Vacation rentals with a patio in Guaniquilla

Location, location, location! If you wanna wake up in the morning and step out onto the beach and go for a swim, there’s no better place! Even had local fisherman demonstrate ions of history by coming together and catching a large school of Blue Runners with a net. We had a little difficulty with the location as the one in app did not match the property. Nelson did send me the correct google map pin before hand, but I had missed it. Also, the space is tight for 4 people, but for a few days is not a problem. Overall, great experience. We’ll be back!

Place is up on a ridge with beautiful wind and starry nights and nice views. No houses behind. Very central to all the beaches. Neighbours we met were fantastic as well to speak with as is Tara’s husband and son. We really enjoyed our time at Tartas and definitely recommend it. Nice little coffee area outside the apartment plus a grassy knoll outside the backyard to roam around.

We enjoyed our stay so much. We were visiting our daughter who lives on the mountain, nearby. The views on the property were beautiful! I loved waking up each morning, sitting outside on the porch in the lounge watching the sun rise. The sounds of the birds and waterfall down below were so peaceful. We enjoyed visiting Shacks beach, Crashboat and Rincon beach. Our host did a great job responding to any needs we had. Would visit again if in the area.

My family felt like home. The Airbnb was clean and Miguel answered any questions I had in a timing manner. They even left snacks for my toddlers … which they were excited about besides the swing in the back! I highly recommend this Airbnb if you’re going with your family and have little ones.

Wonderful location! friendly neighbors, good food just down the road, the beach was beautiful and walkable, and oh, the sunsets!!!

Staying there is wonderful. We had everything we could need. The sound of the ocean, many wonderful windows, private and quiet. So many restaurants. A great relaxing bedroom, a nice kitchen. Nearly private beach. Prompt communication… Just PERFECT. We will be back , because the WEST SIDE RULES!!!

Elba and Edi were wonderful hosts. They provided local recommendations, helped when needed, responded quickly, and respected our privacy. The home is spacious, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the TVs were both user friendly. The laundry machines work, the AC is modern and easy to use, and the two bathrooms were clean and large. We were very comfortable staying here as 7 people for one week - the pull out couch bed is also comfortable and has plenty of room in the living room. The sheets and towels provided were high quality. The back porch was our favorite part of the property. It was large and had plenty of seating and lights for night time. The views were beautiful and the location was private. The jacuzzi and sauna were added bonuses and so fun! Having a rental car is definitely necessary, and the roads are tight - so be prepared! But the home is very close by driving to Rincon and Aguada. We would certainly stay here again on a future trip to PR!

We had the best time and I would stay here again in a second! The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. There were supplies that made it so easy to explore nearby beaches (umbrella, chairs, even a cooler). My kids had endless fun in the pool. The setting is gorgeous and the location is convenient for getting to nearby Rincon and other little towns. There's so much to do in this area and the house guide had the most thoughtful recommendations. Thank you for a magical stay!

Every time I visit Aguada, I make it a point to stay at Katrina’s places. They are thoughtfully designed, impeccably clean, and truly feel like a home away from home. The cleaning crew does an outstanding job – it always feels like I’m the first guest to stay there. Katrina is a fantastic host, quick to respond to any questions and always clear with her instructions, making everything so easy to navigate. The location is perfect, whether you’re looking to enjoy the beach, experience the nightlife, or simply relax and soak in the beauty of Aguada. I also love the welcoming neighborhood vibe. I can’t recommend her properties enough!

Loved this place, felt right at home and Gabriella and omar were always very quick to respond anytime I had a question. The place was in pristine condition and very clean. Amenities were perfect for what we needed and we enjoyed using the beach chairs, and kids beach toys. The game room is great and my daughters had a blast (me too :)). Everything is big and spacious, rooms, bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, balcony, garage, all so comfortable. Also, not every place has a good AC, this house had the best units and kept the house nice and cold. Pool was great as well, nice size and temperature, salt water and very clean. This house is in Aguada but very close to el Pueblito de Rincón, which is convenient as we love that area and especially on Thursday’s when you can find a lot of food, live music, art & crafts, and of course the best surfing spot in PR, Domes beach or Sandy beach. Next time I visit, I will definitely stay at Island Time. Thank you Gabriella & Omar!!!

Great house in a great location! would recommend and would stay again.

I am beyond thankful for Louise being able to accommodate our party of 5 extremely last minute. We traveled here for a very somber circumstance and she didn’t hesitate to host us and communicate with me with sensitivity and kindness about our situation. The house was spotless and it had everything we needed. The AC was a game changer. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, our party of 5 was completely comfortable. The fridge also had a water dispenser which was so nice because we didn’t have to buy water at the store. We will definitely look to staying here again for future trips.

We were welcomed with a treat and some beverages which was very nice. The house was super accommodating with two bathrooms inside and an additional full bathroom outside that came in very handy with three couples getting ready at the same time. It was also equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Very clean and modern. Outdoor amenities were great! Wish they had beach chairs to take on outings but they did have a cooler available. Also did not have a hair dryer so I had to go out and buy one since I had a wedding to attend and couldn’t just let my hair air dry. Other than that, it was a very comfortable home to vacation in. Backyard surroundings are beautiful and private. Two minute walk to bakery. Would love to stay here again in the future. I loved everything, from the locality, the tranquility, the cleanliness, and how giant the property is. During our stay this was always at our disposal and the communication was excellent. I recommend them 100%

This is my second time staying at one of Brian’s Airbnbs! Everything was so clean and immaculate. This location is moments to everything. I will definitely be returning and honestly, I’m excited to try another one of Brian’s properties.

A quiet, clean, spacious condo with a beautiful ocean view. The property is on the third floor, but not to worry if you have any accessibility issues because there are ramps and elevators. Think the most number of stairs you would need to climb are four. There is a pleasant wrap around balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for a morning or evening meal. I thought all the bedrooms were a nice size, two full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. I stayed there with my wife, son, brother, and his girlfriend and never felt crowded. The property includes access to a pool and the beach. It's just a small parking lot distance from the building to the ocean. Also of note is the property is gated, adding to the sense of peace and security. There are restaurants, street food vendors and grocery stores nearby.

Excellent spot for our family of four. We worked between surf spots snorkeling and exploring. While we did this I got surf some very cool breaks. When we packed each day full of fun we came back to a comfy, peaceful place. I was stoked to see nearly everything we needed for a beach day was there.

We loved this place! Just steps from the ocean, and so cool to be outside the whole time at this place. It had everything that was needed and it’s just so cool to see the stars at night and hear the waves from the beach. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Horacio's condo was exactly as described. It was comfortable for the three of us and had everything we needed in terms of amenities, kitchen equipment, and comfortable beds. The location is great. It's right across the street from the Rincon town beach and an easy walk to beautiful Dona Lala's beach and the town central square. Many other beaches are within a short drive. The patio, pool and outdoor shower were very nice. David

Absolutely loved this rental! Gorgeous views, clean and comfortable, a good amount of kitchen equipment and a grill in the public area. The walk down through the woods to beach is lovely and the neighbors were kind and respectful. I will say, if stairs are difficult for you, this may not be the rental for you. The host is helpful, kind and communicative. We will be back!

Rob’s place was comfy and in a convenient location. We enjoyed the pool and the upstairs patio a lot. Plenty of room for everyone. Walking distance from the downtown strip made getting food easy. Rob was very responsive and friendly. Looking forward to staying again!

We booked last minute as another place fell through. Excellent communication so we didn’t need to worry about not finding the keys etc (very clear instructions) Walkable to a local town with a couple of nice restaurants, the boulevard walk was beautiful. Not great view in apartment but it makes an excellent base if you’re out all day. Quiet and comfortable beds. Everything you need in well stocked kitchen.
