Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Guayabo

Where do I start! This place is right across the street from the ocean, (sometimes you'll catch surfers getting ready to hot the waves), meant locals and visitors gather to watch the sunset in the evenings. Wanna and her husband really paid attention to all the details one may need to feel right at home and we're fantastic at providing restaurant and points of attractions recommendations, if I hadn't had an itinerary in mind already they wouldn't made sure I got to experience a much as possible of the area and surrounding towns. I truly enjoyed my stay and unfortunately ran out of time before getting into that inviting pool. the little private terrace in front of the unit is a nice touch, did end the days hanging out there taking in the ocean sounds/views. This was a last minute booking and I'm so glad it worked out!!

This was our second time staying here. Ian's home is very peacefully. He thought of everything you could possibly need. It is truly a home away from home. we were very comfortable staying here. I would not hesitate from staying here.

Perfect place to relax and the view is amazing. The sound of the waves, priceless. Everything was clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay here. We chose the location because it's close to my son who we were visiting. It's located across from the ocean and beach which depending on conditions, some days you can swim or catch a sunset there. A bakery (sell baked goods, coffee, sandwhiches, snacks etc.) and a couple of chincurros (bars) are within easy walking distance. If you're able to walk farther/longer, there's more to access. We interacted with Logan, who was very responsive and helpful. When the AC went down in one of the bedrooms, he offered us to use one of the other vacant units on the property and the contractors were scheduled immediately to fix the issue. The property has a couple of grills, multiple outside places to relax or eat. And you'll even find some snorkeling supplies, towels and a beach umbrella and chairs to use. We would definitely come back!

This airbnb was great and just as described. We stayed a week during New Years Eve. We felt safe and welcomed by the neighbors who even invited us to celebrate new years eve with them. The roosters are loud really early but the place is so cute and close to great beaches! It has everything you need like beach chairs , towels and umbrellas. The owners gave us spot on recommendations and were the greatest hosts. We’ll stay here again for sure.

Perfect place for a family vacation. The villa was perfect. Pictures were true to the location. The beach was in walking distance. Our family of 4 had a wonderful time! Thank you for sharing this gorgeous space and for all the great details you provided. We will be back. For those who love the beach- One of the most beautiful locations I have been to over the years. The beach was pristine. We walked to Sandy beach most days to swim more comfortably. We did not use the gym/pool- so cannot comment to those aspects of the stay.

One of the very nicest airbnbs we’ve stayed in. This is a dream home right on the beach; very private, amazing views and convenient, yet quiet location. The home was meticulously cared for and designed. Very nice bed, relaxing outside living room with two grills and a nice kitchen well equipped with everything you need and more! We felt right at home and appreciated all the thought and care that went into this home and our stay. The location was peaceful and convenient to visit beaches north and south. Highest of recommendations to stay here, thank you!

Excellent place to stay!

My Mom and I took a trip to Puerto Rico and stayed a week at Casa Birdsong hosted by Mary and Jim. Check in was easy. The space was clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds and furniture and all amenities as described. Always found everything we needed and they provided plenty of things one might accidentally forget to bring. The private pool was a huge plus and it was quite large. Good ocean view from the patio and pool as well. There is a small road in between the property and the ocean, but the road was never very busy, so not an issue. Lots of walkable restaurants that had great food, good prices, and fantastic ocean views. The immediate beach is not the best for swimming, but there’s an accessible one about 1km South and if you have a car there are several amazing ones within a 30-40 or so minute drive. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend.

Excellent place to stay. This has to be one of my favorite spots. I felt so at peace. We spent most of our time in the sunroom and on the deck. There was surfing right outside and you can take nice long walks on the beach. Luis was an EXCELLENT host. Excellent communication and flexibility with check out. I honestly didn't want to leave. Great location near Rincon, yet just enough outside you get more of a peaceful relaxing vibe. Highly recommend.

One block from a great swimming beach. The outdoor pool and living area was awesome! A/C inside house (4 units) was perfect for sleeping. Kitchen/Dining/Living room space is very spacious. We requested a few things from the host and he was very quick to get us what we needed and he was very friendly. Great location for day trips and only 15 minute drive to Rincon. The street that it's on is quiet.

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious place in the hills of Rincon. Three bedrooms and two big bathrooms is a rare find! The king bed had a nice soft topper and the other two beds were quite firm. Air conditioning worked great! The deck overlooking the tops of the trees was a lovely place to step out and enjoy nature. We appreciated the full size washer and dryer. Great location - just seven minutes from Lala beach and Econo grocery store. The kitchen isn’t super well stocked with pans and utensils, so you may find you need to buy a few things if you plan to do much cooking. Two reclining beach chairs and about six beach towels were available to use. Enjoy Rincon!

The place exceeded all our expectations, and we absolutely loved our stay! The house is spacious, spotless, and perfectly situated on a hill with a stunning view. It was quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to a supermarket, several restaurants, and a beautiful beach. Alberto's mother on the first floor was always friendly, bringing a warm and positive vibe to the house. Alberto was incredibly responsive whenever we needed anything. I definitely recommend this AirBnb!

Steven’s house was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home—spacious, beautifully maintained, and just as stunning as the photos. Nestled on a quiet dead-end street, the location struck the perfect balance between seclusion and convenience, with everything we needed just a short 8-minute drive away. We had read past reviews mentioning rough road conditions, but it looks like that’s a thing of the past—the road has been freshly paved and is in great shape now. Just take it slow on the final steep decline, and you’re good to go! What truly set this stay apart was how well-equipped and thoughtfully designed the home was. Every little detail added to the comfort, making it an ideal retreat for a relaxing getaway or a family trip. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-located stay with plenty of space and charm, this place is great for you.

We absolutely loved our stay at Genie’s house! It was the perfect location for our family reunion—spacious enough to provide privacy while also offering plenty of great common areas for spending time together. It truly felt like a home away from home. Genie was an excellent host, with amazing communication and hospitality, always quick to help with any issues that arose. Highly recommend!

What a lovely getaway! I was in desperate need of some privacy and relaxation in a beautiful home and boy did I get it. Swimming, eating, reading, napping. Ahhh. The birds around the pool were plentiful and wonderful to listen to. The views from the home and backyard were picturesque and private. I love to cook and the oven was a treat! You have to watch what you’re doing as it’s a commercial style oven so it really sears! The plants in the half open shower really made me feel relaxed as I listened to the frogs and birds. The town near by is so lovely with friendly and helpful locals and good bakeries. Would definitely come back! One of the best Airbnbs I have been at. If you’re looking to unwind, this is the place. We really enjoyed our stay! The area was great and the condo had everything we needed including beach chair and towels, which made the trip so easy. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying breakfast while watching the waves.

This place was absolutely AMAZING & was the perfect spot to accommodate our 9 person group. Each room has privacy, space to move around, and the location is phenomenal. We were very central to everything we wanted to do in Aguadilla and Rincón. We will absolutely be returning. 10000/10. Thank you Maria!

Amy is an extremely responsive host and helped us when our flight was changed. Area when her apartment is located is fabulous. Right on the ocean. Fall asleep to the sound of waves.

Spectacular apartment with the waves crashing next to you. Moonlight over the water through the window every night of the bedroom. Everything was perfect and beautiful. AC worked great. Worth noting it is a 4th floor walkup. No elevator, however the owner discloses this in the listing. Would absolutely go again.

Had a wonderful stay at Pepe's apartments. Beautiful view of Aguada and the Carribean below. Close (10-20 minutes) to several beaches. Even had a local cat adopt us while we were there. Brenda and Danny were great hosts and very responsive to any and all needs!

Erica was an amazing host. She provided a great guide, was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. The apartment was way more beautiful in person than in the pictures. It was also very clean and tidy as were the property grounds and pool area. The back is literally right there and the sunsets were amazing. I highly recommend this property. The only thing to consider is that there is no elevator so I would reconsider if you are traveling with little ones or people who have a hard time going up the stairs.

Lorna's place was just as described. we had a little issue at check-in but Lorna resolved it immediately and communicated well throughout the whole process. the amenities and views were great. thanks again Lorna. you were awesome.
