We had a fantastic stay at Alix and Taj's property! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly maintained. Alix and Taj were wonderful hosts—helpful, friendly, and responsive. We loved the thoughtful touches like hotel-style bathroom products, fresh milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and even ramen (a big hit with the kids!). There were plenty of towels, adding to the comfort. The building lobby had a beautiful perfume—we even asked the concierge about it, though they didn’t know the scent. The location is unbeatable, with Southbank attractions nearby and easy access to public transport. We stayed over New Year’s and enjoyed a stunning view of the fireworks from The Shrine Celebration Zone—an unforgettable highlight! Highly recommend staying here, and we’d love to return. We have just had a beautiful weekend at Ttekceba!! We really appreciated Veronika welcoming us and showing us around the property. The house was even more than we could have imagined, every part had so much character!! We honestly felt such child-like delight staying here as we discovered more and more each day and imagining the stories behind all the special items around the house. The outdoor areas were just otherworldly, so many lovely plants and wildlife. AND there was a pool! AND two cute ponies! No brainer, would love to come back.

A lovely, shaded, fully equipped apartment with all amenities for a comfortable stay, and close to public transport. In the apartment there was plenty of information on the surrounding area, places of interest and visit. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building with two small flights of stares to negotiate to access. There isn't a lift which could be an issue for some. Anne was very helpful and responsive to any questions and proactive in ensuring that we were happy with everything. She was also very flexible with entry and exit times which helped us immensely. We could not have wished for a better host.

We had a fabulous stay at the apartment for our 3 generation family celebrations. The apartment is very comfortable and beautifully appointed and was brilliant for our family of 7. It is well situated in Southbank, the Australian Open tennis at Melbourne Park, the National Gallery Victoria for the Kusama exhibition, the Arts Centre for the Penn &Teller show, all within walking distance. Kate was very helpful and always responded promptly to emails and was proactive in promptly dealing with any issues. The wifi was excellent and welcome snacks much appreciated. We absolutely loved our stay at The Windmill Barn. From the outset Lauretta was an amazing host with great communication and attention to detail which is in full display within the property. Windmill barn is beautifully presented and exceedingly well equipped throughout. It is easy to lose time exploring the barn with so much history on display. The views out past the windmill are borderline ethereal once you've explored inside. If you find yourself looking to endulge another sense grabbing a coffee and heading out back brings auditory charm by way of birdsongs overwhelmingly dominated by Currawongs with the occasional interlude provide by a distant Whipbird. The sense of pure, immersive isolation in nature with the convenience of being 15 minutes away from modern commercial society and central to so many attractions in the area puts The Windmill Barn right at the top of our repeat visit list.

We had an amazing stay at Freshwater. The apartment was great, incredible views and the location is perfect. Colin was a great host- he met us at the property to check in, showed us up to the apartment, was super friendly, informative and accommodating! Will definitely stay again in the future!

If I had to use one word to describe our stay it would be generous: Thank you so much for allowing us to use your lovely house as our base: It's gorgeous, roomy and homely. It's also well placed for getting around Melbourne. Griselda is also the most generous and responsive of hosts with lots of supplies for us when we arrived that were most were most welcome. The house is also very generous with all the space and things that make it feel like home. The house is much bigger than it appears on the photographs and has lots of different living areas internally and externally. We couldn't have been happier during our time here. It really was a home away from home for the weeks we have stayed. Thanks again and lovely to have visited:-))

This house is gorgeous with a very cosy & relaxed vibe. Fantastic location, walking distance to lots of cafe's, restaurants, bars and parkland. Kali is exceptional as a host, friendly, knowledgeable & excellent communication.

We stayed at Katherine's to be close to the tennis and got so much more. We were close enough to walk so could come back for lunch, the teenage kids were free to come and go without needing Mum and Dad, giving them the independence they need. It was also close to trams, a walk away from restaurants in every direction plus Coles and the wonderful Gleadell St markets where I bought fruit and veg for the week plus bread and the best kombucha I've ever had. The house is lovely: clean and comfortable with plenty of space for us and our 3 young adult children. I highly recommend this house.

Our family of five enjoyed our stay. Everyone had their own room and there was plenty of space. The house had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The location in Richmond is amazingly convenient located between trams on either Swan St or Bridge Rd taking us to everywhere we needed. The cafe across the road had nice coffee too. Yarra walkways are a short distance.

Very nice apartment, well fitted out and in a handy location for St Kilda. Lots of local bars, cafes and restaurants. Quiet apartment considering busy location. Geri was very helpful. Would definitely return for another stay.

This is a wonderful property and the hosts went out of their way to make us feel at the home. Perfect location as the house is situated in a quiet street in the heart of Richmond - all the fun and none of the noise. The house is well maintained, with a renovated bathroom and the kitchen is stocked with supplies and a gift basket of treats. The living and dining area is spacious and the outside area a lovely green oasis to look onto. This house is excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it to families and friends staying in Melbourne wanting a comfortable and cared for home.

Ethan’s place was an amazing home away from home - really comfortable for our family of 4 & so central! The apartment is in an amazing spot right in the QV block to explore food options & collect groceries. Within the free tram zone, commuting was a breeze. The kitchen & laundry were really handy for our longer stay and the pool was fantastic and clean. Ethan was the most helpful, accommodating host you could ask for - thank you so much for sharing your great apartment! Highly recommended to future guests . We’re looking forward to our next visit already😊

great spot if you are going to the tennis or mcg lots of restaurants around and Woolworths really close

This place was truly a home away from home. Everything we needed was in the apartment. The location was perfect, so close to the tram which took you straight into the city, and a short walk to the Crown and DFO. My kids loved the pool and tennis area. Julie was an exceptional host. She answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay possible. Thanks again Julie for all your help. When we return to Melbourne we will definitely be booking with you again.

It was a great location, close to everything especially the trams. The unit was clean and comfortable. We were very happy with its location and easy access to everything. It suited the purpose of our trip to Melbourne.

Great location, 300m from tram, 500m from train station. Clean, quiet, super comfy bed, toiletries were a nice touch which made the place feel more luxurious, outstanding communication - best I’ve ever had with an airbnb host. Great place to stay as a solo traveller or a couple.

Very welcoming and friendly hosts along with Ollie (dog). We had two grandsons staying, along with their parents all of whom found the games and pool a great distraction from their electronic devices. Plenty of crockery and cutlery and bathroom essentials. Linen and pillows along with comfortable beds added to our wonderful stay. Location to restaurants and walking trails atpour doorstep.

We absolutely loved Nahla's place. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it offers a serene and peaceful retreat. The tranquility of the surroundings makes it a perfect escape for anyone looking to unwind and relax.
