Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Grover Beach

This is a truly beautiful property. Wonderful views of the ocean from this beautiful space and patio. The condo is decorated beautifully and the space was so comfortable. The two master bathrooms with tubs were wonderful. The team handled a maintenance issue quickly and with kindness. Cayucos is a charming beach town and a great place for us to stay while visiting our son at Cal Poly. Highly recommend this space!

this place was easy to find and very quiet!!!!! we loved all the natural sun light!!!! we felt at home and the coffee provided was amazing!!!! Kira and Gryphon were wonderful host... and Lou was adorable!! look forward to staying there next time we are in town.

Colin & Teriza's place has a lot going for it. It's clean, well cared for and the view of the rock is great. The decor makes the most of the space. The hosts were generous with an early check-in and are very responsive. When the dog downstairs was whining because the owner was out, they even offered to come over and calm the animal. We enjoyed our time there.

So quiet and peaceful and cool. Just what we needed for our month away from the desert. Loved the front patio overflowing with lavender plants and succulents with the view of Morro Rock. Good safe neighborhood, lots of walkers, bicycles, horses and kayaks. But at night very quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed the state park land just a few steps from the front door paths along the back bay under the eucalyptus trees. Dozens of birds every morning enjoying the lavender plants.

We loved staying here. Overall, it was a very comfortable place and you can tell the hosts put in the extra work to make sure guests feel at home. Check in and check out were both super easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Jen’s place was perfect for our remote work week (wi-fi was excellent). Perfect location for walking downtown and exploring the beautiful neighborhood. Jen was helpful and responsive when we reached out. Love SLO and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

We spent five enjoyable nights at Avila Beach! The condo was clean and had everything you would need. David was very considerate of my husband's allergies and agreed to have the cleaners wash the sheets and towels with free and clear detergent. The cleaners also cleaned with vinegar and water so he would not be reactive .

Chelsea’s place was beautiful and close to everything in SLO and 20 min from AG. The apartment was clean and absolutely beautiful with fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and bedding, and thoughtfully decorated. We all felt right at home. Being able to park our car in the garage was nice addition. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! Will be back!

I absolutely loved staying here. The child we had with us LOVED the goats and it was a beautiful space for us to stay!! In fact she also has other another air bnb at the same location. When we come out with the rest of my family I will definitely rent both so we can all be in the same place!!

Cooper and family are great hosts. We communicated through our stay and always got a quick response. Terrific hosts for our first Airbnb stay. We will be using Airbnb again thanks to our positive experience cultivated by Cooper and his family. Very easy to find and access the house. It's a front house on a two house property so we were able to come and go without disturbing the second house. The house was very clean and minimal but plenty furnishings. It had the appeal and cleanliness of a hotel suite with the warmth and space, both inside and out, of a private house. Beautiful property with a fresh garden. Thank you for the stay!

Marilynn's home was spacious, comfortable, and well stocked with everything our group of 8 needed for the weekend! The inside was big enough for us all to hang out together comfortably, and the outside area is beautiful and private: great for enjoying the sunshine and some bird watching! One night we even decided that instead of going out we could just stay home and enjoy the game room! Marilynn was also very helpful and responsive! Our whole group was flying in from out of town for a bachelorette weekend, and I appreciated being able to arrange for some balloon and flower decorations to already be waiting for us upon arrival. Last note is that all the beds were very comfortable- which is never a given at a vacation rental, and was appreciated by all :)

we greatly enjoyed our stay. everything was perfect. the area is so beautiful! the village has a great downtown area, farmer's market, good restaurants and fun bars. we had some relatives over one day and they thought the home was beautiful too. comfortable bed, good TV, great kitchen all added to it's charm.

Had an amazing stay! Perfect for a spring break trip with friends. The house was beautiful, with clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Mike was super responsive and helpful.

This was such a rare find for us. We’re regulars at the Pismo Beach Clam Festival, and it was amazing to be just a few steps away from the festival, the pier, the beach, and perhaps most of all, Giuseppe’s! My 90+-year-old in-laws were very comfortable, and particularly enjoyed watching the sunset from the rooftop patio. Superb!

We were in San Luis Obispo for a wedding at La Lomita Ranch and this place was perfect. A quick drive to the venue and to downtown SLO. The place itself had spacious bedrooms, sizeable bathrooms, and very comfortable beds. They had a rain shower in the primary bedroom which was lovely. The host was also very responsive to any of our questions. Just bring eye masks, it does get bright in 2 of 3 bedrooms that face the sun. Other than that it was perfect, would definitely stay here again.

The condo and location is beautiful. A lot to do and see. From sitting on the patio eating breakfast and watching the waves, to walking the beach and boardwalk. The description was spot-on. Olivia provided a list of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. We tried several on her list and all were excellent. Most were within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were really easy, and Olivia communicated the process clearly. Overall, this is a great getaway location that is clean, beautiful, and stress free experience. We plan on coming back again.

We had the best time! The home is exactly as described. We loved hanging out in the living room with the floor to ceiling retractable door open. Perfect weather. We will be back!

This place was amazing and Jatinder was a great host. We had clear idea on what to expect when we arrive and check in was very simplified. We had all windows facing the beach which made us enjoy the view every moment while relaxing, eating. The beach was like a 30 seconds walk and we were in close proximity to numerous restaurant and ice cream parlors. All in all, we had a great stay and made awesome memories.

We enjoyed our stay only a block from the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the older kids appreciated the extra touches of hair ties and makeup wipes. I accidentally left an item and Charlotte made sure to send it back to me!
