From the beginning, as soon as we made the reservation, they were very friendly and so on until the end. They always responded quickly and the place was spotless, very organized and just like the photos. The location is very good for getting to restaurants and nightclubs, we would definitely come back!

We spent two nights here as a family and loved it. It is exactly as shown in the photos and is very close to downtown Guatepe. The only recommendation would be to have instructions in the apartment to use the jacuzzi and the hot water in the house, which was difficult for us to set up.

Dream location, Kiel is an excellent host and his words still ring in my ear 'one day is not enough to enjoy my house', how right he was. If you want to disconnect and feel a little piece of heaven, without a doubt, this is the place.

Our stay at Finca Colibri was fantastic! It was extremely peaceful and just what we needed. It had a lot of modern amenities not always found in Colombia, which was a real treat. The place felt like home! Highlights included: --> The private dock and Rick's associate who was able to pick us up in a boat for excursions on the lake. --> Beautiful master bathroom and shower! --> Outdoor fireplace to sit around and enjoy! --> Rick's warm personality and helpful nature! We will absolutely be back to stay at Finca Colibri again in the near future as it has become one of our favourite stays in Guatape!

The house is very nice, it is in perfect condition, it is comfortable in every way, everything is impeccable and Maria was really very attentive with all the doubts we had. I would definitely come back.

I found her apartment comfortable and clean. Although there was nothing at walking distance, a short car drive away I found many places to eat and hang out.

The stay in this apt was amazing, everything was impeccable and very comfortable, everything you need. The site has a pool, Turkish, sauna,gym and also a very special person in the unit who prepares delicious breakfasts , lunches and dinners which take you to your door can be contacted and it is called homemade. Thank you very much for everything 100% recommended.

The place is very quiet, suitable for families with children and with amenities for your enjoyment. There are restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy close to the residential. I liked that in addition to the recommendations of the co-hosts they also have in the refrigerator many recommendations for homes.

This is a beautiful place. The pictures of the apartment are exactly as the apartment is. A very clean, modern, and beautiful place with great scenery.
