Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Grant County

We enjoyed our stay in Soap Lake. Weather was cold and we really enjoyed soaking in the hot tub and watching the sun come and the covey of quails bobbing around the yard looking for their breakfast. Hosts were very responsive. Coming back on a cold night in the dark we were unable to get the digital lock to work. JR answered our call immediately and helped us get inside.

4th of July made for a busy weekend to visit; however the property was pleasant and convienient for our trip to the gorge.

Elizabeth's condo is wonderful and is well appointed with everything we needed for a 3-day getaway. It has beautiful views of the snowy mountains and lake in the distance. Elizabeth was very responsive and helpful with the questions we posed to her. We will be so excited to stay there again in the near future.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed in one of Dave's properties. We were perfectly content. The condo had everything we needed for a short stay. Location was safe, quiet and convenient. Dave was so accommodating with our travel needs. Thank you for allowing us to use your space for our trip.

Perfect location for a concert at the gorge! Only a few minute drive away. And if you plan to stay longer, there are many fun things to do along the river in the Sunland community. I would definitely recommend this property. Ronna was so nice and very helpful!

We absolutely enjoyed our vacation. the house was amazing and clean. All of the amenities listed were included and more. I love the swimming pool -a lot! The one one. downfall would be charging. An electric car is not a good idea to charge there because it takes forever. however, there are chargers convenient to the area, so it was no problem.

Very fun place to bring my family loved it

Really impressed with this place. Extremely clean, well appointed, and a safe feeling neighborhood. Being in a gated community was appreciated. The home was perfect for what we needed - a safe, clean place to rest our heads in close proximity to Quincy - where there is nearly nowhere to stay and feel good about it. We’ll be using Jeff’s rental in the future for family visits to the Quincy area.

We so appreciated having a comfortable place to warm up after coming out of the cold. This home provides excellent access for adventuring along Babcock Bench and to nearby coulees and mountains. It's an especially wonderful spot for those who are fascinated by local geology and the Ice Age Floods! Having a full kitchen, hot shower, heated floors, and comfortable beds felt luxurious. Also, bonus fun of getting to try out a Peloton bike! Really appreciate that this home is within the footprint of the original Cave B Wine Estate unlike the expanding development of the resort into threatened and increasingly rare intact biocrust and sagebrush plant and wildlife communities that's happening under the new ownership of Cave B/Sagecliffe. Seeing the habitat damage nearby left my heart sad. This a very special part of the mid-Columbia River Gorge and I hope people can learn more about and appreciate the natural and cultural significance of this area.

Sarah’s place was SUCH a great deal. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 to spread out, the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and appliances, and the location was so convenient and walkable. With small kids, we appreciated how close the Safeway and other restaurants were. Our dog enjoyed having a fenced backyard to wander in. The only small thing was the dryer- a previous guest had mentioned the dryer didn’t dry and we found that it only air dried. We managed to still do laundry with smaller laundry loads.

Steve & Peggy's home in Matawa was neat, clean and uncluttered and easy to settle into. The three bedrooms are spacious, there's a larger central area open to the kitchen. Easy to park in the garage. A nice view of the river from the home. We didn't cook but the coffee pot was perfect! A short walk away is access to the Priest Rapids Recreation Area. There is a level trail along the river. We walked this both days we were there. Nice walk, birding opportunity and easy exercise. If you go north, the trail is paved. Going south the trail becomes gravel. Both directions are good. Communication was great, emails questions were answered promptly, and we had check in information a few days ahead. We left a pair of shoes, and Steve and Peggy have been great arranging a way for us to pick them up. Very kind and easily arranged. We would be happy to stay here again and recommend this listing. Amazing winter stay with friends for a birthday celebration. Plenty of room for 4 couples, amazing views, and easy to walk into town.

David was amazing and his place was so perfect For a friend weekend. We didn’t know it was only one bathroom for a place that slept 8 but it worked out just fine and we all had an absolute blast. Would highly recommend! This is a convenient and highly accessible unit for a weekend at the Gorge or any weekend getaway!

Is perfect

This place is exactly as pictured - there is a private beach steps outside of the patio door, and downtown Chelan is a close walk (0.9 miles to city center) to restaurants and a fun little bowling alley. Either side of the lake and all the wineries and golf courses are a super close drive as well.

We stayed here to attend a concert at The Gorge. It was a great location - a short drive to The Gorge and beautiful condo grounds. My kids especially loved the large pool area. Everything was very well maintained and the location is peaceful. The host was extremely helpful and flexible. We checked in late in the evening and had some issues, but she was immediately responsive and the issues were ironed out quickly. She was also extremely flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was so helpful and made our trip that much more enjoyable! I would highly recommend this condo, and we'd love to stay again at some point in the future.

Great spot, close to the lake

This was a lovely place to land. The bungalow is comfortable and clean. The space is thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need. The location is ideal, the Gorge is less than an hour away and the area has lots of beautiful parks and outdoor activities.

AirBnB was nice and very spacious. Had all the accommodations we needed. Location is beautiful. Would come back to this location in the spring/summer. We were in town for a concert at The Gorge. The location was amazing for a quick drive back and forth.
