Valter and Márcia have welcomed us in a functional space with everything necessary to spend a family stay. The house is 10 min drive from the main points of Petrópolis, I found it very close. One day one of my children was sick and needed a doctor; well, the emergency care is 5 minutes away, by car and we were very well attended.

I liked and recommend the home of Elizabeth and her Jorge. Very thoughtful and responsive. Trago points that are only attention due to extreme heat (the trend is unfortunately getting worse). The ceiling fans, present in the rooms, do not run. There was another one that saved, this wind was good. but the double room had the open window (properly screened) and the little that came from the ceiling. This is reported in the listing, but the heat has actually been above normal. Then stay with a recommendation that whoever can, bring an additional one. In addition, just thank you for the reception. The house is very well cared for, decorated. All in very good taste.

The stay was great, we were able to check in with a flexible schedule, everything was neat and smelling, the space of the house is very good and has everything that promises. Victor tipped to park on the street in front of the house and that helped a lot, there was always a vacancy and it was right in front of the house. The only point that could improve is the shower, because the water comes out very weak, so the ideal would be to put a shower with a pressurizer, but on hot days it is possible to use the shower that is in the barbecue area, there the water pressure is wonderful. I highly recommend the house, moreover the view is beautiful.

I liked the apartment, it has everything you need for a good stay, Thiago was always willing to help, he was very helpful. The location is privileged close by you have everything (drugstores, supermarkets, restaurants) and the metro station is very close. I will definitely be back.

We stayed in an apartment located in a quiet area, with a concierge, swimming pool, gym and well-organized and clean spaces. The location allowed us to explore other areas of Rio outside the typical ones, such as Barra de Tijuca, Grumari and Recreio, with beautiful, quieter and charming beaches (we used Uber). There is public transportation and transportation options that make it easy to get to different points of interest, as well as a supermarket a few blocks away with everything you need. The apartment is modern, comfortable, with air conditioning, an electric grill and all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Everything is spotless and just as described. One detail that I really appreciated is that the building has a recycling option, which makes it easy to separate waste from the apartment itself. The communication with the host was always quick and friendly. I would definitely go back if I decide to return to Rio, especially to this less crowded area than the classic ones like Copacabana.
