Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Griswold

Honestly, my friends and I are already talking about booking this place again next year. The backyard was gigantic and perfect for S'mores and stargazing. The house was spacious enough for three adults and two kids to have plenty of room to themselves and together. We were an easy drive from fun activities. And Gina was a lovely host. Very responsive and flexible.

This house was spotless. Everything felt clean, the beds, the bathrooms. 5 bedrooms all nice size and clean. No carpets which is fantastic when you allow dogs. So happy to bring my two Bostons. Plenty of supplies and kitchen utensils. Nice backyard and neighborhood. AC worked great. The only thing I would recommend is a door on the outside shower. From CT and we don’t have outdoor showers so it would have been nice to have everyone shower outside. Other than that it was perfect for my family. Loved having the bikes ! Jackie left us wine and snacks totally appreciate it. We had a great week.

Ashley saved our trip to mystic Connecticut after our previous Airbnb got cancelled an hour before we were suppose to leave . Ashley is a wonderful host and has a beautiful home. She was able to accommodate us within four hours of notice. Her home is gigantic and spotless and we felt right at home. The house came with everything you would need for a weekend or a long vacation . I would definitely recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for one in the area. The home was secluded and all we had was peace and quiet; Which was much needed ! Also, Ashley is a very responsive person, any question I had was answered within a few minutes, and I felt like she really cared that we were enjoying ourselves. Pls come on down and visit her home , you won’t regret it !!

Joe was easy to communicate with and answered my questions quickly. The house was stocked with everything we needed, was clean, and in a great location.

The house was clean, roomy, and everything worked well. The nearby playground and beach on Narrow River were clean and fun for kids. The backyard with numerous shade trees provided a quiet environment. Th neighbors were friendly. The location was close to many places we wanted to visit including beaches, restaurants, and parks.

This place was perfect! Super cute & quiet neighborhood that felt safe. House had an open floorplan...clean and refreshing. Pretty sure it was newly renovated. In fact, if I didn't know better, I would bet that we were the 1st family to have ever stayed here. We especially loved that there was separation of space with the 3rd bedroom/full bath downstairs. Eric was quick to respond to concerns we had about impending weather. Highly recommend this place.

The location was great 10 steps from Thames St, the back yard was perfect for our dog but also a great place to spread out. The house is beautiful, in great shape and the loft area was a great added room for our kids. Check in was easy, check out was easy, Matthew was very responsive. There was a minor wifi issue (comcasts fault, not his) and he still came over and switched out the modem while we were at dinner on new years eve so everything would work when we got back. Thanks again!

Such a cute place to stay! Pictures were wonderful but we were still blown away when arriving! The space is much bigger than we anticipated and everything was so clean. Such a cool space too. Definitely would recommend if you’re on the fence about booking the apartment!

Squeaky. Sparkling. Clean. Jennifer was incredibly responsive. The place is as described. As of this post the living room curtains are transparent - you can see right through them, bedroom curtains are solid. There is no curtain in the bathroom window. However, there are trees outside the bathroom and living room windows which provide some privacy. Very comfortable and cozy. You can hear people in the main house when occupied, though this was to be expected. Kitchen is extremely well stocked with the basic necessities. Overall the place and stay were lovely :)

Great spot! Very walkable. It's also a great layout if traveling with small children - there is a separate meditation room upstairs that was perfect for setting up our travel cribs. Would stay again!

Brennans place was excellent, truly I don’t think you can find a better location in the city. Super walkable, spectacular view from the roof and if you have a dog plenty of parks and green space around. Marco’s sandwich shop is right beside Brennans place and is a reallly good option for breakfast or lunch. Brennan was super friendly and a great host.

Great overnight stay in Newport. Location is conveniently located to many shops and restaurants. Host was very accommodating and communicative. Extra points for allowing dogs!

We loved staying here! We wanted a nice place to relax but in town and we definitely got our money's worth!! We also loved that we could bring our pup and Trip and Christina not only made us feel great about having a dog in their space, but sent us specific places and things to do in the area with him. They accommodated our early checkin and the place was stocked with anything we could possibly need! Would definitely stay here again

Lovely stay in greenport! Short drive from major north fork activities. Can imagine its even better during the busy season!

This is by far one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever rented. The place was so perfect for Valentines Day weekend. Krista was extremely sweet, very considerate, and always responsive. There were so many fun free snacks and treats and the coffee bar was to die for. I will absolutely be returning - thank you Krista!

Overall relaxing stay and trip to Greenport. Sherri is very communicative and her instructions and listing is clear and accurate. The condo is well decorated and clean and has everything you need for a nice weekend. One thing to note- we were aware check in is between 3 and 5 pm based on the listing (wound up being around 4) but it would be nice for it to be earlier. Still 5 stars though!

Perfect studio for a couple or two friends! It was clean, easy to get to, walkable to all the main Newport restaurants & bars and most of all, DOG FRIENDLY! My friend was able to take her dog to a park near by and the place itself wasn’t too small for a dog. Only thing I’ll add is that if you’re super tall, the shower might be a little tough to fit in but was not an issue for me at 5’6. I’d highly recommend this place! The host was also clear with instructions & very responsive. It made the experience of check in and checkout seamless.

Beautiful location! Gorgeous sunset from the front deck. Clean, great communication, would definitely stay again!!
