I wish I could give Monia’s home 10 stars. She’s the epitome of a super host, and her home, is just wow. Spacious, clean, well furnished, private, peaceful with gorgeous views. Monia’s home is one of the top airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The check-in process was flexible and seamless. In fact, she accommodated an early check in after having to leave another airbnb after an unfortunate situation. She had a basket of goodies waiting for us on the table and we immediately felt right at home. She went out of her way to make us a second bed, and get us more nespresso pods. She was also quick and so kind in her responses. We work from home, and the setting/ wifi was great. Although the pool was closed for the season, it was so nice to spend our mornings in the sun on the lounge chairs. I loved taking walks in the forest behind the house, and watching the sunset from the bench outside. I can’t recommend Monia’s home enough. We were sad to leave, and will definitely return back. I celebrated my daughter's 18 years in this house. My guests had a great time between the pool and the barbecue. The host was really kind and caring, he did everything to make us feel at home and so it was!! The guys have called it the most beautiful place to spend the 18th!!! I was so happy with everything! Really great owners!!! Thank you so much!!!!

My family stayed at Daniela's beautiful house over Christmas. We had a relaxing time at the quiet lakeside home. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped, which was fantastic because we love to cook. Daniela and Alessandra are great hosts, and they responded quickly to all our inquiries. The location of the house is beautiful, overlooking the island of Monte Isola. When we arrived on the first day, we were tired from the long journey. Daniela and Alessandra welcomed us with lots of delicious goodies in the kitchen and a nice sparkling wine. Much appreciated! It's advisable to travel by car.

Marta and Ingrid are great hosts, very helpful and responsive. The view from the property is stunning! We enjoyed our stay despite the weather not being on our side. Bellano was a little quiet for us so we drove to other places like como and bellagio. The train station in Bellano is very accessible, we took a train to Milan for the day. We will definitely be back to lake como soon :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Airbnb, and I can’t say enough good things about it! The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the private pool — sparkling clean, perfectly maintained, and just the right temperature. Whether it was a morning swim, an afternoon of lounging by the water, or an evening dip under the stars, the pool was the perfect oasis for relaxation and fun. The property itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, offering all the comforts of home and then some. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing great local tips and responding quickly to any questions. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the living areas were cozy and inviting.

A very nice accommodation with very well-kept outdoor facilities for a perfect quiet stay on Lake Como! Great for a stay with young children. We will be happy to come back once :)

Elena’s place was fabulous, very clean and secure. The villa in real is even better than the photos. It was one of the best homes you can ever find since there were everything you need. Elena was very friendly and supportive and she gave us a lot of helpful instructions about the area. We as a family enjoyed our stay there.

The view alone was worth the stay. The apartment had a Fantastic atmosphere and we utilised all of the facilities except the pool. The greeting by Gabrielle and Nicolette was outstanding who gave us detailed information about the facilities. I recommend this property and location for anyone as long as they have their own transport.

Very spacious and clean appartment with private parking. Everything was spotless! Silvia was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Definitely recommendable.

Ana and David were wonderful hosts for a dreamy house in the vineyard. From the outside, it looks like a typical stone house in the mountains, but inside it is newly and modernly renovated with everything you need. The path from the car to the house is not to be underestimated (kids should not be too small) and can be quite strenuous in the summer, but if you know what to expect, it is manageable. The house's location in the middle of the vineyard and the breathtaking view more than compensate for the effort. The region is also stunning and offers a variety of activities. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We were guests of Silvana with our furry friends (also welcomed with joy and it is rare) the house is beautiful, warm, cozy and extremely clean. Located in a fairytale context, ideal if you want to find a connection with nature. There's really nothing missing inside the property, you find yourself at home in a blast. Silvana was thoughtful and professional, indicating with extreme accuracy all the necessary directions for check-in, for the stay and recommending beautiful walks in the mountains. We were extremely happy with this experience, we will definitely be back!

We stay in the apartment for two nights during a business trip. And everything was fantastic. The apartment is exactly what we want and it’s a perfect place for friends, colleagues and a family. Mariagrazia organised it perfectly and we had no check-in issues after our flight delay. Mariagrazia was very helpful, answer quickly and was a perfect host.

we spent 5 days on site and we are delighted with the stay on the shores of the lake. with alternation visit and hike. monica was responsive and flexible on arrival which was nice.

Wonderful few days staying at Luxury San Rocco. Eros & Dani were super helpful with our enquiries whilst here & even picked us up and drove us to Bellagio one morning when the bus didn’t turn up. Even though it was October my husband went swimming in the lake and my son kayaking at 7:30 in the morning. We visited Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio and we also visited Villa Balbianello which is opposite the Villa over the lake. A wonderful few days with the family and would highly recommend x

A beautiful house in top condition in Colico. The house has enough space for 3 families with a total of 5 children. Inside and outside, everything is very well maintained and high-quality. If you want, you can quickly walk to the lake. However, if you want to experience something, the car is indispensable.

The accommodation is located high up and therefore has a magnificent view of the lake. We loved our stay but we found it a little complicated with small children because of the stairs and the absence of a microwave but otherwise it was really perfect! Thank you again!

All as described. Great house with great garden. It was a perfect fit for us with two families, the kids loved the garden and pool. Beautiful beach within walking distance, baker right next door. The adjacent main road is noisy, but that was already apparent from previous reviews.

Beautiful the location is wonderful. The villa is quiet, and well maintained. The host is very helpful and accommodating. In short it’s an ideal villa for a lovely stay in this region for families.

Very nice week at Casa Sulla Roggia. The house was squeaky clean and everything was as described. Plus your own private parking in the garage, which made it easier to get around with the kids. Google with the translator was also able to smoothly figure out the things that didn't work out in English. Beautiful views and a sheltered lot surrounded by tall fences.

This location has a breathtaking view of Lake Como, and was very reasonably priced for our party of seven. Close to ferry landing and other nearby villages. Peaceful and beautiful location. The drive up requires a skilled driver (and gets easier after the first trip up). The host was very helpful and responded quickly - would definitely recommend!!

Lovely peaceful escape! Great base for hikes and perfect for our dog. The house is comfortable and well-equipped, the hot tub was fantastic (at an additional cost) and Silvia was very good at communicating. We would love to return!
