As someone interested in art and history, this is the perfect location - everything you'll want to see is walkable. There's loads of little shops and restaurants around, and a grocery store around the corner. Plus, there's a taxi stand right on the corner so if you've got a big bag and need to get to the train station, it's right there. It's a bit of a faff to get inside: you must pass through 5 doors to get inside the flat. Some are codes, but most are keys, and the last two you must lock from the inside after you've opened it and entered, so it's a lot if you've got your hands full. But that is the only nit to pick with this place. The bathroom is gorgeous, tons of hot water. The kitchen is tiny, so just stay for a couple days and make tea/coffee or have wine and keep cheese in the fridge. But the bed, pillows, light, and rich furnishings make this a stylish and comfortable spot in Milan.

Very clean, nicely decorated apartment. Great safe location. Host provides coffee etc for your stay. Please note that you can hear EVERYTHING through the thin walls. If you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. You can hear toilets flushing and turning on of faucets from neighbors through the night. Other than that the stay is perfect.

Martin and Nadja were very welcoming and friendly hosts. The house is immaculate, newly refurbished and very clean. Lovely location by the lake and just a couple of minutes’ walk to the ferry. Delicious food at local restaurants and cafes recommended by Martin and Nadja. Thank you for our lovely stay!

We spent NYE at Nathalie's place, and it was simply magical. The apartment is wonderful, and that view breathtaking, especially at sunrises. Natahlie has been an amazing host, we did not have a car, and she came picking us up at Arona and drove us to the apartment. Superb experience, highly recommended!

Great place to stay, very homey and comfortable. Super clean and host was very nice and responsive. Had only two issues: 1- on a lake so mosquitos are to be expected, be aware. 2- wifi was spotty, but host tried and made all the efforts to fix/correct just took a bit. All in all we would definitely stay again!

Four of us had plenty of room and privacy if wanted. Very clean and well maintained. All the amenities were available as described and Holvan and Goulia were very nice and responsive to questions. The metro and bus lines were nearby and easy. Would stay there again.

Very nice apartment, lots of space and had a good time. About 35 minutes from Milan central by public transport and a 20-minute walk from Naviglio Pavese where there are many bars and restaurants. Nice facilities, such as a hamman in the apartment.

We had a great weekend stay at Samuele’s place! The view is incredible and the private garden was perfect for our dogs! The location is just a short 16-20 minute walk from the little town with beautiful nature.

Definitely new structure. The apartment had a beautiful terrace with a view of the rooftops of the city that was very evocative. Well-decorated, clean, and functional spaces. Nothing to object to. In communication, I would improve response times by phone or messaging. During our stay the fire alarm was triggered and communication with the support service was quite slow. Unique little mole of a stay, otherwise perfect

We felt very comfortable and would have liked to have stayed longer. Carlos is a great host: Very helpful, warm and excellent at communicating. The apartment is spacious, extremely well maintained and well equipped down to the last detail (e.g. good knives, high-quality towels, beautiful wine glasses, etc.) . The apartment also has a very nice garden. The view from the apartment and garden over the mountains towards Milan is beautiful. We can only recommend the apartment and definitely want to come back for a next stay in the region.
