It was a lovely stay. Great location. House felt like a home and had great vibes.

This house was spotless. Everything felt clean, the beds, the bathrooms. 5 bedrooms all nice size and clean. No carpets which is fantastic when you allow dogs. So happy to bring my two Bostons. Plenty of supplies and kitchen utensils. Nice backyard and neighborhood. AC worked great. The only thing I would recommend is a door on the outside shower. From CT and we don’t have outdoor showers so it would have been nice to have everyone shower outside. Other than that it was perfect for my family. Loved having the bikes ! Jackie left us wine and snacks totally appreciate it. We had a great week.

Great home with lots of sleeping space. We had multiple families in for a cheer comp and we were all very comfortable.

Peter was super helpful and responsive when we had questions. lovely space with great proximity to the beach!

This house was fantastic! We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner here! The house was well stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to paper products. The layout of the house was great. Jane was very accommodating and made things easy for us! The house was immaculate and met all of our needs. I hope it’s available next Thanksgiving! Perfect location! Close to town, yet quiet and private! It was my granddaughter’s first Thanksgiving and I’m so glad we had this house to celebrate in!

The house was clean, roomy, and everything worked well. The nearby playground and beach on Narrow River were clean and fun for kids. The backyard with numerous shade trees provided a quiet environment. Th neighbors were friendly. The location was close to many places we wanted to visit including beaches, restaurants, and parks.

We had a wonderful time in Eric's house around the holidays. The house is perfect, pristine clean and the kids really enjoyed the pingpong table. Kitchen and bathroom has everything needed even for cooking a big feast as we did for New Year's Eve. The place is close to multiple gorgeous towns, beaches, tons of restaurants as well as coffee places and supermarkets. Great outdoor space that we could not enjoy due to weather but I can imagine is a great plus for the summer.

I often return to Ms. Elisa's AIRBNB retails when hers are available because she is often booked when I return for work in Hartford. Stafford Springs, as a setting for one's trip is a beautiful spot. Stafford Springs is the quintessential New England Village (town) from the Stafford Springs NASCAR track to the Farmers Markets. The University of Connecticut is near by so there is a diverse crowd of ages and families. Ms. Elisa's 313 apartment, it is a beautiful roomy place. The apartment itself is much better than the pictures show. The magic begins when the door is open to see the stunning large curtained windows with the breathless day time light warms the apartment. Ms. Elisa's is an astonishing host, making sure I have the things I needed, my questions answered, yet she respectful of my privacy but never an absentee host as many places I had stayed at. Ms. Elisa's 313 Apartment is a bargain to any guest needing a place to call home. What a pleasure each time

We enjoyed the weekend at the the mystic getaway, the apartment is clean and comfy! We located the Denison Homestead and took a beautiful trail hike even though it was cold and windy. We had a great dinner at SnP and comedy night at Mohegan Sun. We hope to return in the summer!

It was an amazing stay, the space was cozy and walkable to all of our activities, perfect for a couple looking for a nice getaway. We are so excited to come and stay again!

I always look to stay at Kevin’s properties before anywhere else! They always are extremely clean, functional and germs of having everything you could possibly need while you were there, and prime locations! Kevin is an excellent host and is always willing to help out with any thing I have ever needed. Highly recommend any of his properties! This one in particular has an absolutely gorgeous view from every angle and amazing walk out patio

I had a wonderful week long stay at Sean’s place. It’s a spacious house with all the amenities and very conveniently located near some great restaurants and bars.

Great spot! Very walkable. It's also a great layout if traveling with small children - there is a separate meditation room upstairs that was perfect for setting up our travel cribs. Would stay again!

Amazing stay that exceeded our high expectations!! Hunter and the staff were wonderful and the condo itself was gorgeous and so much larger than pictured! We can’t get over how amazing the location is, how beautiful Pelham Court is and truly the hospitality that was above and beyond! Again, house was so clean, spacious and gorgeous. One of the comfiest beds too. Will definitely be returning!

We loved staying here! We wanted a nice place to relax but in town and we definitely got our money's worth!! We also loved that we could bring our pup and Trip and Christina not only made us feel great about having a dog in their space, but sent us specific places and things to do in the area with him. They accommodated our early checkin and the place was stocked with anything we could possibly need! Would definitely stay here again

Lovely stay in greenport! Short drive from major north fork activities. Can imagine its even better during the busy season!

My husband and I stayed at Krista's Villa last weekend as my husband had to attend the Boat Show at Mohegan Sun. After looking at Mohegan Sun and the surrounding hotels we found ourselves looking on airb&b. Krista's place was affordable, clean, perfect for my husband and daughter, had everything you needed and more. She was quick to respond to me, offered early check in and late check out and really made us feel welcomed and comfortable from a distance. We hope to go back for sure.

Overall relaxing stay and trip to Greenport. Sherri is very communicative and her instructions and listing is clear and accurate. The condo is well decorated and clean and has everything you need for a nice weekend. One thing to note- we were aware check in is between 3 and 5 pm based on the listing (wound up being around 4) but it would be nice for it to be earlier. Still 5 stars though!

Perfect studio for a couple or two friends! It was clean, easy to get to, walkable to all the main Newport restaurants & bars and most of all, DOG FRIENDLY! My friend was able to take her dog to a park near by and the place itself wasn’t too small for a dog. Only thing I’ll add is that if you’re super tall, the shower might be a little tough to fit in but was not an issue for me at 5’6. I’d highly recommend this place! The host was also clear with instructions & very responsive. It made the experience of check in and checkout seamless.
