As soon as you walk through the entrance of the Bocci Residence you will be enchanted by the beauty of the location... A place immersed in nature where you can relax, but at the same time it has a strategic location to be able to easily reach Assisi, Spello, Rasiglia and the Marmore Falls(to name a few!). The welcome breakfast was fabulous especially for the taste of cakes made by Leonardo's mother (too bad I didn't have it every day!) The apartment on the first floor overlooking the pool has a rustic style but at the same time elegant. I highly recommend staying with Leonardo, an experienced host, if you are in Foligno in Umbria.

Staying here was one of the highlights of our month long trip! wonderful host, very charming B&B with comfortable clean rooms, the breakfast was so good, and the location absolutely beautiful! We wished we could have stayed longer.

My husband and I loved our stay at Olimpia’s place!! She and her family were so kind and attentive. I definitely recommend you staying here! The estate is gorgeous and is also a perfect location to move around Tuscany!!

10/10 - Wow! We have only the highest praise for this beautiful accommodation and its lovely hosts, both which made the trip feel truly special. The apartment has so much charm and artistic detail with a lovely decorative terrace and was very clean, spacious and located in the centre (but quiet) and a 10-15 min walk from the train station. The hosts could not have been more kind and accommodating in their welcome. We will remember this place for a long time.

I had a great nights stay here! Very welcoming and lovely hosts! I was looked after from the moment I arrived and even had my dinner made for me! The home is beautifully presented and I had a great nights sleep. Clean and tidy! The stay was very reasonably priced, easy to find and I’d highly recommend! :)

We stayed with Stefy and Gianluca for a week. It was just fantastic and we immediately felt at home. Our hosts were so warm and always made us feel welcome. They developed a special Bond into our little son and it was just nice to be there. Breakfast was fresh every day and very tasty, just incredible. The room very clean and super Calm. The absolute highlight for us and our son was of course the pool and a pizza night together (in the heat). From the house you can make very good excursions and explore the area. We did a lot, but far from everything, that's why: dear Stefy, dear Gianluca, thank you so much for the great week, we will be back. :)

Very clean room, great for short stays. Located in a good spot near the station in a quiet area and well connected by transportation. Thanks to the host for a beautiful stay, I would definitely go back!

I thoroughly enjoyed my 2-night stay at Franca's traditional home. It is furnished with interesting vintage and antique pieces that Franca has gathered during her travels. The setting is a short distance (about 10 minutes walk) outside the walls of Assisi, with Santa Chiara being the closest sight of interest. The street is a very quiet one, but be aware that you will need to walk uphill to reach the house. I took the bus from the train station and got off at Porta Nuova, which is quite close to the house. If you have heavy luggage (I had only a medium backpack) you probably should take a taxi. The guest room is quite large and has a door to the balcony, from which there is a beautiful view out over the Umbrian countryside. It was lovely to see lemons growing in pots on the balcony -- in February! Franca is a friendly and outgoing hostess, and her dog Argo is adorable. Breakfast was the usual Italian one (crossant or a pastry, and coffee). Grazie, Franca, arrivederci!

Nice and comfortable room 5 minutes drive from the center of Orvieto. Great cleanliness, both rooms and common spaces, where you can comfortably use a kitchenette and refrigerator (always stocked!) Rosa and Francesco were extremely kind and hospitable, welcoming us with warmth and spontaneity and helping us discover Orvieto! We highly recommend it!

I had a wonderful time with Eva. If you are looking for a break from everyday life and finally want to relax, this is the place to be. Eva's delicious breakfast with a view of the surrounding untouched nature provides the perfect start to the day. Eva is not only a very loving and attentive host, I also learned a lot from her. Walking through the surrounding nature, she showed me how wild asparagus grows and I also saw wild orchids there for the first time. I spent most of the time in the workshop at the hub, and Eva is also an excellent teacher there. I enjoyed the time very much and would come back anytime again!

We stayed here on the Camino dei Borghi Silenti. Excellent breakfast served impeccably and, at our request, in advance of almost an hour than the normal time of the property.

Marco and Karen were wonderful hosts providing privacy and recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Beautiful property with stunning views and even puppy dog Molly was a sweet girl. Raffaella and her husband are very kind hosts. We felt welcomed We stayed with them for 2 days for a little relaxation and tranquility and it is what we found, but also much more: the surroundings are beautiful there is, much to explore and visit. Bomarzo, Viterbo (the fantastic Santa Rosa party that left us amazed), Orte and much more. We'll be back. Our kids loved the jacuzzi pool! In Amelia there is a nice parking lot where children can play and the adults relax with a drink in the kiosk. Breakfast is varied and plentiful and was a real treat. Highly recommended!
