Vacation rentals with a patio in Grimaldi di Ventimiglia

This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

We stayed at the apartment for a month and found it to be ideal. The location is perfect for exploring the local area. The train station is just a few minutes walk away as is the Promenade des Anglais and the old town of Nice. There are numerous bars, restaurants and small shops in the area. With any luck we'll be back again next year.

This place is great for both short and long term stays. I highly recommend it without reservation.

Very nice location, nice apartment. Great communication with the host.

The apartment is 1 floor up from the ground, with an elevator. There are many tall windows, so there is plenty of light (plus the walls are white). There are 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet. The bed was large & comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The Nespresso machine had a very generous supply of pods. But the dish soap, kitchen towels & toilet paper were not plentiful. I nearly ran out in the week I was there. Plenty of towels. The TV worked well but there are no lamps in the living room, just 1 sconce. The balcony & picnic table overlook a community area for retirees to play boule. Lots of activity but not loud. The bakery below was very tempting every morning.

Great host, super helpful and friendly. Very nice sea view from the balcony and short walk to beaches, restaurant and a small grocery store. The pool is great and often empty of people.

Great location, close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Raffi was super helpful during our stay. We would come back and stay with Raffi again!

This is a great place to stay if you want to see everything in Nice and the surrounding areas but want to stay in a peaceful and beautiful setting. American travelers should note that there is air conditioning downstairs only and the bedrooms are upstairs; however, the nights were cool enough in early July. Great place to stay and the hosts are very friendly.

Perfect self check-in, clean and functional accommodation, very nice villa with quiet pool. Close to all shops. Laurence was very responsive and attentive.

Sandra's house is an amazing place, located in a tiny village, on the hills, refined in the smallest detail. The house is comfortable, wonderfully located (those views!). Very nice villa with beautiful views of the sea and the heights of Roquebrune-sur-Argens. Everything was very clean and well kept. We appreciated the small touches like coffee, tea, sugar and even spices (salt, pepper, etc.) available. Everything is as described on the listing page and the photos match the listing and garden. The villa is also strategically located for discovering the region. Alena is very available and responsive. She is also very flexible on check-in and check-out times when possible. We had a pleasant stay with beautiful views and calm surroundings.

We had a wonderful experience in Grasse. The house really captures the essence of Provence with its traditional stone walls and wooden beams. The big outdoor space with wonderful views was the perfect environment to wind down and relax in a peaceful atmosphere full of beauty, charm and character. The hosts were genuinely warm and helpful. Proactive without being intrusive, always available and responsive.​​ We felt in very good hands. We could not have had a better time. Many thanks! Highly recommended!

Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful village with a wonderful history behind it. The house is cozy and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. Ingrida was very precise, responsive, clear in the directions and proactive suggesting activities in the surroundings. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Vincent and Angelica's airbnb. They were extremely communicative and gracious hosts and left very clear instructions, making check-in easy. We very much appreciated the local recommendations too. This a quiet neighborhood that feels like a retreat! We were a very short drive from several lovely beaches of Antibes as well as the old town. The property was well-maintained - the shared pool was very clean and so was the airbnb. Very convenient to have a parking space and air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two fans and remained very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

The penthouse is as described and although refurbished a few years ago, it looks like done yesterday. Serge greeted us and gave us a quick tour. The location is easy to reach from airport with Uber or tram. The area has plenty of good restaurants even visited by locals (rue Bonaparte) and bakeries within walking distance (Bordonnat is the best). Easy to walk to Nice old town, beach or train station (Monaco Cannes Antibes). You cannot go wrong with booking this apartment.

We had an amazing stay! Dominik is a very attentive and responsive host. The house is full of character, located in a peaceful and tranquil area. The apartment is clean, cozy, and very warm in winter. The view from the terrace is delightful! We wish to stay longer and would love to return.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

The apartment is perfect for 2 people. We loved the little balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed and the apartement is next to a big supermarket. The public beach is only a 10-15 minute walk away. The train station is also 15 minutes by walk and 5 minutes by bus away. It was very convenient go stay hier. :) Only the road can be a little bit loud in the night.
