All excellent! Quick check inn, very polite and friendly host, responded to everything quickly. Great location, one block from 2 malls, Jardim Sul and Morumbi Town. Shops, cinemas, bars, restaurants, bakeries, all next to the apartment. Easy access to other neighborhoods, Burle Marx Park, Morumbi Park, Morumbi Stadium, all near the apartment. Clean, impeccable, air-conditioned location, everything perfect! I highly recommend it!

All good, easy and fast communication with the hosts

The apartment is perfect in a great condominium full of leisure options (outdoor and heated pool, spa, sauna, court, game room), parking spaces and close to the beach with easy access in a quiet spot of the Riviera. Very nice to have all the amenities with linens, we only take the beach towels. The kitchen is complete, all clean and organized. Great and fast communication.

The apto is very well located and has all the items of the house to make us comfortable. The space is very well decorated and even being lean is also very functional and practical. All the electros work perfectly well and we don't miss anything. Access to the building is practical and the region has nearby bakeries, snack bars, market and subway. We felt at home. The place is beautiful, cozy, wooded and with many plants, which brings us tranquility. Location is great! The condominium staff are very attentive and kind. All very clean and organized. Great stay , gorgeous condominium, swimming pools , sauna, sports areas, polite staff and the house does not have any comments , it served us perfectly , we will be back for sure.

The house is great, has all the amenities necessary to serve a family with children and the elderly (the washer and dryer was super useful). The condominium is complete, including monitors for children on vacation. Guilherme very kind and attentive.

We spent amazing days in the house!! Location is great, 5 min walk from the beach. The house is beautiful and very well equipped!! Everything works perfectly and the same as the photos!! Otimo apartment, with excellent furnishings, bathrooms and bedrooms. It has everything you need to spend a few days. The condominium has a great location, is very close to the beach and has a very good structure. My children have enjoyed a lot, we intend to return soon.

Very nice apartment, with great location and good facilities

We found the apartment much better than in the photos . Well located building, just the distance from the beach that was a little further , but nothing that gets in the way. Hosts too quick to respond . Very recommended.
