Zuzana was a lovely host, she made us feel comfortable and was very friendly. The studio, pool and hot tub are incredible, very peaceful place, very clean and beautiful. My friends would like to return with their children. 100% we do recommend this place

Nev couldn't have been more thoughtful. The pool was wonderful. The location has loads of places in walking distance and a huge number of places by train and car. There were a couple of bits and pieces that didn't quite live up to our expectations, but Nev always worked to get round things and it's all immaterial really.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful country house set within a gated private estate. The property felt like a true escape - peaceful and picturesque. The garden is huge, well maintained and filled with fun features like mini mazes, multiple seating areas, football posts, a rope trail and even a zip wire! The mammoth sized pool was a highlight for our family and came with several floats, making it perfect for relaxing and having fun together. The mini gym area was also a nice bonus for those looking to stay active. Inside, the house was just as impressive. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, ideal for preparing meals for a large group. But the best part was the cozy living room, with its warm log fire and super comfy sofas. It became the heart of our stay, where the whole family gathered every evening to relax and unwind. Katelynn was a great host—always quick to respond. This property has everything you could wish for in a countryside retreat. Highly recommend!

wow .... what a stunning place . pool is nice little chilly but ones you are in and swimming it was fine. amazing comfortable beds fully stocked kitchen and games room was just what we needed. thank you and we will be booking up again soon

We so enjoyed our time at this wonderful property. The grounds and surrounding areas are beautiful. My kids enjoyed playing with the nearby cat and dog which I think was the highlight of their whole trip. The house was warm and inviting and we so appreciated checking in and some snacks and drinks on arrival. Ely is so close and the cathedral is a must-see. We would definitely stay here again and the kids are asking to return already!

Upon arrival Sally was there to greet us and give us a quick tour which was really helpful. The house itself is gorgeous - so spacious, perfect for a large group, and you want for nothing. The kitchen in particular is such an amazing socialising space - perfect for hosting! The Christmas decorations throughout were amazing and really made us feel at home and in the holiday spirit! All bedrooms were comfy, warm and spacious. We really enjoyed the pool table and darts. Everyone loved it! Location was so peaceful - countryside for miles but only a 10 min drive from Sandy station. Sally was super responsive throughout if we ever had any questions. And the cherry on top was the cuddliest cat Batman! We couldn’t have wished for a nicer place to spend Christmas with the family. We had a wonderful stay, and the kids loved running around the gardens, exploring, swimming in the pool and especially saying hello to the horses! The cottage is beautiful, it had everything we needed, and Lara and her family are super helpful. Thank you!

Great stay in a nice location. (Nice quiet neighbourhood which was pleasant and quiet to have a stroll about). Handy to have a nice Harvester within walking distance. House was clean, tidy and ticked all the boxes.

We absolutely loved Florence’s place. It was peaceful and the beautiful town of Saffron Walden is easily accessible by foot The house is beautifully decorated and it feels very homely and has everything you could possibly want. We strongly recommend 😊😊

We had a wonderful stay at Angeline’s house. The place looks exactly as described and is located in a very peaceful neighborhood but close to the center with many things to do nearby. Angeline is an excellent host! We will be missing Cambridge!

Stayed with family for a trip to Warner bros studio tour and to visit central London. Great location for both. Short drive to Warner bros and walkable to train station for easy access to central London. The property was well equipped and spotless. Host left really clear info and instruction and offered lots of info about the property and made themselves easily available to contact.

All great - very happy with the house and location. Everything as described and all clean and tidy. Nice quiet residential area with parking provided - ideal for what we needed and very reasonable price compared to many other properties in Cambridge.

We stayed at Luke’s place for one night and wish we did more! The pictures really don’t do the place justice, it is truly a hidden gem. We will definitely be back and thank you Luke for your great hospitality.

Lovely, cosy cottage furnished to a high standard - it was spotless. Closer to Cambridge which we were visiting. Lovely comfortable beds and fresh linen. Would visit again!
