We had a great time with the family for Christmas week! Fabrice was very accommodating for our arrival and we were greeted by a very nice Christmas tree that made the joy of young and old too. The house is located very close to the beach, which allowed us to go for great walks with the kids. A small flaw to report: the front door that is not very easy to open! Maybe from the cold?

What a beautiful home. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here for a week with our children. Bertrand was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We found everything we needed and the location was right next to a huge park, the journey into Nantes was easy and the airport 20 mins drive away. Very comfy beds, gorgeous pool area and we had everything we could need.

The house is perfect and sleeps a lot of 12 people. Kids loved the dorm room. The house is quiet and a few meters from the beach. The hot tub is the little plus of the house. The house is very well equipped. Perfect communication with Anthony and very clear instructions before check-in. We had a lovely stay.

Great stay to discover a part of Brittany. Very well located accommodation for visiting the Golf du Morbihan and faithful to the photos. We can only warmly reccomend this accomodation to anyone. The house is furnished comfortably and includes a lot of charming details, such as the boat-shower or the wooden animals handcarved by the owner. The garden is quiet and huge, especially in the back. And the whirlpool, heated and in full function during our entire stay, was an amazing luxury, especially on cold and rainy days. It's about four Minutes from doorstep to beach, and about seven minutes to a whole range of good restaurants by the beachfront. We had a fantastic time and plenty of space with four adults and five children. Regine was a wonderful and uncomplicated host, who was with us within a few minutes, when we asked for help changing the gas bottle. Great AirbnB!

Draft Le Hautbois review; Villa Le Hautbois is a beautiful home which is aptly named being high up surrounded by tall trees that give a feeling of complete seclusion while actually being just 7 minutes walk from both local shops and the famous sandy beach with its range of water activities and restaurants. Jean Philippe was a lovely host. Both he and Marion made us feel very welcome.

We had a really great stay. Vannes has plenty to do, with great restaurants and bars within 20 minutes walk of the house. The Gulf de Morbihan is beautiful, with many great places to visit and boat trips to take. Highly recommended.

We had a magical weekend in the house. We were 14 guests (adults and children) and each had their own space. Direct access to the beach is wonderful. the kids were able to go play and swim their feet on their own. We had great luck on the weather. The weekend was sunny and allowed us nice bike rides and walking. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. Have breakfast facing the sea and seeing the sun rise and setting in the veranda amazed us all. The large indoor and outdoor tables allowed for good family moments. Just like the large kitchen space. The house is well heated. Marielle was very kind to us, to the care of us. This parenthesis in this idyllic place has refreshed us all. It's our pleasure to come back and spend a few days together.

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by our host, whose kindness and availability greatly contributed to making our stay memorable. The house is spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated, offering everything that we needed for a stay with friends. A big thank you to our host for their exemplary hospitality. Alice has an amazing house. We really enjoyed our stay. We had 8 adults and 5 kids and we were comfortable here. The kitchen is very well stocked, spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. The outdoor area is ideal for families. The neighbour is quite, safe and walking distance to the town. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this property for large groups.

Very nice week spent with the family in this house. Very nice location, sea view, everything is within walking distance. Relatively well-equipped house. Functional and pleasant kitchen. Spacious and well decorated rooms. It's just a shame that the lights are quite weak in all the rooms of the house. Noted that the hardwood floors and doors on the floors are old-fashioned and therefore quite noisy.

The house is superb and faithful to the photos (modern and tastefully decorated). It is a quiet place and very well located. We had a great weekend with friends.

Beautiful accommodation, perfect for a family with young children. Swimming pool and garden area are fantastic, we had a great time and would go again. Not too far from Nates city center or the beach. Delphine & Thomas were always helpful.

A super large house with 4 bedrooms and everything nice on the ground floor! Sweet and good reception from Mireille, that was also very pleasant. Within walking distance of a bakery, fishmonger and supermarket, a nice market in the square weekly. Our kids enjoyed it too. Small station is within walking distance and always easy and the trains certainly do not make any noise. In short, wonderful house to relax and unwind.

An idyllic find in a peaceful, beautiful place. A real gem in terms of location, ambience, quiet. Could walk to local cafe, supermarket, beach and local crepe van. The swimming was incredible at high tide and we were lucky with sunny weather. Thank you so much for sharing your place

Very nice welcome by Isabelle and Jean-Philippe with welcome gift, the two are very friendly and helpful hosts. Modern, excellently equipped house, large heated pool with extra shower and toilet, plus the outdoor bar. Quiet location, shopping and restaurants can be reached in less than 10 minutes (St.-Avé/Vannes). Definitely recommended!
