I was so happy to find Jeff's house for my recent trip back home to Cassville. My hunting cabin was under construction and we didnt have a place to stay so I looked for a nice place out of town and found Jeff's house. Its a fantastic place to stay. very nice and clean. His two farm cats were very friendly and a nice little touch to the stay. The location is out of town but close enough if you need to run in for groceries or to get something to eat. The Kitchen and living room layout is very open and nice. easily could accommodate 6-8 people. Great place for kids with the upstairs loft area with TV. speaking of tv. all the streaming services you could ask for in a rental. I would Highly recommend staying at Jeff's house.

We really enjoyed our girls trip at the Stone House! Great views of the river, plenty of great sleeping options, comfortable beds and great amenities! We enjoyed playing billiards, working a puzzle, gathering on the deck for fellowship and early morning coffee. Dannette was super responsive to our inquiries and casual check out procedures. Will definitely return if in the area again!

The 1920's Spanish Revival home was just what we expected, like stepping back in time 100 years but with modern amenities and a clean, uncluttered look and beautiful aesthetic. It was a lovely mix of old and new with everything you might need for a respite away from the everyday. We thoroughly enjoyed the cozy living room, sun room and dining room and cooked up a storm in the well stocked kitchen. Ample sunlight streamed inside in the mornings, perfect to wake up to a hot cup of coffee. We appreciated the ample blankets for the cold winter weekend, many extra small appliances to satisfy our creature comforts and small snacks and treats left out for us. I highly recommend this space, as it is a short drive to all Dubuque has to offer. It was clean, comfortable and beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

This home was so cozy and comfortable. Everything exceeded our expectations. Immaculate and the popcorn gift basket was such a treat. Thanks for having us!

This place is wonderful. Spotless and adorably decorated, bed were incredibly comfortable with super cozy blankets, an adorable footstool to cuddle when we were missing our pets. A perfect little getaway if you have a small group.

Probably the nicest house in Harper’s Ferry. Located on a beautiful piece of property. Will book again if I make it back to NE Iowa.

Owners were very responsive and provided clear directions to the property. Property was as described, no surprises, and worked perfectly as a meeting point for our large group. Kids loved visiting the farm animals! Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

our stay was perfect. we skipped exploring because of the icey weather, but it was so nice to stay in. we loved your cabin and hope to come back in the summer or fall next year. we felt right at home with everything we needed. our bed was so comfy too!

We loved our stay in this quiet (with the exception of the train) historic property. I absolutely love history and was a perfect setup for us. Jack was quick to respond and we were super happy we didn't have to do much upon checking out.

We had a wonderful weekend at Grandmas Getaway. The home is spacious and comfortable, has a great outdoor patio, fantastic view of the Mississippi and walking distance to bars, restaurants, brewery and shopping, etc. Diane and David were great hosts. They were responsive, accommodating and one of them makes some great sugar cookies which we devoured upon arrival. Will definitely stay here again!!

We LOVED our stay at Gary’s place. It’s isolated in a beautiful area right along the Wisconsin River. Bird watching, hiking, fishing, right outside our door. Is close to town but you feel you’re a lot further away. Kitchen had everting we needed, bedrooms comfy, everything spotless and clean, bar, enclosed porch, lots of living space. Excellent choice of many Restaurants and hiking nesrby. Gary was incredibly helpful, communicative, and accommodating with our last minute stay. I can’t wait to go back. Thank you Gary. This was a halfway point for my sisters and I to meet up and spend the weekend together after our dad’s passing. It was beautiful even better than the photos. The deck lights didn’t work for us but that just a small thing. The host was quick to Help us when our door code wouldn’t work. We would absolutely love to visit again if given the opportunity. We had a great time here.

From the second we walked into R lodge we felt right at home. It has all the amenities, the hot tub is amazing. Everything in town is adorable and easy to walk to. We had a wonderful time and will be back soon.

The place is beautiful! We had a family get together with infants and older folks and everyone was able to get around and safely enjoy the whole space. Both the view and the decor were better than the photos! I highly recommend this cabin!

The cabin was beautiful and it was on a large plot of private land. We didn't see anyone else in this rustic get-away. It definitely has a cabin feel to it, which is exactly what we wanted. The pool table was a big hit with my family. Walking to the cave on the property was exciting for us. Make sure you bring shoes that you don't mind getting muddy, as the property is located on a large farm. We loved drinking coffee in the morning outside on the porch with the birds and friendly cat. I would highly recommend this property if you like the outdoorsy, rustic, country living feel.
