Beach condo vacation rentals in Guaratuba

It was all right. We found it easily, the desk was already there to greet us, the apartment was clean and smelly. It had good cooking utensils and linens on the beds. The apartment surprised me because in the photos the room looked small, but it was slightly larger than I expected. We settled well. Facing a more “deserted” beach, very quiet, and we went in high season (new year). Just cross the street and you are already on the beach, this made it very easy because to go to others it was a small stress with traffic and to find a place to park because the city was full, so for me it was very worth it mainly because it was very close to one of the beaches. In short we had an excellent stay, all questions and msg were answered quickly.

Leandro is a great host, cordial and attentive, returns contacts quickly. The apartment is very well located, comfortable and spacious. It's also very well equipped. It is not necessary to bring anything but personal items, beach towels, food and drinks (the apartment already has a water cooler filter, which helps a lot and surprised us, as it was not in the description). The configuration of the rooms comfortably accommodates 8 people (3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds). Anyway, it was a very enjoyable stay! We recommend it! The place was exactly as advertised, great place, next to the beach , next to a supermarket, fuel station, quiet spot without noise, with wi-fi , beach chairs and carts. We felt at home. Juliana received us with punctuality. The kitnet is exactly the same as in the pictures, it was clean and smelling, and we still had the surprise of a welcome note with bonbons – a treat that makes a difference! The hall has a smart TV and Wi‑Fi that worked very well. The kitchen has the essentials for everyday life, with pots and utensils for coffee, which was very practical. The bathroom features a hairdryer, and in the living room there is a powerful fan. In the bedroom, the ceiling fan provides gentle ventilation and the beds are very comfortable. I took my pet and he was very comfortable. Guaratuba was especially hot on the days we stayed, which made the temperature a challenge. During the night, we chose to keep the living room window closed for security reasons, as the house does not have a gate. The garage has room to park the car, which was quite convenient. Overall we had a positive experience, with a clean and well-organized space. The stay was pleasant!

Great choice for a couple. The host was great, she gave us several indications of restaurants. The beach next to the apartment is great, very calm and with little movement. We will certainly return.

We needed an emergency lodging, and Mr. Sergio was extremely receptive and friendly. The location is excellent, very close to the beach and easy to access. We had a wonderful stay and we will certainly return.

My husband and I spent a week at Sun Beach Residence in Balneário Coroados. The apartment was steeply clean. The furniture, appliances, kitchen appliances are new, everything very well decorated and the finish of the construction is very well done. Dulce and Sol, were very delicate, received us very well, were available throughout the stay and even if they were close, they respected our privacy. The apartment is very close to the beach. Balneário Coroados beach is very quiet. There are no buildings with apartments, noise, traffic and queues. If you want to walk, hear the noise of the sea and rest, go there. If you don't feel like cooking, you'll find food options next to this beach. In addition to restaurants, there are markets, pharmacies and fishmills nearby. The municipal administration of Guaratuba has apparently not invested in improving access roads, but nothing that hinders vacations or rest.

We really enjoy your stay! Great security in the building and all very receptive! To go to the beach just across the street, in addition to offering chairs and sun umbrellas!

Super attentive Jacqueline from hiring to our exit...Its 3-bedroom apartment where one of them is a suite served us very well, a balcony overlooking the heated pool and Sea, where you can see the sunrise, full kitchen in utensils and appliances. Tbem has 8 beach chairs and 1 large sunshine. ceiling fans in tds the rooms and 1 extra table fan. The staff of the helpful tds condominium, EXCELLENT place for 8 people to spend days in an exclusive place with tranquility and not seeing the time for a day to be able to return...

The apartment is very nice, just as it is in the description. Both the apartment and the building are very clean. Very conveniently located, close to everything. If we had any questions, the answers were quick. If there is anything to add, it is AC in the living/dining room, but it is the same detail, everything is very much enjoyed. We would come back!!
