Gorgeous and homely place in an old, historic town. We stayed the night as a stop on our way to Pompeii, trying to keep off the beaten track. Very peaceful and quiet area with stunning views. The hosts went to great lengths to make us feel at home and greeted us on arrival to provide instructions and a tour of the place. They also had us stocked with fruit and breakfast items, which was nice since it’s a bit far from the nearest shops and restaurants. Lovely stay.

Everything was amazing! The house was quiet, clean, comfortable, with a beautiful view. Francesco was super communicative and proactive, he gave us local recommendations and helped with any questions we had. The restaurant he recommended us was amazing - he even made a recommendation for us, making the whole experience seamless. His mom, Paola, was really friendly and helped us navigate the check in, check out, and questions at the airbnb. When they saw us having questions navigating to the train station, they even offered us a ride! Truly the e best hosts ever!

The house has met our expectations. Cozy, quiet and airy with a beautiful view of the sea. We went with a 7-month-old child and it was perfect for our needs, allowing us to enjoy the patio during the hottest hours and then go down to the sea in the late night. Wide availability of beaches nearby. Giorgia provided us with a cot. Host is very quick to respond to every question and need.

Wonderful holiday, beautiful house and surroundings. We enjoyed the pool and views. Gabriele was really nice and very accommodating. Our favourite day out was to the Caserta Palace and Gardens and our favourite meal was at Piz'Art in Caserta. Would have loved to stay longer.

Guiseppina is an excellent host, she was easy to contact and provided great tips on what to see in the local area! The apartment is clean and spacious with all the essentials you need. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, crockery etc. The TV is large and of good quality and includes netflix. There are great panoramic views of the sea from the terrace. There is a desk and monitor for working if needed (only VGA connection though) and also WIFI, though I found it a bit too slow for anything beyond basic tasks. The old town of Minturno is pretty, but there was not much happening when I visited in January, and most restaurants were closed, but it looks like there would be plenty of options during the summer. I did get to the flat by walking from the train station, which is 30mins, but there are also local buses which stop by the house. Overall would recommend this apartment, I really enjoyed my stay.

The apartment was cozy, clean and functional. Centrally located, it made our vacation pleasant and unforgettable. Host Simona is always available and kind, ready for our every request. I hope to be back soon.
