Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Guayacanes

We have just stayed a month at Romena's. The apartment is very pleasant, spacious, clean, safe and quiet. Being retired , we only needed a supermarket and a nice beach for swimming within easy walking distance. We'll definitely be back.

The apartment is excellently equipped, both in the kitchen and the bedrooms. It has all the utensils and glassware that we could require. The furniture is new and very complete. As a frequent visitor, this place is the best of those rented in Marbella.

Excellent location, super spacious and well comfortable the amfintrion super attentive to every detail and super quick to respond to any concerns , I would definitely stay in this accommodation again.

A 5-star home on the 6th floor of the Aquarella Tower. A few items were missing when we arrived (coffee machine, safe combination, hair dryer) but everything was quickly added by Beachstay. Amazing sea view, air conditioning and much appreciated fans, the pool and building are cleaned every day, very very clean. Functional accommodation, very comfortable master bedroom, the second bedroom was noisy because of the back and forth to the elevator and the doors closed badly. Some restaurants are reached by foot by the beach about 20 min away, the other restaurants accessible by bus or taxi. A bar service at the pool would be much appreciated. The staff at the reception always with a smile. I would recommend this place for peace, cleanliness, and great Beachstay service. Would return

For a last minute check-in, Milli was very attentive and responsive, the house was great, i booked it for such short time but next time i am planning on staying a little longer and enjoying the house more, amazing host .

This house is huge. Plenty of room. The location was not really cohesive to what I wanted. No water pressure.

This was our first time vacationing to this part of the DR and wow! The condo was Amazing and condo was very beautiful and better than the pictures! The View was beautiful as every day we sat on the balcony which wrapped around the condo. You can see the beach and the beautiful view from the bed or the balcony. All of the staff in the building were very friendly. We took maximum advantage of the pool and jacuzzi as they were amazing and I met many new friends. I highly recommend Juan as he is an outstanding host! He answered my questions quickly and even helped me make arrangements for a ride to and from the airport with Abel Taxi service whom I highly recommend also. Juan also recommended going to Nico Beach restaurant (5 stars) to enjoy a meal and more beach adventure. The only other thing I would recommend is spending more than 5 days as you will fall in love with Juan's condo! We had so much fun and can not wait to go back!

I loved the apartment it was right by the ocean had central AC, amazing balcony overlooking playa juan dolio.The beach and pool was really entertaining and relaxing.

I had an amazing stay at Daniel’s beachfront apartment! The location is unbeatable, right in front of the sea, offering breathtaking views and the sound of the waves to wake up to every morning. The apartment was spotless and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The pool and nearby beach club were perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Plus, being pet-friendly was a huge bonus—we were so grateful to be able to bring our furry friend along and enjoy the beach together. Daniel was a fantastic host, super friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend this spot for a perfect seaside getaway!

Excellent communication , the place is A Plus , the Beautiful beach less than a block away , walkable area with many different restaurant , friendly and secure area really good for everybody , family with children will love it !!

Great place! Anthony was responsive, and our family enjoyed staying there. The only downside was the low water pressure in the master bathroom shower; we all used the shower in the other bathroom. The place was nice and clean and had everything we needed to enjoy beautiful Juan Dolio.

We came to Santo Domingo on a girls trip and our initial airbnb was very disappointing and the location wasn't desirable. We decided to look for a new one after the first night and George's place saved our vacation. This place is absolutely gorgeous and the view is to die for! The kitchen is well stocked with amenities and there's a market across the street to grab a few things. We felt extremely safe with the security gate and it was very peaceful. Some of my friends are already planning to come back with their husband's.
