We had a great time with the family for Christmas week! Fabrice was very accommodating for our arrival and we were greeted by a very nice Christmas tree which delighted the little ones and the grown-ups too. The house is located very close to the beach, which allowed us to go for great walks with the children. One small flaw to report: the front door which is not very easy to open! Maybe because of the cold?

Very pleasant stay in Graziella's house which is ideally located in Nantes, in a private cul-de-sac close to everything, the hyper center, museums, the Jardin des Plantes, public transport, etc. The house is spacious, very comfortable, well decorated and perfectly equipped. Communication was smooth with Yves, whom I thank for hosting us and for being available.

What a beautiful home. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here for a week with our children. Bertrand was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We found everything we needed and the location was right next to a huge park, the journey into Nantes was easy and the airport 20 mins drive away. Very comfy beds, gorgeous pool area and we had everything we could need.

Great stay to discover a part of Brittany. Very well located accommodation for visiting the Golf du Morbihan and faithful to the photos. We can only warmly reccomend this accomodation to anyone. The house is furnished comfortably and includes a lot of charming details, such as the boat-shower or the wooden animals handcarved by the owner. The garden is quiet and huge, especially in the back. And the whirlpool, heated and in full function during our entire stay, was an amazing luxury, especially on cold and rainy days. It's about four Minutes from doorstep to beach, and about seven minutes to a whole range of good restaurants by the beachfront. We had a fantastic time and plenty of space with four adults and five children. Regine was a wonderful and uncomplicated host, who was with us within a few minutes, when we asked for help changing the gas bottle. Great AirbnB!

Draft Le Hautbois review; Villa Le Hautbois is a beautiful home which is aptly named being high up surrounded by tall trees that give a feeling of complete seclusion while actually being just 7 minutes walk from both local shops and the famous sandy beach with its range of water activities and restaurants. Jean Philippe was a lovely host. Both he and Marion made us feel very welcome.

We spent a 3-day stay working as a team, to get together and enjoy a setting that escapes us. The house was perfect for it! It is very large, and has guaranteed us a sufficient number of rooms. There were enough spaces to be able to work, the wifi worked very well, and the kitchen was very well equipped to cook for everyone. The proximity to the Rhuys peninsula and Vannes allowed us to excursions between our work sessions. Thank you!

Excellent stay in Pornichet! The Les Concierge’s team were excellent from the moment that I booked and very responsive and helpful with everything we needed. They were quick on response and flexible. The property was excellent and was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The property was also easy walking distance to the markets, beach and local shops. Overall it was a brilliant stay!

We had a really great stay. Vannes has plenty to do, with great restaurants and bars within 20 minutes walk of the house. The Gulf de Morbihan is beautiful, with many great places to visit and boat trips to take. Highly recommended.

Perfect stay in this very nicely decorated dream house, modern and very tasteful with all the necessary amenities. The sea as far as the eye can see, its gentle sound to accompany the night and day. It lived up to our expectations for this wonderful family weekend in a region that we particularly appreciate.

What a wonderful stay! We are absolutely delighted! The house is very beautiful, perfectly equipped, ideally located close to many shops of all kinds and the beach! The market (3 times a week in summer) is at the end of the street, we were able to do everything on foot! The house is very peaceful, golden with a shaded garden with all the amenities needed to make the most of the inside and outside! Marielle welcomed us in an exceptional, flexible, smiling and proactive manner. The location is premium, directly overlooking a beautiful beach. For the 14 adults we were, this place was perfect. Space, original decoration, well-equipped, lots of light, with exteriors that suited us perfectly. Perfect for spending time with friends without being on top of each other. A super large house with 4 bedrooms and everything nice on the ground floor! Sweet and good reception from Mireille, that was also very pleasant. Within walking distance of a bakery, fishmonger and supermarket, a nice market in the square weekly. Our kids enjoyed it too. Small station is within walking distance and always easy and the trains certainly do not make any noise. In short, wonderful house to relax and unwind.

An idyllic find in a peaceful, beautiful place. A real gem in terms of location, ambience, quiet. Could walk to local cafe, supermarket, beach and local crepe van. The swimming was incredible at high tide and we were lucky with sunny weather. Thank you so much for sharing your place

Very nice welcome by Isabelle and Jean-Philippe with welcome gift, the two are very friendly and helpful hosts. Modern, excellently equipped house, large heated pool with extra shower and toilet, plus the outdoor bar. Quiet location, shopping and restaurants can be reached in less than 10 minutes (St.-Avé/Vannes). Definitely recommended!
