Excellent area, I felt at home, nothing was missing, the perfect spaces, the comfortable beds, the impeccable bathrooms, the comfortable and spacious kitchen. Andrea's attention is excellent, thank you for everything! It was the perfect stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Julianne's place in Moab. Check in was easy. The house was cozy and clean. It is just a short walk to Main St. where all the amenities are. The host was also wonderful, kind, and responsive. All in all, it was a great stay and I would book this location again when in the area.

It was a great place to stay, it felt clean and comfortable. It had the tools we needed, and we really enjoyed it.

Came for the climbing, close to the canyon and reservoir. House had lots of yummy snacks and amenities and the house was clean and cozy!

Mike’s place was very well stocked and comfortable! The neighborhood was safe and the place was as described.

This is a great, peaceful location in an area that can be very busy. Kim was super helpful and gracious when we needed to make a change to our reservation. The house is clean and very comfortable—cozy living room, comfortable beds, extra chairs, extra blankets. The kitchen and the bathroom are basic, not luxury accommodations but provides everything needed—plenty of silverware, coffee, cooking basics, ample breakfast ingredients to cook, extra towels, comfortable pillows, blackout curtains, and other helpful touches. The heaters in each room were perfectly effective but some took a bit of fidgeting with the remotes to get them to work. The patio is great, though a little smaller than it looks like in the pictures. Plenty of chairs, which is super nice! When we finished dinner, we realized that there was no dishwasher soap, but we texted the local caretaker and some pods were delivered the next day. So very responsive. We will definitely consider staying here again!

We ended up not staying at this place. We contacted the host with a very late request to stay. In the end it did not work out as our destination of interest was getting snowed out. The host responded to us immediately and sent cleaners on a rush job. We let them know as quickly as possible that we had to cancel but it still put them out. With my experience of the quick and immediate responses to our communications I can say that this would be a great place to stay and I highly recommend it.

Felt very much at home. Didn’t even miss there was no TV. Great kitchen, great heating system, great bedroom. Would recommend highly.

My great grandpa had a cabin in this area, and this place certainly beats my great grandpa's place out. The home was perfect from a heating/cooling perspective, and the bathrooms were really nice. The kicker from me though was the excellent, private (rural) location with beautiful scenery and an unbeatable view of the starry night sky.

Had a great time staying for 8 nights at the house in Green River. The access to both Temple Mountain area and Moab is just about the same at 50 miles making it easy to head to both areas. So can enjoy all the slot canyon hikes, arches and petroglyph viewing to the max. House was cozy, clean and nice. Ample heating and hot water for the cold days. All the basic amenities are provided, but would recommend to bring extra bath soap, shampoo, conditioner for anyone staying over 3 nights or so. There are no washing detergent provided so make sure to bring your own. Fridge ice maker is unoperational but enough ice trays to stick in the freezer compartment of the big fridge will do the job with no prob. Everything else is perfect ! Thanks for providing us a wonderful stay for our annual family trip to the area.

We loved staying at Joan and Nedra’s beautiful home!! The house is beautiful, spacious and well appointed. The spectacular panoramic views were even better than pictured. It made for outstanding star gazing. I stay in a lot of AirBnb’s and this is this first one that I literally have no suggestions for the owners to make it better. It was perfect!

Location was great! Easy to access and exactly as advertised. Would highly recommend!!!

During 3 days 2 nights, we like the place. The interior space is big and clean. The parking right in front of the house is convenient and the wide & quiet road is quite safe when I parked my car. I enjoy the wide angle of snow mountain view when I walk out the house in every morning. it makes us good feeling of our day. The host is supportive and solve the problem quickly when we report the heating issue. We appreciate to have such nice place for our stay in this lovely town, Huntington.

firstly id like to say how clean and beautiful the house was. we comfortably slept 10 people and had 0 complaints about sleep all week. the surrounding area is absurd, arches is 30 minutes from the house and canyon lands is just about and hour or so. the neighborhood is super quiet and ducked off. the views from the front and back porch were amazing, especially at sunrise and sunset. the upstairs area is a perfect entertainment area. a few guests mentioned in previous reviews that the wifi was slow or didnt work, we didnt have any issues all.

My family really enjoyed this beautiful home. Loved the open floor plan, so clean & organized. Kitchen was so huge & well equipped to prepare meals. Beds so comfy with plenty of linens & towels. Parking was great for our vehicles & 2 trailers. Hot tub was nice after a day of riding & a game of pool to finish the day. Joyce was wonderful, would promptly respond to any questions. Her homemade cookies were delicious. Joyce is a “Super Host”, compliments her beautiful home. We definitely would come back!

They had everything stoked in this place! From a high chair, to cooking oil and all the pots and pans, this home was a really wonderful getaway.

Host was great to work with and responded quickly. For 6 of us and 3 pets this was perfect. Beds were very comfortable. Saved a ton of money being able to cook at the air bnb and not fight the restaurant crowds. Ended up being a great stay.

We had such a lovely stay here! The home had everything we needed and more, and the gas fireplace was the cherry on top during a cold few days in Helper. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Dorothy and Dale were exceptional hosts from the very beginning to the very end. Our entry code was custom for us so no way we'd forget it. ; ) We arrived to homemade delicious muffins in the fridge. Both Dorothy and Dale are not just good hosts but good people. We were offered a tour of the farm and to be shown to Jacobs Falls and more. Their home was perfectly equipped, so homey and comfortable. I loved the chats outside with Dale while I threw the ball for my dog. The yard was full fenced, so convenient. If we end up in Helper again, we'd definitely stay here.

This was a great stay for as long as we were there. We were comfortable and fairly close to everything l. Good communication especially when we needed to extend are stay due to circumstance.

We had an awesome time at this place! It looks exactly like the photos and the surrounding area is absolutely stunning. It's close to many of the main Moab attractions and the neighborhood was well kept and quiet! This was also by far the most well stocked vacation rental we've stayed in. There were baby/pet supplies, extra blankets and pillows, games, and last but certainly not least: almost every kitchen item you could possibly need (including many basic cooking staples)! The hosts were responsive and kind - they even helped us navigate a tricky hot tub situation. Even their chosen cleaning crew was kind enough to make a return trip to search for a missing wallet! Would definitely recommend this spot and will be staying here again if we ever return to Moab! :)

This is a great place in a great location. Good parking and amenities. The house was very clean and stocked with everything you need. Sounds funny, but it also had nice coffee making options, cutting boards and sharp knives! If you are using Airbnbs you know that is tricky.
