I would definitely recommend Dusty and Lori’s place. The fact that that they reached out to us prior to our stay to find out what they could do on their end to accommodate our stay and make it a special one was very memorable. It was just my wife, and my five year old on this trip, but the space was just right for us. The place was well stocked with cooking amenities, which was appreciated. The chimney was a great a feature, and we used it to warm up the living room. There was also a lot of games to keep our little one entertained. Overall, this unit was clean and I felt it was one of the best units for rental in terms of amenities.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a gateway and loved it, place was so comfortable , location was beautiful loved waking around the trails if in need of a place away from the city would recommend there’s peace and quiet for great relaxation. Would definitely come again!

Great babymoon!!!!! I don’t think I ever knew how badly I wanted to just lay in bed and watch alpacas hang out doing their thing until I stayed here LOL This is definitely a place for animal lovers, even their own pets were excited to get all the pats from us! Denison is a great area to get away from the city and had lots of great little hole-in-the-wall restaurants with great food and service! Even sharing the property with the hosts, it still felt like our own getaway. We had the pool to ourselves to thoroughly enjoy the weather and the scenery! The alpacas are definitely used to people and I enjoyed getting to watch and pet them 🥹 I hope I can bring my son here after he’s born!

This place is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need for an awesome trip! Very clean! Very spacious! Very Family Friendly! We had a last minute change in our yearly Christmas vacation and Carey was more than accommodating for all our needs! AWESOME VIEWS! Please don’t hesitate to book this property if you are debating on it because someone else will snatch it up! Well worth the money! 10 STARS ALL THE WAY! AWESOME HOUSE! AWESOME HOST! AWESOME VIEW! AWESOME GAMEROOM!

The Host was very responsive and were very responsible. Texoma had a very heavy snow fall on the weekend we planned to visit. Sarah did agree to change our booking without extra cost. But we were lucky as we didn’t have to postpone our trip . The weather got better gradually . Sarah is very responsive and a helpful host. Once we lost the key during our stay and we were unable to get inside . We called her and she immediately helped us to get inside the house without any issues. She drove quickly to our BNB to handover the extra key . We felt so grateful to her. The host does understand the needs of the customers. Thanks to the Host and Sarah for being so nice and kind. This place is very near to the Lake Texoma, just 2 mins drive. Only drawback, there was no vent in the bathrooms, which is the only thing I am not happy about. Otherwise nice and cozy place to stay and have fun. We found deers walking and crossing the streets. Lots of trees. Very beautiful place for a short trip
