The condominium offers 24-hour concierge, which provides a lot of security. There's also an elevator and cart for you to take your luggage to the kitnet. It has a game room with pool table and foosball. To go to the beach, just cross the street. I recommend the property to everyone.

Leandro is a great host, cordial and attentive, returns contacts quickly. The apartment is very well located, comfortable and spacious. It's also very well equipped. It is not necessary to bring anything but personal items, beach towels, food and drinks (the apartment already has a water cooler filter, which helps a lot and surprised us, as it was not in the description). The configuration of the rooms comfortably accommodates 8 people (3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds). Anyway, it was a very enjoyable stay! We recommend it! I went to spend the new year with my family (4 people) and the apartment was ideal. Good location, just one block from the beach and close to restaurants. Spacious, with two bedrooms and a large balcony with a barbecue area. In addition, she provided us with fresh linens and towels and the place was organized and odor-free. Reinalda also answered all our questions and provided us with the necessary information for the stay. I definitely recommend it!!

Even though it has only one garage, the other car of ours was on the street and the region is very safe. The apartment is very well equipped and all the appliance items were working! Situations that must be scored: there are two bathrooms, but they cannot be used together for bathing, perhaps by water pressure. The air conditioning of the living room was not freezing, but the apartment is quite airy because it is on the 5th floor. The alarm is always triggered by the residents, sometimes it can trigger fire in several hours of the day. We needed a place to stay urgently, and Mr. Sergio was extremely receptive and friendly. The location is excellent, very close to the beach and easy to access. We had a wonderful stay and will certainly be back.

Exactly as shown in the photos. Very quiet place, we were with two children and we were not cramped at all. The beach is right in front of the building, and on days when we were looking for a little more action, we stayed on the quieter beach a little further to the side. Entire apartment renovated, building a little older but well divided. One of the beds has a slightly denser orthopedic mattress that does not match our profile but is ideal for those who like it. Super helpful hosts. I'd go back!

I and my family were very pleased to stay in this apartment. Clean, beautiful and smelling environment, it really surprised us. To the readers of this comment I leave my recommendation, as it is worth it. As for the city of Matinhos and Caiobá, they still leave to be desired in some respects as places to eat, parking and beauty of the city, but it is noticeable that it is improving each year, along with Guaratuba, the potential to match the country's large coastal cities. Finally, I highlight here the attractions of the condominium (pools, blocks, etc.) that amused my family a lot and the only negative aspect was an unpleasant smell coming from the air conditioning that did not hinder our stay, but caught the attention in a bad way.

The apartment is very nice, just as it is in the description. Both the apartment and the building are very clean. Very well located, close to everything. If we had questions, the answers were quick. If there's anything to add, it's AC in the living/dining room, but it's a detail. You still enjoy everything. We'd be back!!
