Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Greene County

The home is beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed. The welcome basket was much appreciated. It’s even better than ’home away from home’! Host is very responsive and positive. They even provided hangers for hanging clothes in all of the closets!

This home was like stepping into a groovy time capsule—but with all the comforts of today! The spiral staircase is a showstopper, and the cute vintage wallpaper adds character to every room and ties together the retro vibe beautifully. We loved the large, open backyard. While it wasn’t fenced, our dogs stayed close and still had a blast exploring. A fenced yard would make it absolute perfection for pet owners! This place is a gem for anyone who loves mid-century charm, cozy touches, and plenty of space to relax. Highly recommend!

Such a fun place to stay! We used the sauna and the massage table and played games. I look forward to coming back when the weather is better to try out the patio and the hot tub. The area is very private and the house is super comfortable.

Quiet, spacious home near walking/cycling paths and Wright-Patterson AFB. Nice place to crash for 2 travelers in town to celebrate a friend’s retirement, just down the street. Looks exactly like the photos. Love the tranquil views from the windows facing the backyard.

We needed a place to stay, short term with our 3 dogs while transitioning between selling a home and closing on another. Wendy was very accommodating. She stopped by a few times to take care of a few things and our dogs loved her. They made sure we had everything we needed. We didn't get a chance to explore the trails on the property due to a snow storm, but they looked very nice!

We enjoyed being snowed in at Blue Dream. The fireplace, hot tub and sauna make for a great winter getaway and the well equipped kitchen made it easy to stay in most of our stay. Walkable distance to the Yellow Springs Brewery too which was nice. Brittany was also very communicative and went above and beyond addressing a television issue as well as dry firewood. Highly recommend staying here!

Our host Omar was very accommodating which we greatly appreciated! Our week long stay was enjoyable in this spacious home. Location was in a quiet community with grocery stores, restaurants and gas stations within 10 minutes. The linens and towels were of nice quality. Beds and couches were comfy. The extra large TV’s in both living rooms were huge and we enjoyed the third TV in our bedroom as well. Our fur babies loved spending time in the large back yard. We recommend this property.

This home was very nice, clean and updated. It's located in beautiful downtown Troy. There are many shops, restaurants, a coffee shop and breadstore nearby. We definitely recommend this home. We kept adding more days, and Stephanie was very helpful.

Our plans may have gotten cancelled due to the weather, but Letrice’s place was a nice respite. Hot tub was lovely, and it was super sweet that she got us snacks that we liked. I would definitely stay at Letrice’s place again if we come back for the Ren Faire!

This airbnb was very comfortable and homey. Owners are very responsive and took care of needs. I will definitely stay there again!

The Garden Place in Dayton was perfect for our visit ... easily one of the nicest, best appointed, charming places we've ever stayed at. The kitchen was fully stocked, down to homemade banana bread in the fridge. Plenty of towels & pillows, info on local restaurants, parks and happenings, close to shopping, downtown, UD campus and bike trails ... even charging cables in the bedroom. We'd happily return next time we're headed to Dayton (which is a great city!). Cheers!
