It is a great house to stay with a large group, very spacious and with nice bedrooms. The brought games stayed in the bag; there is a table tennis table, poulebilart, shuffleboard and piano! And with nice weather you will have a large garden at your disposal. The beautiful stories of Peter and Milou about the house were the icing on the cake.

We were very positively surprised by the accommodation and felt very comfortable. The garden was very nice and perfect for our little dog and the kids. Froukje is a very nice hostess who welcomed us warmly and gave us some tips for the area. Check-in was also uncomplicated and there were even snacks ready. The apartment was very clean and there was everything you needed in it. The distance to the dog beach is super close and the right beach is adjacent. The city is a little further on foot, but also easily accessible and really nice . We would recommend this place and would book it again.

Stayed here in Arum with his nine friends weekend. It was a real autumnal November weekend but inside it was warm and cozy! After a nice but fresh mudflat trip on Saturday morning, we sat by the wood stove for the rest of the day, some have still been in the bath and we watched extensively and watched a movie via Netflix. Visited Franeker (Planetarium) on Sunday, which was really worth it. It was the perfect house for our fall weekend! In addition, everything was tidy and super clean and communication with Birgit was easy!

Staying with Tido and Claar means - enjoying. The house are beautiful and very well maintained. There's nothing missing. The two are extremely friendly hosts. We spent ten wonderful autumn days here and recovered excellently. A wonderful place and a pleasant place to vacation. We really enjoyed the time and will definitely be back.

What a wonderful week we had with a total of 6 adults and two dogs. A super cozy and lovingly furnished cottage, enough space for everything and everyone, everything equally comfortable. A special place, the fabulous weather also cooperated, but even in less good weather this would have been wonderful and cozy. Lots to do, both in Moddergat itself and in the area, and then you don't have to drive far - both Dokkum and the Lauwersmeer area are great. Tip: go sailing with the men of the ZK9 (leave from Lauwersoog). And what a paradise for the dogs and for birdwatchers!! We'd love to come back. Thank you Gwen and Marieke that we were also allowed to be guests in your uniquely beautiful cottage!

beautiful historic house in the heart of the center, finely furnished and tastefully furnished, everything as described, excellent cleanliness and a great check-in experience. We spent 6 nights with our two dogs at Marc's place and felt at home during that time. Marc is a great host who is always easily accessible; Bea visited us and helped us with questions. The small house is cozily furnished and very well equipped. We didn't miss anything. We loved sitting on the cozy veranda and enjoyed the great view. The surroundings are quiet, there is a lot of nature and there are many easily accessible excursion destinations nearby. Marc also provides bicycles and a boat, which we did not use. All in all, we were thrilled, enjoyed the time and would be happy to come back.

The house was as described. Stayed here with 4 adults and a dog and had plenty of space. It was very clean like the bathroom and floors and there was no dust to be found. Also in October we could enjoy the terrace. There are also fun games, books and movies available. From the house you can walk in Lemmer or towards the Brekken. Nice host Evert is very pleasant in communication.

Kaya's mobile home is tastefully decorated and everything was hassle-free. Even now in the fall it was nice and warm and comfortable. We were in Warns with a two-year-old child and a small dog. Thanks Kaya! Goy family

We had a great weekend with friends to get out. It's the perfect size for 4 people. From the bathroom to the open living room with kitchen, everything was great. We felt right at home and you don't have to worry about cold feet either. Miranda was super nice and very quick to respond to questions and was very accommodating, we would repeat this any time

Nice cottage, nice and personally furnished with not standard stuff. Nearby, there is plenty to do. We had too little time in 1 weekend for everything there was to do. The cottage has a nice sofa and 2 nice chairs so that the four of us could really sit. To eat and play games a table with chairs. Our dogs were allowed to come! Only details: lock bathroom was difficult to lock. And we found the duvets very warm while keeping the bedrooms cool and the pillows on the thick side.

Cozy, clean and spacious apartment. Communication with Christa was smooth and friendly. We were very neatly received by Christa's father. Getting up with a view of the meadows was delightful!

Perfect for campers.... Everything the camper heart needs was available... Caravan was clean.... furnished with a lot of love...Quiet campsite... Great little place

A lovely place to stay. We were there with my parents and a dog and there was plenty of space. Nice beds and good location, nothing is missing in the house. We have enjoyed it!

Lovely accommodation with all the amenities you need. We felt very comfortable. Everything was clean, tidy and the amenities in very good condition 😊 Communication was super straightforward and we got a quick response to everything. The area offers a lot to explore and the campsite is a good starting point for excursions

Together with the dog had a great few days in Jack and Fettsje's house. The communication with them already gave a warm and friendly feeling, where I was even offered the opportunity to sit in the cottage for a day longer without having to pay extra costs. Everything was in stock in the house. The space around the house and also the privacy made the picture complete. As far as I'm concerned, a perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful island. Jack and Fettsje, see you again for sure.

Lovely place with all the amenities and fully stocked. You don’t need to bring anything except toothbrush! Coffee is also provided. And if you are lucky you will get to play with the very happy doggy. If you’re really lucky you’ll see a beautiful starry night. Highly recommend this place.

A wonderful cottage in a wonderful place! We felt right at home when we entered. Everything has been thought of. And the mudflat and the Boschplaat are a few minutes walk away... in short, very much enjoyed!

Nice place in a good location. Our children enjoyed the large garden with the many toys. Shops and restaurants are easily accessible by car or bike.

Stayed here with a group of 10. It was perfect in terms of space and location! Quiet area to relax and unwind. Benjamin gave us tips for fun walks. Had a great stay!

Lovely stay for two weeks. Airbnb was very well equipped and homely. Would benefit from a site map for first arrival but a lovely stay none the less. Host was helpful with any issues. Lovely site also

My wife, our two cats and myself had a beautiful short vacation here. Karin and Roeland were great hosts. Their place directly located at the canal is just beautiful with an amazing view!
