Had a wonderful stay at Marcelo's place. He was always responsive to questions about anything and very quick to respond to any issues in the property. I liked that it was very close to the bus stop for the bus to New York City (Port Authority Bus Terminal). There is a shared full kitchen if you want to use it for breakfast or cooking meals. And also shared washer and dryer which is luxury.

My partner and I had the most wonderful weekend at the Long Beach Bungalow! Our host was incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bungalow itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had such a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to the beach, great restaurants, and everything we wanted to explore. We especially loved the little thoughtful touches, and the comfortable bed, which made it feel like a home away from home. Our host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was seamless, providing great recommendations and being responsive to any questions we had. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely love to stay here again! I booked this place for some r&r and I liked it so much I booked an additional night. Has everything you could possibly need to recharge your batteries.

Edwin is an extremely communicative host. He responds to both texts and phone calls immediately. The property is very comfortable and well located. Magnificent ocean views from both the main living area and master bedroom. Remodeled Kitchen and bathrooms are beautifully done. I have a bad back and the beds were incredible. We came to Long Beach for the birth of our first grandchild and we hope to stay here again for all of our many future visits. Overall wonderful experience !!!

Maria was the best host ever! 10/10 would definitely rent again. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable for my stay and was very sure to let me know if I needed anything to make my stay better she would accommodate.

This was our second time staying at this home, and just like the first time, everything was perfect. The place is exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It suits my family, who visit me every year from abroad, perfectly. The location is convenient, the neighborhood is quiet, and the hosts are absolutely lovely—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. We truly feel at home here and will definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

Peretz is a fantastic host. The original house we booked flooded just days before our trip. Peretz put us in a larger, better house at no extra cost. The house was perfect for us. Each bedroom had its own thermostat. The kitchen was modern and pristine. A large dining room table able to accommodate the 7 of us with room to spare and an amazing game room downstairs.

Our second time staying at the home and it was perfect for our group.
