This apartment was perfect for me as it was fully equipped with everything I would need, just like home. The gifts of food and wine were much appreciated too. The location is excellent with no need to use a car as all Moraira attractions are easily walkable.

Cullera, a charming little coastal town, offers a friendly atmosphere where the locals are welcoming. The walks along the esplanade are pleasant, and the beach suitable for people with disabilities is a notable asset. The apartment has a privileged location a short walk from the beach, ideal for doing without the car, with shops nearby

100% recommended, in fact we have extended the reservation several times.

The delivery of keys and the collection was quick and clear, then he recommended some restaurants in the area and the apartment is as is in the listing, the area is very well close to the beach and leisure areas and you also have a Carrefour at the door of the house

Great and the best I've been able to find in terms of quality/price. The only downside is the garage wasn't in the building but at least it had, so great.

we were 5 days and the truth was that it was a success, the location of the house and the views are perfect for a few days of tranquility and relaxation(it is true that you need a car to get around)but it is worth it . At 10min you have beautiful beaches and the center of Alteaque is spectacular, apart from that there are towns around very nice. Thanks to Roy who is a very kind and helpful host, we look forward to coming back next year. the experience is 100% recommended

Juan Antonio is the kindest host we've experienced! He picked up our family from the local train station and drove us to the apartment. He was very responsive, gave suggestions, and truly so kind. The location is perfect, just a block from the beautiful beach and promenade. You can easily walk to supermarkets, restaurants, etc. The apartment worked great for our family of 4. We would love to return!

Second time staying at this lovely finca. Quiet and chill environment. Hosts are very accommodating. Great locating for visiting the touristic seaside and quick access to the highway direction Benidorm/Alicante and Valencia/Denia/Xavea.

Mar's apartment was exactly as advertised and we were delighted with it. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable with lovely views over the pool area from a delightful terrace. Instructions on how to get there, plus masses of information on amenities within the apartment and complex, plus information on the local area, places to visit and restaurants to eat were just perfect. Mar was extremely responsive in all the communication we had and we really can't thank her enough for allowing us to enjoy a perfect visit to Denia and the Denia area as a whole. We would thoroughly recommend Mar's apartment and finally, it's proximity to the Marina, Port and Sea Front made it the ideal place to stay. Huge thanks! Don & Roberto

The apartment is beautiful it does not need a detail , the common areas such as the pool and gardens very well cared for Quiet place to be able to disconnect and have a good vacation , of course we have been short the week we have been Marina a charm , super attentive at all times !! If in doubt, we will be back again 😀😀 Thank you very much Marina for everything !!!

Excellent apartment in Las Rotas equipped with all amenities. The apartment is modern and comfortable and everything was very clean. Very good views and in general a very nice place, in an urbanization with swimming pool, tennis court and ping pong. We were very comfortable at ease at all times. Paula was very nice and waited for us to pick up the keys. We'll be back!

location was fantastic. apartment was a perfect lay out as was over 2 floors and we were 2 families. nothing better than a cup of coffee and a biscuit looking over the beach in the morning. will definitely be back. Zhanna was the perfect host .could not ask for more.

It went very well. Ana's place was perfectly equipped and had everything we needed, except maybe 1 or 2 more tea towels. The heated pool was very nice, very hot. We were often alone. The very spacious balcony was nice to sunbathe. Parking in the basement was very convenient with direct access by elevator. The residence was very nice but we stayed there at Christmas so very few apartments were occupied. In summer it must be noisier, especially since the walls are very poorly insulated. We will definitely come back out of season.
