Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Grey Lynn

From the minute we checked in to the time we checked out, Kanik was always available when I made contact with him. Beautiful homey atmosphere with all the facilities you need. Love the laundry room, the spacious bedrooms each with an ensuite and a walk-in wardrobe with plenty of space in and outside of this luxury home. It was such a blessing to come home to this place each night for the duration of our stay. My family and I would highly recommend and will definitely be back again. Thank you Kanik for accommodating us and for your top-level service.

Perfect house, location, and host. My aunties couldn’t stop raving about how immaculate it was. We came over for a wedding in Kumeu, but wanted to stay somewhere central. It is close by to everything you want and need, beautiful high quality shops, restaurants, cafes and salons! We also loved that there was a clothes steamer - Liz thought of everything. Was handy to help us get ready for the wedding. We loved the place so much, we didn’t actually want to go out for dinner or lunch because we enjoyed the atmosphere at ‘home’. Highly recommend!

Loray was very responsive and helpful. The house was very comfortable and welcoming, we felt right at home. The pool and spa were great.

Cole's place is a stylish, spacious home with great living space and a beautiful outdoor patio/garden. The location is super. A short walk to Point Chevalier beach for swimming and less than 15 mins drive to the city centre. The jacuzzi is a bonus!

Great location, super easy to find. Close to Mission bay beach & restaurants and handy to Spark Arena. Very clean and spacious and we really enjoyed our stay!

Great house in takapuna. loved the location and the house was amazing. Big and spacious, enough room for everyone but also made us feel together. would definitely recommend staying here.

This house was absolutely stunning, and in such a great location. We were able to walk to the marina and into the city, with also having great local cafes close by. The house has so many beautiful ornaments, candles and glassware so probably not practical for toddlers. As we had to child proof all the stairs and try put everything out of reach from tiny hands.

A wonderful home close to Eden Park. We went to the P!nk concert, got to listen to for free on the first night and go ourselves the second. House was lovely and as described will, be back foe the next concert. Thank you!

Very friendly and helpful host, he received us on our arrival (and even cleaned our suitcases with a towel) and saw us off on our departure. Nice and quiet, and warm with floor heating. Thank you Frankie!

Nice place Convenient location Would stay there again

Janine is a 'fully present', warm, unfussy - yet fully responsive - Host. There is a genuine relaxed nature about the home environment to which I felt completely welcomed to engage. The perpetual offer of tea, along with a friendly chat (if desired), was on-call at every turn - yet with zero-pressure to engage. It was one of those Airbnb experiences that strikes the perfect balance of being made to feel fully 'at home', while afforded the breezy, desired knowledge of being able to come and go as one pleases (without fear of disturbing anyone else). I will surely request staying again when back in Auckland (if Janine will have me). [Oh yes, there's also the charmingly elusive Rocky-the-cat, who will not be the least interested in your existence during your stay, (which I took as a direct challenge, and did manage to earn the occasional petting privilege). Being said, if cats are not your thing - not to worry, as Rocky will reflect your indifference with mathematical exactness!] 5 stars!

Such a beautiful home! Our family loved everything about the house.. so much space we were able to carry my grandma on her wheelchair upstairs!! 10 out of 10 rating!! A lot to do with in the house for family games, family movie nights, and beautiful family dinner with the huge kitchen/outdoor area.. we definitely recommend it to everyone

Due to a mistake with Airbnb, I had to check out later than expected but Gali was more than welcoming and accommodating. A kind, friendly and interesting host. Great location to walk down to the beach, or just hang out on the balcony and take in the views. Gorgeous, can’t wait to come back.

What a totally stunning spot - secluded, private and an amazing view out to the Tasman. The cabin has everything you need and the bar, stools and deck area make the most of the awesome surrounding nature. Pinki's communication was excellent and made everything run smoothly. Thanks very much.

This honestly has been my very best BnB experience. Stunning location, beautifully positioned, warm cozy accommodation, great outdoor area and incredible views. Hosts were like friends I’d not met before. They showed and detailed the area from a locals perspective. So tentative and genuine. I’ll definitely be returning…

Kitchen facilities had everything we needed for a night in to cook and dine overlooking a the most fantastic view. Our host even made our stay extra special with a selection of home baked snacks, including pre made s'mores ready for roasting over the fire pit. We loved the selection of coffee options from Raglan roast to accompany a great morning continental breakfast. The hot tub was amazing to soak in under the stars. Such an amazing little retreat!

The place was quite beautiful and peaceful. Outdoor bath tub was a fabulous experience especially in the sunset. In a clear day, you could stargaze even. Rebecca and Rory were helpful whenever we had questions or required assistance. Overall it was a great experience, if you wish to have a peaceful few days off the grid.

Incledibly well thought through tiny space. It was very clean and homely. The spa was clean and very nice to be in. Clear and easy to understand instructions for everything. Convenient to walk to the beach.
