We had a great stay at Zaire’s Place and looked like the pictures. Felt safe and convenient location. Only issue was checking in and out with the security guards, since we came after 10pm and didn’t have our own car.

Everything is perfectly as shown in the photographs, easy to locate and with excellent conditions. Highly recommended!

Mely is a very kind person, communication with her was excellent and she was always available. The facilities are very comfortable as well, I recommend staying with her.

Only thing was the bathrooms not private at all 2 showers together a little bit weird bc of the that I won’t stay here again

Great place to stay close to Cayala as it was within walking distance! Miguel was a great host and gave very clear instructions for the check in and to use the amenities at Shift. We particularly liked the gym, even though it was small it had enough equipment to get a good workout! Would definitely recommend.

Title: Excellent Stay, but Please Upgrade the TV and Soundproof the Windows This is my second time staying at this Airbnb, and once again, everything was spotless. The cleanliness is exceptional, and the hosts have thought of every detail—there are essentials for cooking like salt, sugar, oil, coffee, tea, and more. Even for the washing machine, they provided detergent and bleach, which was a nice touch. However, a couple of things to improve: 1. Please provide a Smart TV. Nowadays, it’s essential for travelers. And if the place has 2 or 3 bedrooms, having at least two TVs would be ideal to avoid conflicts over what to watch. 2. The noise from trucks in the morning is terrible. If this were my property, I would invest in noise-reducing windows to improve the experience for guests. Other than that, everything was excellent. Thank you for a great stay! I ll comeback soon.

It is a great place to stay , inside it is elegant, quiet and very comfortable, the contemporary decoration is fantastic to enjoy the place , the truth does not make you want to go out. Everything is close to both the historic center and zone 10 and vicinity of Guatemala City. Joe is an excellent host and took us very well, highly recommended place.

What a sweet view. Close to Cayala and lots of restaurants. We felt right at home and very comfortable and super clean home. We would love to stay here again when we visit Guatemala city

A very nice and modern apartment near Cayalá. The building is new and in a very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed, good kitchen, laundry, a gym downstairs, good internet, and helpful staff 24/7 in the building. It is quite dark and quiet most of the time so it is a great place to get good sleep. Once in a while there is noise from town, fireworks shows for 20-30mins and concerts that go for a few hours late into the night. There is not much natural light and there is no heater so it was quite cold inside, but there’s a nice big fuzzy blanket that kept me warm. Overall, great place and a great host. Would recommend.
