpful and easy to transact with. super satisfied kami 😊

Love the place, the ambiance it gives is so peaceful. The place is so furnished and complete with what you may need. It is also great for group of people since it saves time to prepare because of two bathrooms. Recommended for a relaxing stay since it comes with a massage chair. Also, it is comfy to move around since the space is enough to accommodate 8 pax. The host is accommodating too with our inquiries and request. Recommendable place to stay. Thank you.

We loved the place, the host was very responsive, especially na we need to go to the market, the host sent us map so we have directions when we need buy cake, groceries and stuff. Nag enjoy ang family namin sa place. Madaming activities! Malaki ung rooms, pool at sobrang laki ng place. Friendly ung staff and maasikaso. Walang masyadong rules, like di masyadong maselan ung may ari, we had a great time especially when we requested to turn on the water sa pool and they allowed us to drink sa side ng pool which we enjoyed so much!! My family spent a weekend in Marc’s beautiful airbnb for a Pampanga food trip 😋. It reminded me of Mexico (even though I haven’t been there). The compound has an instant relaxing feeling with its bougainvilleas, shady fruit trees, pool and relaxed seating. Marc made sure we were comfortable, offering the nicer room for the group and closer to the toilet. Also, we took advantage of the karaoke where we sang our hearts out, without being heard by the neighbours. Thank you for an unforgettable stay, we loved it. ✨

I had an excellent stay at this Airbnb! Arianne was very accommodating and responsive, making the booking process and communication so easy. The room was clean and well-equipped with amenities like a washing machine, air conditioning, and a kitchen area, which made my stay even more comfortable. I’ll definitely stay here again when I go on vacation next time!

I really wanted to gatekeep the experience but I'm not selfish so yes, One of the top tier Airbnb in bulacan is here!! We had so much fun celebrating our Father's 60th birthday. As a fan of good ambiance, aesthetic design and complete amenities? I could say that I'm lucky to experienced it on Jecca's listing. Will definitely go back! But I have some few concerns. It’s the 2nd time we’ve celebrated our YEP here and it’s still great as the first one! They have some food/drinks that you can buy in case you want some snacks or forgot to buy some food. We also have used their portable bluetooth karaoke speaker which is nice. I love the ambiance and the host is very friendly. They assisted us with all our needs!
