We arrived in the Apt and soon felt the Cleaning smell. Apartment airy and well cleaned. The available fans were impeccably clean ( I was positively surprised). The beach view is much better than the photos ! Awesome.

Impeccable house, even more beautiful than in the pictures! Very spacious, with all rooms in suite. Perfect in every way! Excellent location, only four minutes walk to the beach in a straight line, and in a very safe area. The host was extremely helpful, as well as the homemakers, who were super receptive. In addition, the space is very private, ideal for those looking for tranquility. I recommend with my eyes closed!

Everything is great in the stay. I spent with my family the Réveillon of 2025. The house was in perfect condition and comfortably accommodated 11 adults and 2 children. All rooms with air conditioning and some also with a fan. 5 comfortable bedrooms, 1 of them suite, two large bathrooms and the very spacious kitchen and living room. The atmosphere is very cool. in the upper part, a large gourmet area and a swimming pool with very good sunbathing area. Anyway, the space of the house is extremely pleasant. It's all well clean and organized. Ricardo is an excellent host, was flexible at check-in and allowed our entrance a little early so we could get out of traffic. Also, it gave all the necessary assists and responded very quickly. Very considerate. Finally, the property's location is excellent. Mercados, pharmacies very close, it is possible to walk, the beach is also very close, 1 block and the building has service on the beach with chairs and umbrellas. I highly recommend it!

The stay at Christina's apartment was great. 3 bedroom, 2 large apartment has air conditioning and also has in the living room, excellent for the scorching heat of summer on the coast. Nearby has several restaurants and the best is the beach service of the condominium, they bring a sun umbrella and chair on the beach for you, very polite. We love it!

We stayed 5 days there, and although the time did not cooperate, we used it a lot, because the house is also very beautiful, clean and well ventilated, the sensational pool, all the rooms with fans, many utensils to use, such as mixer, washing machine, blender... everything of excellent quality... we made a table set at Christmas and in the cafes, so beautiful that are the dishes. Everything is within easy access, beach to go on foot... As soon as possible we will return with certainty... Alexsandra, super attentive tbm, helpful, helped us in everything that was necessary. the apartameto is very spacious and well decorated, with air-conditioning in all rooms. we had a small issue with the refrigerator on the first day (it wasn't freezing), but the host soon made herself available to resolve the issue. the location is good, with nearby markets and bakeries.

It is a large and well located apartment close to two beaches and good restaurants, helpful host and portatry always ready, good parking and large pool, I recommend it for a group trip as it fits comfortably, in addition to the view of the sand of Pitangueiras beach.

The days in the house were great and we were able to enjoy a lot! The house is very good and cozy and served us perfectly. The only point was that it is half away from the center and everything needed to be done by car, but otherwise it was perfect and we had a lot of fun.
