Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Guerneville

We had a wonderful stay! Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the house that made us feel at home during our stay. The bottle of wine and chocolates waiting for us when we arrived was a nice surprise! Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

What a perfect place for a weekend getaway. We were 8 women celebrating a birthday. While it rained the entire visit, it was the perfect place to be snuggled in together. Some managed a walk among the redwoods in the neighborhood, others rested on the spacious couch, and others made art at the dining table and chatted with the folks cooking in the kitchen. The two bathrooms worked for sharing among us at unplanned and staggered times. The kitchen was largely well-appointed and a pleasure to cook in (no crockpot, salad tongs, batter spatula, pie server); cupboards and drawers were well-labeled and a selection of coffee, tea, spices were available (no olive or cooking oil when we were there). We didn't use the back deck but it looks like great fun for a sunny weekend to BBQ, play darts, and hang out. Beds were reportedly firm but not uncomfortably so. Water pressure was great (at least in shower in primary bathroom). Plenty of games and warm touches. We'll be back.

This was the perfect spot for our quiet weekend. I usually prefer not to use guesthouse Airbnbs but this one was totally private and felt like entirely its own space. Super clean, cozy, and comfortable. We’ll be back!

We had a great time at Shauna’s place! The house is spacious, the rooms are very comfortable and you can find everything you need in the house. We also had a great time using the hot tub.

This was everything we were hoping for. It was quiet, comfy, and PRIVATE. Sean was great and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend.

Had a great time staying at the hidden apartment in Calistoga. Great hotel pool and spa with the benefit of your own kitchen and living room. Staff was onsite to greet and get us in. Everything was clean and stocked. Fantastic location right by downtown with excellent shops and restaurants! Can’t wait to come back!

This place was the best place I have ever stayed. I came here for my birthday, so I could go to the Graton Casino, which was very close. It was so clean, smelled good, and was comfortable. I loved the TV, and the kitchen, and all the little snacks that they left us made me feel right at home. I want to go back there soon, because it was a great vacation. Thank you Rhonda and Jeannie for giving me an excellent birthday!

What a beautiful escape for a weekend away. The stunning views, the private location, the comfortable amenities made this a wonderful landing spot for us.

I've stayed in Airbnb all over the world in all kinds of cities. this is but far one of the best properties and any is one of the top hosts I've experienced. she's thought of every detail and anticipated any need. the kitchen is more than fully stocked, clean and good quality knives pots and pans. Amy checked ahead to see what I needed for coffee and tea and stocked it for me. the warm muffins and fresh backyard eggs are real and such a lovely extra touch. the shower was great, bed comfortable, views of the mountains peaceful and the way walk into the shops, restaurants and trail were icing on the cake. this is a wonderful respite and I will definitely hope to stay here again.

Raquel's place is cozy and comfortable, in a quiet residential neighborhood that is close to family we went to visit and also easy to get to shopping and restaurants. We like to do some cooking, and the kitchen had everything we needed, plus some bonuses, like spices. The beds are comfy, bath done up with a designer walk-in shower, all amenities provided. Don't forget to look in the closets for your big fluffy robe and extra towels!

Monica & John were extremely accommodating and helpful, also very kind and friendly. Very willing to go above and beyond as well as helping problem solve when an issue arose.

our stay was amazing and definitely would stay here again. wasn't to noisy did here foot steps from visiting center above but nothing to really complain about. Megan communicate great with flexibility in check in as we wwere coming from oregon and had a late start getting out of town.

Great stay. Loved having access to the pool and hot tub for kids and adults. Very clean bathrooms and kitchens, plenty of space for 4, and comfortable beds.
