The place is amazing, a little secluded which allows an incredible view towards the center of SMA, the terrace is luxurious, the rooms are impeccable, it has all the amenities and much more than we needed for a fair price, Ramiro was attentive to all our needs and helped us to arrive earlier, thank you for everything

It was an excellent place to rest, clean and comfortable house, we felt right at home, relaxing pool and with all the amenities, we were delighted with the treatment!

Very quiet, the place is far from downtown but very accessible, by car it is 5 to 10 minutes by the cobblestone. But the area is very quiet, the accommodation is super good, with everything you need.

Lovely spot with nice view of creek which also means nice birdsong in the mornings. Easy walk into town. Nice great room layout with large balcony with furniture for sitting. Access to pool. Thoughtful and well chosen decorations. Friendly and accommodating host. Great value. Totally recommend and would return.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would do it without hesitation. The house is gorgeous. The location is perfect and the host is amazing. If you have the opportunity to stay here, do it without hesitation!

Everything is very comfortable, really, very cozy and the truth is that we rested very well and the advantage is that it is downtown and we only walked. My family and I loved it very much

Ane’s home was truly one of our favorite stays in SMA! Having visited the city several times before, we can confidently say this space stands out. The house is beautifully designed, offering plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Its location is perfect- just a short walk to Centro, restaurants, and coffee shops. Ane was fantastic to work with-communicative, helpful, and made everything seamless. We can’t emphasize enough how much we enjoyed our time here. We will absolutely be returning. Thank you, Ane!

Spectacular home. Great location with the best view in Guanajuato. The home has privacy and easy access to town considering it is up on the hillside. Would assume this to be one the best Airbnb's in town!

The truth is, it's a nice place, it fits several people and it's very comfortable. Close to several places, a well-located place and easy access. The only thing is that you should give notice before you arrive, because Waze or Google Maps don't take you to the right place. And you can come by. Apart from that, the house is well maintained.

We had a fantastic time in San Miguel de allende. We were in town for a wedding and Ginny's place has beautiful patio, pool, living room for all 13 of us to congregate. We used her recommendation for a chef to prepare a meal for us and it was delicious and very easy. We stayed in the casita and let the children/grandchildren stay in the main house. the town center was 10 minute walk with many restaurants and a grocery store was 5 minutes away. We did have groceries delivered before we checked in which was perfect and affordable!

Everything was very good, the host was super friendly and attentive. We felt very comfortable in his house and my pets were also very calm

The house is very nice, the truth is that it is in a super nice, quiet area, and in a very good location to get to various places in the city, many shops, squares nearby, for whatever you need. Guillermo was super attentive, quickly answering my questions, very clear with his instructions to get to the house, the house has all the amenities, it has very well distributed areas for entertainment, a 10. We really loved everything, we look forward to returning soon.

This is easily one of the most beautiful spaces we have ever stayed in…and we have traveled and used Airbnb extensively. It’s is extremely well appointed, chic and comfortable. Beautiful and unique. Very well located. Stacey was a friendly and attentive host.

Everything is just like the photos, we had a great time on my wife's birthday, it certainly had a lot of things so that no one would get bored for several days

This was a fabulous location to stay in in SMA. My family of 13 was so comfortable; plenty of room. The place was absolutely gorgeous. Rosario and her sister Lolita took care of every need. Rosario‘s cooking was amazing we only got to have dinner one night because we had so many plans but the morning breakfasts were fabulous And always a supply of chips and salsa during the day for anyone to snack on. I 100% would recommend this place to anyone visiting San Miguel de Allende . five days was not enough! Many of my guests did walk to and from town but others chose to Uber/taxi and that was very easy. We did some wonderful hiking tours , music tours , ATV excursions and lots of fun shopping and fantastic restaurants. We were visiting for a family wedding but I would certainly go back. Thank you Nancy for offering this fabulous location and thank you to Rosario for making us feel so welcome.

We spent a lot of August.. you really enjoy the house, the pool and the garden. Very safe fractionation. Very friendly José Luis and always attentive to the inquiries and supports that are required.

There was always very good communication with the host, he was very friendly and flexible with our arrival time. The place is very good, the house is excellent. The pool at an excellent temperature, highly recommended. Wonderful that I offer to check in at 9 am and check out at 7 pm. few options like that.

We loved our stay here! Tucked up above the busy street below which made it a quieter and peaceful refuge. We took advantage of the lap pool several times. And the upstairs covered patio was very relaxing. The onsite washing machine was very handy. The only small issue was the TV could only be used in the evenings due to the pull-down screen having too much light thru the windows. Alex was very responsive through our entire stay.

Fantastic place right in the heart of San Miguel, but far enough from Centro to be peaceful. It's even more spacious and beautiful than the pictures--highly recommend for anyone visiting San Miguel!
