Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Greater Carrollwood

Nicole told us about the trash days and everything it was very knowledgeable and had to pull people come out and clean the pool and keep up with the stuff.

We had a great stay at Tatyana’s place! It was easy to find, easy to get in, and easy to drive to lots of great beaches within 15-20 minutes! The 3 bedrooms were nice because we had 2 of our daughters with us and they loved having their own rooms. The backyard was a peaceful atmosphere for us to enjoy the hot tub at sunset and do some birdwatching. 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, and beach towels were provided! Another nice touch is she was willing to let us drop our luggage off early.

We truly enjoyed our stay, our family get together was so much fun at this house. We used all the toys in the backyard during the day and then played into the night in the game room and media room. The patio was everyone’s favorite spot to hang out, cook on the grill and eat. We even used the fire pit to do s’mores one night and the weather was perfection. This home had plenty of towels for the pool and the inside bathrooms. Honestly even our Doodle was having the time of her life outside making friends with squirrels. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone with a group of 8 to 10 people no problem with space at all. The rooms and beds are all very comfortable. The neighbors have a cute rooster that we could barely hear but when I did hear it, I loved it 🥰. We spent one day at Indian Rock Beach, small but beautiful sunsets. We also went to John’s pass and Pass a Grille beach both were fun to bar hop and snack and on appetizers.

House was very nice. Full of everything you need from detergent to shampoos. Very impressed with all the hospitalities! House is as described. Great place for a family stay. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay here! The home’s amenities were perfect for our family, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The converted garage with AC was a great touch, offering extra space for the kids to play and relax. The screened-in pool was definitely a highlight — the kids had so much fun, we didn’t even want to leave to go to the theme park! It was hard to tear them away from the pool area. We honestly wished we had extended our weekend. Karolina was incredibly attentive, providing all the details we needed upfront, which meant I hardly had to reach out for anything. It made our stay stress-free and seamless. If we ever decide to visit the Tampa area again, we would absolutely book with Karolina again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a family-friendly home in the area!

The house was beautiful, very well kept! Offered extra toiletries, soaps, all the necessities. The pool is not heated, but the kids didn’t seem to mind. It was the perfect vacation spot for my family.

We had a great stay. Centrally located from the airport and from some great restaurants. The house was nicely appointed and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. The heated pool was a nice amenity. The host was attentive and was in communication with us from start to finish.

My friend and I just spent two weeks at Kent’s place and had a wonderful time. The area is centrally located to beaches and other places of interest to us, mainly gardens, walking trails, and good seafood restaurants. The house is spacious and would be great for families with kids. We enjoyed the grounds around the house watching the birds going in and out of the pond. Kent is a wonderful host, warm, friendly and always responsive.

She is fantastic. The place is super clean and very nice. Better than expected. She does a great job of decorating and making sure everything you would possibly need is available.

I could not have found a better place. It’s newly renovated and spotless. Te amenities were incredible. I had everything I needed and then some. The host was spot on. Quick responses to all inquiries. I highly recommend!!!!

We loved our stay here!! It was quiet, easy to find, peaceful and fun! Us Canadians found a way to enjoy the pool the first week of March. The cats were an awesome bonus, so incredibly sweet. Our hosts were amazing. Home away from home.

This condo was beautiful, clean, many pillows & linen & towels, very spacious for us, plenty amenities, everything worked good, pool was nice! The host was very helpful & replyed quickly to us, I recommend staying here & definitely would come back!

Cute, cozy and easy to maintain. Perfectly located for daily beach travel. Honeymoon State Park, Fort De Soto State Park and all the beaches in between. Tony & Gina are terrific hosts.

Lori was so accommodating getting us into our second cottage for our second week, for which we are grateful to her and her marvelous cleaning crew. This was our third time and each time in a different cottage, which was equally peaceful, provided space and tranquility inside and outside and as with the other reviews the loveliest hidden gem.

Karie and Chris' place was a beautiful, clean and spacious in person as it was in the photos. They are very thoughtful and great hosts. The pool temp was slightly off but everything else was great.

Loved everything about the place but expected at least a roll of paper towels. Important to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels along with soap for the shower. Perfect location to walk to town to eat at one of the great restaurants, close to Tarpon Springs ,where there is a beach and Greek Town and the backyard was awesome for our dog.We will be back! Cheryl was a lovely host and her home was comfortable and close proximity to so many things. We felt safe and at home and we were very comfy! The blankets were so soft and everything was very clean! Communication was great too. A great place to stay while visiting Tampa but wanting to feel at home!

We absolutely loved our stay at Cam’s place! Quiet, peaceful neighborhood, minutes to our favorite beach, well-stocked kitchen, beautiful rooftop views, and the elevator was awesome for one of our group who has a bad knee. We would love to stay here again, especially during a warmer season.

The house was perfect for three families. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the play room. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Were able to get 4 cars in the driveway which was great especially since no parking in the cul de sac. Bre was absolutely perfect with fast responses and kind. Great house for a couple of families.

We had a great stay at Kim’s place. Nice decor throughout. We felt comfortable and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Kim was always available if we needed to text her and she was very pleasant and helpful. Good location, close to restaurants and Highway. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. I definitely recommend Kim’s place.
