The apartment is super cute with a great location and our host, Andrea, was very helpful and really nice. She left us wine and snacks as well as great recommendations for restaurants. We specifically loved the easy self- check in with no time restrictions. Would love to come back!

Fantastic place to stay, and super nice hosts!!

Our family (2 adults and 2 children) had a wonderful stay at this apartment, and we highly recommend it. We stayed for one month, and the apartment had everything we needed. The positive points we noticed are as follows: Central location, easily accessible by public transportation. Just two blocks away from the metro (with an elevator). Conveniences nearby: Supermarket, pizzeria, clothing stores, and more right downstairs. Heating: The apartment was always warm. Spacious apartment: Perfect for a family of four or even larger families. Elevator: Very important for us since we had a baby stroller. However, it was unfortunately out of order for 3 out of the 28 days we stayed. Very friendly host: Always quick to respond and assist us with anything we needed. Large balcony with a beautiful view. Thank you again for this amazing stay! If we return to Rome, this will definitely be our first choice.

Very good option for touring Rome. The apartment is comfortable and very well distributed. It has all the elements for a good stay and the host was very attentive to us. The location allows to go to all the places of interest by walking or by public transport. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and flexible host. Clean and pleasant accommodation

Very nice, clean apartment in the Appio Latino area of Rome (1 min away form the Furio Camilo metro stop), which is a great neighbour for eating and drinking like Romans (I know the area as I lived there for awhile). The apartment has a nice balcony. The apartment is open plan, so the bedroom, living room and kitchen are all in one room. The kitchen was well equipped. Very quite (for Rome!), so I slept well and the doors/windows thankfully had black-out shutters to sleep better. Contact with Giannicola was very good, as he very responsive and friendly, as was Maurizio who did the check in. Thanks.

Luciana's place was awesomely strategic with a few caveats. The location of this Airbnb was perfect for exploring [Rome or cities nearby]. The apartment itself was comfortable and the Wi-Fi was fast, making it easy to stay connected. However, there are a couple of things to note for future guests: * Luggage: If you have large suitcases, be aware that there are quite a few stairs to navigate. * Parking: Parking is available outside the house, but if you have a larger vehicle (like ours, which is 6 meters long), you'll need to park in the designated space down the road. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this place, especially for those without heavy luggage.

Martina was a great host and always responsive when something is needed. The apt itself is lovely! It’s two separate studio apt with a kitchenette and full bathroom that are connected by a lovely terrace. Do note that you have to go up a flight of stairs to get to the apt, but it was easy to walk up. The beds were comfortable and staying here made me feel like I was a local. Lots of great restaurants to eat, and you are a 5 min walk from the Colosseum and Roman Forum. This place is great and I would stay here again!

Luigi's house is great! It has plenty of space inside, is well equipped and a wonderfully large garden. Many very pretty transmissions grow in it, but they have poisonous berries. Here you have to be careful with very young children. The beach was unfortunately not very tidy because of the low season, but the sea was still great. We were on site without a car, there are many shops, restaurants and two bus stops nearby. Unfortunately, the buses often arrive too early or too late and you have to buy your ticket in a point of sale or in an app, the bus driver is only exceptionally and then much more expensive. To Anzio (12km) it usually costs €1.30 for the bus driver but 7€. Natalia's care was warm and great and we were able to make arrival and departure flexible.

Serena is the most wonderful host! I loved the apartment, the atmosphere and the neighborhood. The apartment is cozy, it feels like you have your own little place in the big buzzing city. It has all the comfort that you need and it will make you feel at home. I have to give Serena the price of being the best host I have ever had! My bag got stolen late at night, and Serena saved my night by picking me up and bringing me back to the apartment. Really making sure I was save and sound. What a gem she is!! Make sure you have the most pleasant time in Rome by staying at her lovely apartment.

Vote 9.5/10. I arrived according to my convenience and although Alice did not immediately answer the phone (she called me back after 5 minutes), I knocked on the intercom and her sister came to open it for me. This is the only “flaw” of the stay. The house matches the description, there is a supermarket less than 10 minutes by car, it is quiet and has everything you need to cook. Upon arrival I found a bottle of fresh water in the fridge (I really needed it).

The host was waiting for us at the check-in time, gave us instructions and treated us so well! The place was just what we needed, huge space for a group of 5, amazing hot water and safe. 10/10

Andrea is a friendly, helpful and friendly person. It made us feel at home. The house is as pictured: a cozy and warm place, where you can find the true rhythm of things. Absolutely repeat experience

Our stay at Cristiana’s place in Rome was fantastic! The location was perfect, close to public transportation. The apartment itself was lovely—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The host was amazing and incredibly responsive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

This accommodation was ideal for our needs and we are planning a return visit in the near future! The warm welcome and gracious hospitality extended to us by Massimiliano and his father were exceptional! The apartment is spacious and comfortable, peaceful and private…and the heating works like a charm! 😃🤗

Giuseppe's place is great for people who want to visit Rome. It is also very affordable, clean and the neighborhood has an Italian charm. I drive into Rome with a car everyday to visit the city and it worked well.

Really nice and cozy apartment next to Termini. Definitely a good choice to explore the city!

We loved Carlo's apartment. He arranged for his son to greet us on arrival. His son helped carry a heavy suitcase up the stairs for us. They left wine, cake and snacks for us. Anytime we had a question Carlo would answer straight away. The apartment is a beautiful place and we would love to come and stay again. There were many stairs to get up to the apartment but we were aware of them before check in.

Great location. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. Carmen is an excellent host. We'll be back.

Me and my fiancé and our dog have stayed 4 nights at Cristina's place. She sent us clear instructions how to get in. We really liked the building in the sense that it feels safe (there's a very simpatic genitor called Luka :) The apartment itself looks exactly like on photos. I liked drinking coffee on veranda in the morning, the bed is comfortable, we could wash our clothes in washing machine, and dry it outside, the bed felt comfortable, both bathrooms clean and we did use the jacuzzi and it was lots of fun. I actually am not a big fan of industrial style for a home but it felt like home coming from long walks in Rome. We watched the (big screen) TV in Italian, it was fun. For the location, there is a great park for dogs some 20minutes walking, many restoraunts, stores, and even green surfaces. To visit the city centre we went by car, it's some 30 minutes away. The neighborhood felt friendly, the food is amazing! Cristina is very nice and friendly! When in Rome I recommend her place!

Beautiful apartment, a penthouse by the sea with crazy views . Attention to detail , cleanliness , comfort , everything is perfect . Absolutely must live. I recommend it to everyone

Amazing value for money, although the accommodation was cheap the apartment was stunning and in such a central location and everything was within walking distance. My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days, and we found their beautiful home with incredible ease, being provided photos of exactly where to go. Once we entered their home, we soon realised it looked better than the photos. Beautifully kept, and very spacious. 3 sets of towels (each), varying in size were provided in the bedroom - also left were some sweet treats. Additionally in the bedside draw was a european plug adapter which was very handy. The living room had a sofa which could turn into a bed, and in the cabinet next to the tv (with channels) there was clothes detergent, and other cleaning supplies. A nice surprise was a 2L bottle of water in the fridge, and as advertised toiletries in the bathroom. They were great hosts! Only issue is thin walls in the bedroom, but no criticism to the hosts. EQ/MC.

Great place, very clean and comfortable with a good kitchen. And right across the street from the beach. Highly recommended!
