This farmhouse is fascinating. When you walk in, you feel like you're in a museum and at the same time at home. It offers the opportunity to be close to each other in a large group and you still have enough space to retreat. What delighted me, each room has its own bathroom with shower and there is a bathtub in the house. The house is very family friendly and the hosts are really extremely eager to make the stay as relaxed as possible. The surroundings are beautiful and there are many alpine huts that are easy to reach. Hiking trails have something for everyone in the area. The house has direct access to the street which makes it very easily accessible. The road is not very busy and you can relax in front of the house watching the mountains in the sunlight/fog or snow. It is really recommended to spend a few days here.

With a group of friends we spent three days in the house, which is perfect base for skiing in Tre Cime , Kronparz and Cortina. Annemarie is very friendly host, we felt like home. The house is fully equipped, like in description. I think we will come back again.

We absolutely loved staying at Carina’s place! The space itself is simple, clean, and beautifully built. It is the perfect blend of rustic and modern. The location is ideal for skiing in the local area and/or visiting Innsbruck. The grocery store, bakery, tram stop, and several restaurants are all within walking distance. The highlight of this home is the family who runs it. They are all such lovely, kind people. They were so sweet to my children, and even offered them the opportunity to see the animals and help milk the cows. My kids are already asking if we can go back and visit again! If you want to visit Mutters or Innsbruck, you should definitely consider staying here! It will be a wonderful experience for your entire family!

We spent a wonderful 6 days here celebrating Christmas with three generations of the family. The house surpassed our expectations. Every room is spacious, cosy and flooded with light and fabulous views.

From the moment we walked into Villa Chicken we felt right at home. Our family of 6 adults had everything we needed. We skied Plose several days and also followed Felix recommendations for the Sellaronda. Fabulous time! We tried most of the excellent recommendations for restaurants including Vitis. The pastries from Cafe Pupp are awesome! Having the lovely town of Brixen on the doorstep was a hit!! Thank you!! We will be back 😁

Great place for a skiing week.

We spent a couple of days here and everything was perfect. From the beginning Carmen was very helpful, friendly and welcomed us even by leaving us in the fridge of raspberries and a tart made by her. He also gave us many directions on having to walk with our dog Yana: lake of mis, waterfall of the Soffia, cadini del Brenton, Lake Santa Croce... The house was equipped with everything you need and clean. The adorable garden (completely fenced so perfect for dogs) like Oliver, his Maltese who played with Yana. I highly recommend both those who want to relax and those who love to walk/hike.

The suite is great - a large terrace with beautiful views, 2 large rooms, a bathroom, a separate kitchen and a large common area. In addition to all the amenities there are the most necessary extras (soap, detergent, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, toilet paper...), and a bottle of wine was waiting for us on arrival. Although we were here at the end of September, it was already possible to heat the apartment. Marialuisa is very responsive, she helped us choose the right apartment in her house and checked regularly if everything was okay. The late check in was not a problem either. Nearby (5 min away by car) is a big lake where you can walk, and it is also a great starting point to visit Tre Cime, Lago Sorapis, Misurina, Cadini di Misurina, Cortina d'Ampezzo... We recommend a visit.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, fully equipped, and very comfortable, with the charming feel of a traditional Alpine home. Thanks to Monica's exceptional hospitality, our vacation was fantastic. We hope to return soon!

We had a lovely stay with our family at Anton's apartment! We were very kindly received. Anton responded quickly and kindly to messages in the app. The apartment is very cozy, authentic and tidy. Everything we needed was present. The apartment is a short walk away from the beautiful center of Seefeld and also close to the ski slopes. We'd love to come back!

We had a great time, Laura was really kind and helpful! They gave us some helpful tips. I would say that the location of the apartment is worth its cost, even just because of the proximity to Lake Braies, but not only. We recommend it 😊

There were four of us at the alpine hut for a week and we loved their location and amenities! Everything worked as described by Hansi & Elke, their compiled information material about the cabin and activities in the area were perfect, both were always immediately available for inquiries and extremely friendly. A special highlight was the south-facing terrace with its incredible panoramic view. The cabin was equipped with all the things you need and fully matched the description and photos. We can only recommend the stay in the authentic and very cozy accommodation and wish Hansi & Elke all the best!

We had a fantastic stay with Daniela and her family.... The cabin is about a 10-15 minute walk from the farm, but can also be reached by car, but snow chains are recommended in winter. We were traveling with our 3-year-old son who loved the stay. The cottage is lovingly decorated, everything is available for self-catering. The living room is heated with an oven, which has given us great pleasure. The area is worthwhile for excursions of all kinds, rowing, ice skating, etc. Also good restaurants are nearby (10-15 min drive). The farm stables were freely accessible, there is fresh milk and very trustworthy cats. A special thank you goes to Grandpa Friedel, who also took great care of us. Lastly, a hot bath under the clear starry sky was really great. We will be back :-)

Apart from the gorgeous and spotless living space, the hosts were extremely welcoming and outgoing. We were shown around the farm and invited to visit and pet their adorable animals. If you love hiking and a peaceful environment I’d definitely recommend booking this place as just a bit far off from the farm there is a great hiking trail offering views of Zell Am See right below. Supermarkets are within walking distance, as well as Zell Am See itself

We are a young couple and the accommodation offered exactly what we were looking for. Peace and privacy. The cottage is super cozy and the views breathtaking. Highly recommend!

What can I say, a dream really in every aspect!!We spent 5 magical days, in a cozy location that made us feel good and comfortable at home. Marco is really very kind and his wife is really nice. Our children were also super well accepted, which is not always obvious. We really hope we can come back!

Upon arrival at the ederhof, we were immediately warmly welcomed by Peter and his wife, they are very sweet and nice people who are also very helpful. The accommodation was perfect exactly as described in the listing for a week in the mountains, 🏔️ but the city of lienz is also a stone's throw away where to experience is so all in all a top vacation!
