Waterfront vacation rentals in Grenadines

As a last minute booking, this was a find for a Friday night. The stay was walking distance from the port which was great as well as walking distance to the restaurants and the beaches. Cleo was very accommodating especially since we ended up needing to check-in earlier than initially expected. I strongly recommend. I will be staying here on one of their other locations in Bequia next time I visit SVD.

Cleo was amazing! Quick responses and very helpful! The place is amazing, 2 minute walk to the beach, a pool, lovely rooms, well air conditioned, lovely roof top seating, a fabulous housekeeper who you can message and helps with anything! Honestly, if you want a gorgeous place, right by the beach, and restaurants in walking distance, and wonderful hosts, this is the place!

This airbnb wad the PERFECT place for our short trip to Union Island. We were super close to all the restaurants, beach, boats, Hugh Mulzac Square, Happy Island Bar and more! There was a convenient dollar van that constantly runs on the island so that made our navigation around the island very seamless. We took a trip out to the Tobago Cays which was a beautiful day trip - be sure to ask for Tevin or Alphonso! I would highly recommend staying at this gem :) I can't wait to come back!

Despite the devastating hurricane just 6 months ago we were made to feel very welcome by everyone we met. The quite stunning scenery on Canouan made up for the fact that Re -construction is ongoing but these people can deliver a great welcome and experience. Zico was so helpful and we loved our golf cart that we could wizz around on and enjoy the spectacular scenery. The apartment gave us everything we needed and we look forward to returning to see all the individual cafes, bars and shops open. We even dipped our toes into the luxury that is Soho House and they made us welcome. The food was nearly as good !!! ….. as our locally caught Lobster enjoyed as a beach picnic, thank you Clement! Do visit but check the ferry times as they were limited when we visited.

When we first stumbled upon this apartment on Airbnb, it seemed almost too good to be true. We thought there was a catch! Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Cleo is the most thoughtful, fun host. She provided us with all the information we needed. The airbnb is really comfortable. The kitchen contains everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom and balcony are clean and light. The location was incredible. Cleo’s place is in a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. Her place is great, very clean and has everything you need. Cleo was also very helpful and understanding since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it.

We didn't have the pleasure of meeting Everton but his aunt lives above the apartment. She was super kind and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. There was a couple bottles of water and beer chilling in the fridge for us upon arrival. We had fresh pretty flowers laid out on the bed which made us smile. The veranda was delightful to sit out on every morning as we enjoyed our coffee while staring at the cute goats in the pasture. She also showed us a shortcut into town through the pasture which was nice after a long day of adventures. I mentioned to her how i was trying to find some local breadfruit to try at the restaurants but unfortunately at the time no one had it on their menu. I found a very nice local man who gave me one and when i brought it back she offered to cook it for me!! Very kind hearted lady and will definitely go back and recommend!

If I could give this place 6 stars - I would! Everything was perfect, from the moment I booked it till the end of our stay. The Palm House exceeded our expectations: it was cosy, comfortable, private, and with the most stunning view from the private pool on the terrace. Zashon was very responsive on Airbnb, he sent us a lot of great recommendations for places to see and things to do, and connected us with the locals (taxi drivers, boat tour operations) on request. Special thank you to our local host and owner of the house, Zeke, was wonderful and accommodating, and treated us for a sunset tour around the island. We felt at home at the Palm House.Thank you!

I enjoyed the place. My expectations were very high. From the photos I thought the balcony was private, however it’s shared. The service was great, extremely friendly and quiet environment. Wasn’t able to get hot water unfortunately.

I would highly reccomend this place. if you are OK with no AC it is fantastic. The fans worked for us in keeping cool. The road to access the location might scare some foreigners however after a few trips it is not so bad. Finding the place can be difficult on Goggle maps however if you take mount pleasant road the turn into the place is the first on the left after the first switchback or U turn. Drive up a steep narrow road then right at the gate then left into the property.
